The reason for placing this tenth sub-topic “Taxation, Finance and People’s Livelihood” at the top of our website is to follow the expectations of the mainstream public opinion, and also because taxation, especially property tax, is the main connection point for previous governments and the general public. It is not only the origin of all problems, but also mixes with other major social issues. It is also the goal that the people are eager to resolve. Therefore, only by addressing both the symptoms and the root causes, and making both breakthroughs and establishment, can we completely change the adversarial relationship between the government and the people and achieve a harmonious, beautiful and equitable society where all are united! This is not to promote other countries or regions (that would be disrespectful to our status as immigrants in this country), but to prove that “change is possible, and it’s not just empty talk”. Moreover, as long as we leverage our local strengths and combine them with our brand-new scientific and feasible plans, we can build a much more beautiful and even an extremely beautiful country very quickly!】

The main issues reflected by local public opinion:

1. Property tax is unbearable and should not be borne, and the tax calculation is also unreasonable, this also leads to have to raise rents, leads to tenants cannot pay rent stably.  

2. After paying high taxes, how the money is spent is not clear at all, because they even refuse to show detailed budgets and final accounts.  

3. The so-called audit not only remains confusing, but also increases audit fees.  

4. All taxes and fees only need to report the so-called officers salaries, hardly any benefits for the people are seen, apart from the government needs to maintain the infrastructure related to housing (such as roads, water, electricity, and gas) in order to keep to collect property taxes on high housing prices. 

5. As a result, additional charges are still required: high water fees,

6. Garbage fees are collected, but collection is still only once every week, no good to people’s health and environmental protection. In fact, even if garbage is collected for free every day, it can be turned into fertilizer, reused, and even generate profits. 

7. In particular, permit fees, and high maintenance and design construction fees colluded with design and construction units, fines at will and confiscation of people’s property by abuse of power turned out to be big source of extra revenue for the government!  

To completely solve this major problem in a perfect way, one must first dissect the root cause of the problem!

Originally, the people and the government should be one family, or at least in a principal-agent relationship. However, under the Western system, the relationship between government and the people is primarily one of tax collection and tax payment. As long as a person has a place to stand, they must pay property tax!

This means all land and waters only belong to the government, and only officials exercise ownership rights, the people are merely renting the land. Even if one lives in an apartment and does not directly occupy land, they still have to pay property tax — which implies that even the air space has been forcibly occupy by the government.

This forces everyone nave to go out and make money. Yet the government is the entity, which have got most energy and should be easiest to create jobs, refuses to provide or create job opportunities. As a result, the vast majority of ordinary people, who are born without money, can only desperately look for work and beg to work to private entities.

The problem is that those private entities are also born without money — unless they are officials or their relatives and friends. Private enterprises must borrow from banks (and money itself is a tool of control created by the government through central banks), then repay loans with high interest. On top of that, business owners also need to make profits, so they have to suppress workers’ wages — that is, reduce costs as much as possible.

Consequently, workers’ wages are barely enough to pay the high property taxes and maintain basic survival. If they couldn’t even survive, private businesses wouldn’t be able to recruit workers, and the government would be lack people to pay taxes. If a worker manages, through skill or intellect, to earn more than basic living expenses, the government will then make capital of collecting “income tax”, can also prevent ordinary workers from achieving economic independence and freedom, the kind of freedom that would allow them to immigrate or leave the area.

At the same time, even for the very few private business owners, as long as their earnings exceed production costs and basic living needs, taxes are levied on their revenue. The logic is: since you are making money on my official territory, the government naturally deserves a share. Moreover, the government cannot allow you to become economically independent and free enough to completely escape the area, because that would mean losing more taxpayers=revenue contributors.

Fortunately (or rather, unfortunately), similar systems exist in countries around the world, or the Western international community forces other countries to adopt similar systems. This leaves private business owners with almost nowhere to escape. If they immigrate to a foreign country where they are unfamiliar with everything, they may face de facto racial discrimination, legal robbery, and persecution by officials. After all, the law and judiciary are ultimately decided by those in power.

Whether ordinary citizens have opportunities to make money, whether they have the ability to earn money, or whether they have earned enough — the government pays no attention. Officials only care about ensuring their own steady, risk-free high income. They only need to declare that “taxes are taken from the people and used for the people,” and that’s enough. As for how the government actually spends the money, the tax-paying people have no any decision-making power or genuine supervisory power.

In particular, although the vast majority of ordinary people are not unwilling to work, they suffer from a lack of job opportunities. Yet the government contracts out all local construction projects and money-making opportunities to private companies. These special private contractors often earn in one project more than many taxpayers earn in countless days.

