Last night, I just received true information: a pair of elderly, frail, only primary-school-educated bottom-level ordinary people, a husband and wife already 80 years old, who for the past several decades had been clinging to a dilapidated old house, living barely on the limited living subsidies equally given by the government plus assistance from many relatives; later, because we ourselves, after immigrating to the West with technology and capital, have been continuously blood-sucked plus illegally plundered by cunning means, leaving us in a dilemma and unable to take care of ourselves, in recent years we have also been unable to assist them.
Finally, this elderly couple, simply because the government of the small town where they lived continuously developed the economy and vigorously carried out development and construction, which had already expanded to the community where their home was located, demolished their nearly worthless dilapidated house along with that whole area of poor people’s houses, clearing several acres of land. The government, together with introduced foreign capital, jointly built 6 nearly 30-story high-end apartment buildings, and all at once compensated every household among the several thousand people in the community with apartment units on a 1:1 basis according to the full building area of their original old houses. This elderly couple thus suddenly received compensation of two suites of over 90 square meters each, each being three bedrooms and one living room!
Unfortunately, each suite has only one bathroom, so their son—my maternal uncle—even consulted my husband: whether an additional bathroom could be built? Because the government also allows private additions, as long as it does not affect the downstairs neighbors, there is no need to apply or seek approval, and no application fee of even a single cent needs to be paid!
In addition, because the two free apartment suites they received still did not equal the building area of their original dilapidated house, the government proactively compensated them with an extra 100,000 yuan—although equal to 20,000 Canadian dollars, because it is in RMB—they are my own maternal grandparents!
Moreover, all the villagers will later live in the high-end residential complex, and not only will they continue to pay not a single cent in property tax, they will also not pay even a cent of the expensive, deceptive Western management fees—because the government organizes professional managers and security to manage it, paid by government finances—sourced from the income of selling or renting the extra several hundred apartment units, and the operation or higher rental income of the many street-front shops in the complex, and they will even increase the monthly dividends for every resident (theirs is about 6,000 per month, while in my husband’s former home—Guangzhou, China, the houses plus dividends obtained from suburban rural demolition compensation are at the tens-of-millions level; overnight everyone becomes a multi-millionaire, and the local area is a spectacular scene of high-rise buildings and dreamlike night views, enough to laugh at the whole of Toronto, Canada, and even the West!).
In addition, my grandparents are also preparing to live in the second-floor suite themselves and rent out the other high-floor suite.
He said that way the two of them can walk up and down the stairs every day without taking the elevator, after all, they are not used to waiting for elevators.
When I told them: my husband has already invented two kinds of elevators that require no electricity—one is a multi-person joyful elevator, and the other is a single-person fitness elevator, which can be installed inside every two- or three-story suite for exclusive use.
They still blindly envied: Canada is still so advanced and developed after all!
This made me forcibly hold back tears, tightly close my lips, afraid of misspeaking, afraid of exposing the rotten truth of Canada’s Western backwardness. However, how could I still say it—because in Fort Erie I had no choice but to step forward to participate in the seemingly equal election, yet have continuously been hunted down and blocked even to the point of being secretly harmed by corrupt officials and their accomplices. They would rather deceive themselves, vigorously prevent us from these series of measures benefiting the people, and forbid us from dedicating them to the local entire people, so that our scientific team’s series of scientific, feasible plans that are far more beautiful than China’s and benefit the entire people have to this day been stubbornly strangled by them! Thus I had no words to reply, and could only let the tears flow—-
On the other end of the phone thousands of miles away, my grandfather who could not see me still excitedly said: once both of their apartments are renovated, they will take the compensation money and the two of them will go abroad to travel, first of all to the legendary Western developed country of our Canada to visit our home and sightsee (yet I actually have no money to receive them)—however, apart from the natural scenery left behind, what man-made constructions here are worth admiring? Everywhere are low, old, dim, lonely and solitary, anti-scientific and anti-natural single-family houses, living beings of vicious dogs almost the same as people, lawns that have no economic value and instead waste manpower and material resources, forced to become homeless people——
Can we cover up this situation? Can we not truthfully inform them? What feelings will they have when they see it? They will certainly be moved by the scene: if they also lived in Canada’s West, would they not have long ago frozen or starved to death on the streets—even the streets not qualifying, being driven away, only fit to freeze or starve to death in the wilderness or under the organ-transplant surgical knives on the operating tables of man-eating hospitals, or under the so-called “authoritative argument that humans can only live an average of 80 years” of the dictatorial hierarchical monopoly of the life science community?
