To measure whether a country’s system is anti-human, one only needs to look at: under geographical and climatic conditions equally suitable for human life, is the locally born population declining or increasing?

To measure whether a country’s system is scientific, one only needs to look at: Can fully resolving mutual harm among people (such as this current FaceBook owners who willingly act as accomplices of the incumbent officials, arbitrarily harming just, kind, and scientific candidates, and stifling the happiness of the broad masses of ordinary people, harms others, harms oneself, harms the public. etc.), so that justice and science complement each other, enable the lifespan of citizens to tend toward natural infinity like that of organisms? Because no genes, cells, or functions within any organism ever self-limit lifespan—unless it is pseudo-science that dares not engage in equal debate!

Then, based on the basic indicators that Canada and Europe-America, despite occupying the land most suitable for human life on Earth, have fewer and fewer locally born people, and lifespans of at most around 120 years, we rigorously reason the logical chain of their systemic institutions:

The origin of this series of institutions is: changing the personal and family dictatorship monopoly of the king into rotation of dirty seats by the elite class! That requires: first, using universal elections as a prop.

1. Externally, forming a false democracy, occupying the high ground of contemporary world politics, so that even if the economy and society are worse in all aspects, they can still be self-righteous and seize every opportunity to smear countries with different systems;
2. Internally, however, only the right to vote is allowed, not the right of voters to recall—lest it become real and they themselves have to be real—causing the people to only hope for the next term, yet as long as they stubbornly implement relative majority system = absolute minority dictatorship, and resolutely reject our innovative “only opponents need to vote on the [Sovereignty of the People Network], and at the time it is finally decided by whether it obtains an absolute majority of the entire people” simple, feasible, and just rule, it plunges the people into: hope—disappointment—the majority stop voting—then they can become worse one after another, only the bad can attract the minority group willing to act as official accomplices to fool and suppress the broad masses of ordinary people;
3. Still less can the people be allowed to hold referendums on affairs—then officials would serve for nothing: if being an official does not make one rich, I would not come even if invited! Only when officials have dictatorial power over affairs is it a super-profit model more comfortable than that of second-generation rich—earning countless money, and those who send money still have to beg me;

Second, then, how to use power to seek huge profits?

It must be more convenient externally than those countries officers denounced as authoritarian, and always more powerful internally than all ordinary people—

1. Compared with the limited anti-corruption inevitable in a kingdom (to prevent officials = servants from excessively encroaching on all people, property, and wealth that legally or factually belong to the king), they simply allow legal corruption (not even wanting the specialized anti-corruption agencies of the kingdom that fight left hand against right hand, so as to “keep a hand in reserve”): the main function and force of the government is to tax to the limit according to residents’ per capita bearing capacity, based on real estate + heads and enterprises that have earned money = parasites, and as long as the government can make it sound reasonable, basically all is divided as spoils; if more tax revenue is needed, they even borrow money to divide as spoils—a super vicious cycle;
2. When the people demand that the government make some improvements—they demand increased taxation—the people dare not speak, and even if they speak it is useless—society stagnates completely—it only needs to be stipulated as the need to protect tradition = backwardness;
3. As a result, not only will they not, and are they incapable of, leading the people to develop the economy, but they will instead suppress the majority of the people from self-rescuing through entrepreneurship—lest ordinary people become strong and reverse-immigrate, becoming more comfortable than officials—even the very few private elites can hardly protect themselves—having only wealth without privilege guarantees, everyone is in constant fear, and may legally become homeless—thus society is a pool of stagnant water.
4. Illegal corruption must also be allowed, so that officials of different posts (whether able to tax, manage money or resources, coerce ordinary people) and levels (size of jurisdiction) all have unlimited opportunities to share the dividends of corruption, lest officials who can “check power with power” become jealous and engage in internal strife, and also to demonstrate that being an official is not only the easiest way to get rich, but can also arbitrarily oppress the people including private tycoons, and even treat human life as grass, illegally creating batches of homeless people who can only live shorter lives—only needing to invoke the official-bandit logic of “sovereign immunity”!
5. The most prominent is allowing judges who passively exercise judicial power, when ordinary people sue the administration or parliament, to actively add insult to injury and turn the tables, transferring the resistance of the victimized people against administrative officials; among them the countries of the Anglo-American legal system are the most vicious! They uphold unwritten law = lawlessness = the personal-rule tyranny of ancient kingdoms > the rule-by-law dictatorship of contemporary kingdoms!

Ultimately forming this closed loop of different paths leading to the same destination:

Starting from sharing corruption—corroding accomplices by rank—internal decay of the privileged class—accelerated death of life, rotting appearance of society—the broad masses of ordinary people are lifelong parasitized and blood-sucked by parasites, inevitably finding life more painful than death, necessarily more miserable than slaves(The slave owners generally would not allow their slaves to starve or freeze to death on the streets or in the wilderness, so that the population of slave-owning countries throughout history was still able to increase slowly.), with far more living worse than dead—fortunately (unfortunately) still able for the time being to delude foreign immigrants to fill the gaps—the result of corrupt decline: social vicious cycle, physiological plunge into death cycle.

What should the people do about this? As the American [Declaration of Independence] says: any suffering, as long as it can still be endured, mankind is still willing to endure, rather than abolish the form of government to which they have long been accustomed for the sake of redress. However, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.

Only we need not a movement like that of America in those years; we only need to use ballots to elect true public servants belonging to the people, or only need to resolutely demand that the government immediately grant the entire people the right of referendum on all public affairs—then I can withdraw from the election and wholeheartedly lead my scientific team to dedicate incomparably beautiful and feasible scientific plans for the entire people!

In comparison, our scientific plan is bound to be a virtuous cycle：

Starting point: justice + science. Only with justice can there be science that conforms to objective laws; only with science can the eternal and optimal justice be obtained—science = natural laws, and every person is the master of nature.

Procedurally: justice—government takes the lead + universal referendum—direct democracy; substantively: science—natural laws, every person is the master of nature, unless the people’s sovereignty continues to be deprived—1. Utilize natural advantages, such as water and fish: according to science, the more fish are eaten the more they multiply is a law + every country eats them is a fact; 2. Government scientific teams take the lead in innovating scientific invention patents, start businesses and make profits under less competitive pressure + must implement economic democracy—justice throughout the entire process; 3. Everyone has the right to propose (scientific) initiatives; if the government does not accept them, the proposer has the right to initiate a universal referendum to ensure justice.

The key is that science itself must also implement direct democracy: 1. Start with universal education: students mainly study natural sciences—parents participate in teaching democracy in primary and secondary schools; 2. Adults receive re-education at any time—equal interaction between teachers and students, full-member referendum; 3. Libraries are upgraded into science and technology experiment halls—universal participation, government-supported experiments; 4. Regularly hold scientific arena contests, equal publication, open debate, expert commentary, universal referendum—ensure that any self-proclaimed scientific knowledge undergoes just examination!

Finally, for recognized scientific plans, apply for patents while starting businesses in a democratic economic model; truly scientific physiological life + comprehensive medical care + establishing specialized life science research and diagnosis and treatment will not only make disease treatment worry-free, but also elevate from passive treatment of disease to active unlimited happiness, health, and longevity!