Moreover, the projects the government contracts out are mostly low-tech basic infrastructure: roads, water, electricity maintenance, etc. — work that almost any local resident could do.

It is clear that the government’s tax collection and its use on loads, water, electricity of a tiny portion of those taxes are not for the happiness of residents, but merely to maintain the conditions necessary for collecting high property taxes. Property tax is referencing on so-called “market value” (even though ordinary residents usually own at most one house, cannot and will not put it on the market for sale, and often still owe endless bank loans, making normal sale impossible),but, residents themselves must preserve housing values and pay the fee of water, electricity, etc. Otherwise, the government would lack justification to continue collecting or even increasing high property taxes.

Of course, there is another reason: since the entire region is essentially as the officials’ private domain, they do not want their territory to look too shabby on the surface. Therefore, every household is forced — and only allowed — to plant and maintain lawns in their front and back yards according to the officials’ preferences. However, residents are prohibited from fully utilizing natural grasslands for grazing, raising chickens and ducks, etc. It is less about neighbors’ discomfort than about officials not wanting to smell the “unpleasant odors” when they patrol the area ostentatiously.

Yet they tolerate the smells produced by wild animals and even prohibit people from exercising self-defense when harmed by wild beasts, claiming “animal lives are as important as human lives!” In reality, the lives value of ordinary people are far less important than those of animals — especially wild animals, which are born with the right to freely and equally inhabit any part of nature and the Earth, and to eat freely from nature. Yet so-called advanced humans, the masters of nature, are deprived, prohibited, and restricted by officials, Money has to be paid everywhere. Even in many places, if you have to pay, you are still not allowed to enter or use it. For example, in almost all cities and regions in the West, there are hardly any free public toilets or even no public toilets at all. Anyone who has to relieve themselves after using the toilet has to pay a heavy fine – it’s truly worse than being a dog!

People are only allowed to barely maintain their lives and labor so they can pay endless layers of taxes. Once people lose the ability to work, become unemployed, or their wages can no longer cover high property taxes, even their only house can be seized. They are then driven out to become homeless, left to fend for themselves, Because for things like finding a job, renting a house, applying for welfare benefits, etc., one needs to provide their address, this has left those who have lost their homes and addresses in a dead-end situation. They are left with the only option of a life devoid of dignity, worse than death, a futile and hopeless begging, until starving or freezing to death on the streets.

The so-called government, which is supposed to be elected by the people and funded by their taxes, has no obligation or responsibility to help the people. Does it really lack even the most basic sense of gratitude and humanity? Compared to the Eastern countries, public toilets in China are already ubiquitous, being comfortable and even of a five-star standard. They are all free of charge and are usually open 24 hours a day! The government has consistently carried out nationwide poverty alleviation projects, aiming to ensure that no one in the entire population is so poor that they cannot live and have to beg. However, there are still government relief centers and elegant welfare stations in various large and medium-sized cities. Even those with temporary difficulties can have a worry-free stay and eat and sleep. Until the government covers the travel expenses, they can return to their hometowns smoothly – this is the demand of over a billion people!

The achievements made by this great Eastern country were originally just basic necessities that everyone should have. Moreover, there have always been significant flaws that cannot be self-corrected! Originally, the entire country of Canada, especially the city of Erie with the best natural conditions, could have easily achieved much better results. That’s what it should have been!

However, here it is quite the opposite: The relationship between the government and the people is very close. So close that as long as you are here and even if you are just camping temporarily, the officials will immediately come to “visit” you – asking for money! Moreover, they come whenever they want, imposing their will arbitrarily. All they need to do is claim it’s for law enforcement purposes, but laws can also be formulated or modified based on personal interests and desires (so-called doctrinal lobbying). Courts don’t even need to adhere to the law; they only need to freely interpret it at will – anarchy and evil dictatorship actually equals legality! This is unprecedented – it’s almost worse than the imperial autocratic tyranny of ancient times. No wonder the descendants of the native people in the Canadian Western society are becoming fewer and fewer! because apart from death or fleeing, no resident could escape the official exploitation or even blatant robbery. under such a system, isn’t the government’s relationship with the people exactly like a parasite forcibly and tightly attached to the people’s bodies?!

Such a government is even more evil than a slave owner. A slave owner would not easily drive slaves onto the streets to perish on their own, as that would mean losing property or undermining the dedication and efficiency of the slaves’ families. But this kind of government, as long as it can continue deceiving outsiders — especially uninformed foreign immigrants — to come, buy houses auctioned by the government, and inherit the obligation to pay property taxes for free, can both gain huge sums from one-time house auctions and lock in new generations of debt slaves!