Yet according to the true argumentation of our scientific team: every person can indeed, like the biological instinct they belong to, have a natural lifespan that is unlimited, and it is also easy to obtain—just as nature is eternal because of self-balance; humans, as biological beings of nature, as long as after maturity they basically maintain physiological balance, can live infinitely; they only need externally to turn weapons of war into jade and silk, turn opposition especially hostility into friendship and mutual help, the more people the better, so that being moved, excited, and love can be encountered and easily obtained everywhere, the spirit filled with positive energy; internally the diet fully conforms to correct natural science, physiologically reducing negative energy, then they will certainly naturally achieve happiness and longevity!
I ask all voters, what are your feelings? What suggestions do you have for how I should reply to my respectable and lovable grandparents?

Case Cause Analysis
Forced demolition of civilian houses was a phenomenon that was widely criticized by Chinese society more than a decade ago. Although it contributed to the rapid development of urban construction in China at that time, it caused many tragedies, and urban construction itself was not entirely satisfactory.
In 2014, when we had just emigrated to the United States, my husband was deeply engrossed in writing his epoch-making work of salvation for the world, The Common Mission and Ideal of All Humanity. When he reached the section on social management, he incidentally discussed how to resolve China’s five major social hot-button issues, one of which was a section on how to resolve forced demolitions (see the relevant content in my husband’s book published in 2014).
We then posted that section alone on Chinese websites. Two months later, a certain district in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, fell into a deadlock while planning to demolish for a large real-estate project. A small number of so-called holdouts refused to sign contracts and demanded excessive prices. The local government did not take the traditional path of forced demolition. Instead, following our proposal, it mobilized all local villagers for a democratic referendum. The result was that the vast majority agreed to sign (under basically uniform terms). Only a few percent of the villagers, although they disagreed, dared not oppose the majority and soon signed separately, so that the demolition proceeded smoothly to completion.
Thereafter, localities throughout China basically followed this method, resulting in universal satisfaction, advancing with songs of triumph, covering a thousand li in a single day, and demonstrating the charm and great power of direct democracy!
In fact, almost every major victory and success of the Chinese Communist Party before and after the founding of the nation relied on the implementation of corresponding systems of direct democracy (see the relevant chapters of this book). Therefore, China is truly practicing genuine direct democracy throughout the entire process, in every community, village, and so on. Moreover, whether by legal stipulation (such as the Property Management Regulations) or in actual practice, nationwide referendums require the consent of more than half of the entire body to be valid—the rule that the minority submits to the majority—rather than the Western relative majority, which is often merely the dictatorship of an absolute minority.
In 1991, while my husband was working at the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions on the front line of China’s reform and opening-up, he was sent to participate in the “Rural Socialist Education Movement.” In the final stage of the five-month period, “Rural Legal System Construction,” which was organized by my husband, a draft of the “Rural Democratic Management Measures” (totaling 28 articles) was quickly formulated. It stipulated the implementation of a system of direct democracy: all villagers would exercise the rights of election and recall over all members of the village committee; the secretary of the village Party branch would be elected and recalled by all Party members; the entire people would further exercise the rights of initiative and referendum over all village affairs; and a democratic collective economy would be developed, and so on.