This is the real motive and ulterior purpose behind Western countries’ open immigration policies! also why the people are always oppressed, exploited, and openly robbed by various officials. As long as the officials do not admit it is racial discrimination, and as long as they frame it as law enforcement — even if it is clearly illegal — and the final judges openly shield law-breaking officials or even turn the tables on the victims, then ordinary plaintiffs lose even their last chance and ability to seek justice.

Instead, immigrants in Western society are actually not rejected by ordinary people, because everyone is the system and officials’ victim.

These are precisely the outcomes and living realities demanded by the Canadian, Anglo-American legal system, and even the entire Western system!

It is only because the vast number of victims are either ignorant or unwilling to expose the truth that they continue to be victimized year after year, batch after batch of deceived people continue to arrive even immigrant.

Such governments basically do nothing else. Instead, they fabricate countless so-called scientific excuses for what cannot or willing not be done. In essence: first, officials already enjoy guaranteed income and luxurious lives, so How can they have the motivation or need to do troublesome things?

Second, maintaining a luxurious life requires spending all tax revenue — no matter how much, it can all be reimbursed since they control the accounts. Local property taxes alone amount to millions of dollars per month and tens of millions per year, and every year they are announced as fully spent.

Third, successive officials and candidates come for this corrupt tradition; they have neither the ability nor preparation to develop the economy, so once elected, they cannot and will not do it well.

If pushed too hard, they only need to say one sentence: “There’s no money!” If you residents demand something, you must pay more! Otherwise, you have to solve it yourselves!

This is why Western societies appear to have an explosion of non-governmental organizations. As for whether the government will tax them once these groups achieve results — well, that depends on you. You understand?

As a result, many enthusiastic public welfare advocates can only organize residents themselves. They feel as if the government supports them, and officials occasionally squeeze out a little funding to keep them going, as long as the officials believe the cost is far lower than the return — smoother tax collection and even praise and votes from these groups. After all, they only need a relative majority=the actual few or even very few of votes. Most people, out of deep disgust, choose not to vote at all — which is why, despite the people’s only real power being elections every few years, they would rather give it up. They are truly in despair — so despairing that they no longer believe there are good and capable people who can run and be elected as top leaders. This is the greatest tragedy for current campaign!

Civil groups seem to feel that people are responding to some extent — only because the people have no other choice. But no matter how much time and effort they expend, the groups are ultimately powerless. Most people have already become numb. Time drags on for several government terms, the local area stagnates, people continue to struggle bitterly, and the leaders grow old with only empty reputations. Slightly better off than some but very worse than officers, far from meeting the basic level of happiness required for a fulfilling life, and as a result, it fails to meet the scientific indicators for a significant increase in lifespan (see another dedicated article).

In contrast, in the Eastern power with over a billion residents, the government has never collected a single cent of property tax or agricultural tax. There are many tax reductions and exemptions for small and medium-sized private enterprises, and low- and middle-income groups are completely exempt from income tax. As a result, hundreds of millions of ordinary families own at least one apartment (China already has about 2 billion apartment units) and one car. They can travel and shop around the world. Everyone works hard, prices are low and goods are quality, nights are beautiful with singing and dancing, safe and peaceful, like festivals every day, Although there are still many corruptions and dark sides, we can learn from the strengths and avoid the weaknesses in Fort Erie, making it countless times better. These are supposed to be basic material and spiritual needs of humanity. Yet how many people in Canada and the Western so-called middle class can actually enjoy them?

China has already unilaterally opened visa-free entry for people from Canada and other Western countries, but very few have the money or ability to travel deeply. Meanwhile, Western governments, fearing that their people will see the stark contrast between Eastern and Western societies, have instead increased restrictions on Chinese tourists coming to compare!（Such domestic and foreign policies harm both others and themselves. At the very least, isn’t this unfair and unjust?）

Our Basic measures:

Open source and cost reduction are the two essential approaches that a government, acting as the agent of all citizens, must take when performing administrative duties — neither can be missing! When a government collects taxes, manages money, and spends money, it must first and foremost practice cost reduction, which is also the easiest thing to achieve — saving expenditures!

However, the astonishingly huge waste and legal corruption by governments at all levels in Western countries throughout history has been a common disease of the entire Western world. It is the logical evil consequence of its disguised slave-system dictatorship plus parasitic system. It is now terminally ill. It only avoids collapse because the entire population (tax slaves) is struggling to support it at the bottom, and because Western countries occupy the best natural environment and resources in terms of timing and geography on this limited Earth. This is equivalent to the rest of the world sending money by shopping. In particular, the United States still has the financial hegemony of the US dollar. Even though the federal government is already heavily in debt, with liabilities rising to 37 trillion US dollars, it still shows no remorse and continues as usual — engaging in militarism, burning and robbing money in blood and fire!

In comparison, although many Eastern countries also have corruption, it is mainly illegal corruption. Moreover, they are more active in open source — the government possesses all the people, wealth, and resources. It is also the largest public organization and can develop the most comprehensive and in-depth connections with governments in other places. It has the greatest capability and should take the lead in developing the economy. As a result, most of these governments hold tens of trillions of US dollars in national treasuries! The United States possesses the largest natural arable land area, Canada has the largest freshwater area, and both have top-ranking natural mineral deposits and forests in the world. These are all heaven-given advantages and were not created by Western governments leading their people. Just like the lawns in front of and behind every household, they do not necessarily require people to plant and maintain them.

If left to nature, natural pasture grass would grow, and where the wind blows the grass low, cattle and sheep appear — both beautiful and practical! However, governments in Western countries only know how to forcibly collect property taxes and the like from the people, like parasites attached to the body sucking blood, guaranteed income regardless of drought or flood, reaping without sowing. Of course, they have no motivation or ability to leverage their advantages, lead the people in economic development, and generate revenue. On the contrary, fearing that social changes will be too big and too fast, and fearing that once local people become rich they will flee and not return, leaving no one to continue paying property taxes to supply blood, they impose all kinds of restrictions on the people’s self-construction and development (for example, this city government prohibits buildings from exceeding 9 meters in height, prohibits grazing in backyards, prohibits netting wild fish, and also prohibits fish farming by the lake, etc.).

If it were not for the continuous influx of foreign immigrants who are forced or tricked into coming to replace the new slaves paying property taxes, the populations of Canada and other Western countries would have already declined sharply, trending toward decline and even racial extinction! This is by no means alarmist talk on our part, but a conclusion reached after years of joint research by dozens of universities including Stanford University in the United States and universities in Mexico!

Therefore, major cost reduction must be implemented. Our city government could save millions of dollars in expenditures per month, which would then provide the financial resources to start funds and lead the people in economic development! Of course, it can only be a democratic economy — we must never follow the old path of Eastern countries’ state-owned bureaucratic capitalism, which is disguised slavery! At the same time, we must comprehensively support family-based private economies and ensure that human rights are given unlimited play. In this way, according to the previous discussion in the “People’s Livelihood and Economy” section, even if we only establish one democratic economic enterprise, its benefits and efficiency would be enough to surpass the total of all private and state-owned enterprises combined! For example, we can first set up a wood processing factory mainly producing our scientifically invented patented double-layer combined mobile suites with sunrooms. In addition to meeting the needs of the homeless in our city, they can also be sold externally. They are practical and enjoy the advantage of exclusive production, which will surely bring substantial profits. There will be many more such democratic economy projects, which will definitely make our broad staff prosperous. Once the government has money, it can of course reduce taxes, even exempt taxes, and even distribute dividends to all citizens.

For 1 and 2, reduce or exempt property tax, and the tax rate should be determined based on land area and location quality, rather than the so-called market price, so as to avoid the situation where those occupying good locations and large areas of land pay less tax due to laziness and low market prices, while owners of barren land or small areas pay more tax because of their diligence and ability, which is Unfair and unscientific.  

Since the purpose of the government in collecting taxes is not only to maintain the necessary salaries of civil servants and administrative costs, but also for municipal construction, and these require workers to do the job, then it should be done by the local people first, unless the local people themselves do not want to do it, in which case taxes should be paid and someone else should do it instead, rather than merely collecting taxes and then outsourcing it to private bosses who make huge profits for themselves, leaving the local people without jobs, no income, or only earning a meager salary as private employees.

Allow taxpayers to choose to replace tax with engaging in municipal work, and receiving wages to the excess part ; those without labor ability but with vacant land that can be merged for operation can use the land to offset the tax, and participate in the democratic economy related to land and also receive dividends from land income; those people without vacant land can participate in the construction of a house by new activity houses until world-class apartments provided by the government; Those who have no ability to work at all should be exempted from taxation.

Moreover, the government should provide assistance or subsidies to them to ensure that everyone has a worry-free life, let them expressing gratitude, they will delve into science, use their intelligence and impartiality to offer suggestions for the municipal affairs, transform a negative attitude into a positive one, and implement the overall principle mentioned above, which can also form a virtuous cycle from the opposite perspective.

If the number of people seeking jobs exceeds the available job opportunities, then everyone must support the government in vigorously developing a democratic economy. In particular, they should fully utilize the local resource advantages, such as fishing, aquaculture, donating land for large-scale ranches, planting fruit trees, raising beautiful and docile herbivorous animals like cattle, sheep, and deer; growing vegetables in plant factories; building mobile houses in wood processing factories, and so on, until the construction of the world’s top aerial cities is achieved!

This will not only provide jobs for the entire population for about ten years, but once it is fully completed, everyone will no longer need to work and can simply reap the benefits.

when the floating islands at sea that we have invented are completed, everyone can also travel around the world for free every year.

For 3 and 4, publish monthly income and expenditure details, listing the specific prices, sources, and evidence of various materials and labor for public review by all citizens. At the end of every year, professional personnel will conduct audits, by local residents given priority.  

For 5, the public shall openly review the cost and usage of water fees. It must not be the case that with the world’s largest freshwater resources and an extremely small population, people still cannot afford water. We will also freely use our patented invention “water flows from high places” technology for scientific water pumping and filtration to greatly reduce costs. Not only will permit fees be canceled, but for projects that do not require application and approval, the people shall be allowed to do them freely. Even for projects that require approval, our professional team will be service-oriented, striving to provide multi-faceted professional services to applicants for free.  

for 6, Of course, it would be better if residents could dump their garbage at the recycling station by themselves every day, and the government would only be responsible for collecting it once a week by car. This way, it can meet the diverse living needs of the people while avoiding the inefficiency of government garbage trucks, ensure home and public hygiene and environmental protection. Volunteers or rotating households on each street can transport it to centralized locations, and then use scientific methods to convert it into fertilizer for agricultural use.  

For 7, for any violations, education shall be the main approach and fines supplementary. Even when fines can be imposed, the parties involved shall be allowed to choose to perform volunteer work instead, to increase the violators’ memory and friendship with the government and the public.  

It should be noted that in an Eastern country, despite the pressure on local governments to build, decorate and repair houses for millions of people, no government will do so, and the law strictly prohibits any act of hindering the people. It is forbidden to collect any application fees or design fees. If it is only for decoration or repair, no declaration is required. For privately-owned residential buildings in rural areas, even no approval is needed. The reasoning is simple and scientific: only the private individuals themselves will instinctively do their best to ensure the safety and quality of their own houses, being more conscientious and responsible than any official.

Since officials do not have the relevant expertise or are unwilling to provide free assistance, they must not interfere with the people and engage in exploitation and plundering! Officials can only serve the people, not be slave owners! Only when the government serves the people can it carry out necessary compulsory management.

Its administrative law, administrative penalty law, administrative litigation law, etc. all confirm this fundamental principle: The government can exercise its management powers, especially the power of taxation, only when it fulfills its responsibility of providing assistance to the people. If the government fails to help people purchase houses, it has never levied a single penny of property tax.

As a result, although this country has far fewer natural resources than Canada, it is capable of supporting nearly 40 times the population. Moreover, most people live a relaxed, free, happy and fulfilling life. There is not a single homeless person. Nearly half of the families own more than two houses. More than half of the citizens can travel both domestically and even abroad every year. However, it is still subject to unequal and deliberate restrictions on visas imposed by foreign governments, especially Western ones.

A country with such inherent deficiencies, a population with such a large number of people in need of consumption, and a regime that implements a system criticized by Western officials and scholars – yet this regime was able to achieve remarkable accomplishments in just a few decades, far surpassing Canada and the entire Western world. Canada, especially Erieburg, possesses the world’s top natural resources but has remained neglected and refuses to listen to any scientific and beneficial suggestions. Instead, it prefers to let its entire population be exploited, draining the sweat of the local people and then deceiving foreign immigrants to replace them. It steals and takes their property, leaving them in a dilemma. But it refuses to allow free migration of the people of the world, and is even less capable of making contributions that match the resources it possesses. This is not only a crime against the local residents, but also a crime against the people of the world, especially the hundreds of millions of people who are restricted to barren deserts, gilges, hot and sun-baked areas in the Middle East, Central Asia, North Africa, and Africa. It is known that even animals have no national boundaries and can freely, equally, and freely live anywhere in the world. How can humans be inferior to animals? ！ That’s because the Western governments are even less cruel than the most heartless beasts!