This draft was first unanimously passed by the provincial work team to which my husband belonged. Then a general assembly of all villagers was convened to read it out and explain it, winning the most enthusiastic applause from the entire people! The only exceptions were the incumbent village Party branch secretary, the village head, the members of the village committee, and their family members. Then, pressing the advantage, it was reported to the township Party committee for approval, then reported to the district Party committee, which also examined and passed it, and then submitted to the Party committee of the provincial capital Guangzhou for study. The provincial work team to which he belonged was then disbanded, and each member returned to their original unit to work. Later, when he was transferred to work at the provincial procuratorate, he inquired about it once more; the municipal Party committee replied that it had also been passed and had already been submitted to the provincial Party committee for study.
Until the beginning of 1998, when Democratic U.S. President Clinton was about to visit China and planned to inspect China’s rural construction, the Chinese government, rushing ahead of the U.S. President’s visit, implemented the “Organic Law of the Villagers’ Committees” (trial version) in multiple provinces and cities—precisely my husband’s draft from that year. This shows that the greatest help of the United States and the West to China was not material or technological, but rather prompting China to catch up with and surpass Europe and America in the spiritual aspects of the legal system and so on! This brought about the second and greater liberation of the countryside, which at that time accounted for 90 percent of China’s area and population in Chinese history, as well as the achievements of new rural construction!
Unfortunately, that law omitted from my husband’s draft the “system of election and recall of the village Party branch secretary by all Party members,” and changed the democratic truth of decision by more than half of the entire people, imitating the West, into a “relative-majority system.” Moreover, the Party branch secretary, unconstrained by the village itself, was in reality the overall manager of the village, and many village heads concurrently served as secretaries; the impact can be imagined.
However, China later also formulated the “Law on Rural Collective Economic Organizations,” raising the nationwide referendum system to a requirement of a two-thirds vote, and requiring the consent of two-thirds of them! Yet that law only carries the outer shell of economic democracy and is neither fish nor fowl; it both conflicts with the “Organic Law of the Villagers’ Committees” and causes the democratic economy that ought to exist to be diluted, fragmented, and degraded, so that construction in all aspects of China’s vast countryside has grown ever slower and progressively declined. It is only relative to the Western countries, which have no countryside at all—where the entire country is occupied by the government and then privately divided, with dictatorship everywhere and no guarantee of democracy or human rights—that this is clearly the internal driving force, main reason, and institutional confidence for China’s rapid catching-up with and surpassing of the West in recent decades! In addition, China has consistently banned religion and comprehensively studied the natural sciences of the West (the social sciences themselves are not scientific!), so that everyone believes in science and democracy and in practical work! If the Chinese Communist Party also wanted to brainwash and stupefy the people as the West does, how could it resolutely ban the religion that most paralyzes people?! Sparing no cost even when the West uses this as one of its pretexts for sanctions!
This is the fundamental reason why the village of my maternal grandparents in this case was able to proceed smoothly. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that the addresses of the houses of my maternal grandparents and many other villagers were themselves only planned for the construction of a park, not for high-rise buildings on the same site. Therefore, if they had disagreed with the demolition, it would have had no impact whatsoever on the construction of the buildings. This shows that the government purely took into account the equal rights and interests of these few villagers and preferred to sacrifice the major interests of the government and the developers in order to give these villagers the same most beautiful treatment!

(3) Forced Demolition—Turning Forced Demolition into Conscious Performance
If small traders and peddlers mainly affect the management of city appearance, then demolition mainly and directly affects private residence. If the government bears the primary responsibility for maintaining good urban management, then the relevant citizens are in fact the ones who care most about demolition and its environment. Therefore, for the difficult problem of demolition, as long as the breakthrough point is accurately found and direct democracy is then applied, it becomes even easier to resolve. It will not merely be like the forced retreat of small traders and peddlers or the helplessness of petitioners with grievances, but rather the actively voluntary self-demolition by the households to be relocated, leaving the government and construction units unable to believe it, as if they were dreaming a Chinese dream:
- As long as one is confident that the reconstruction after demolition will definitely be far better than the present living conditions of the households to be relocated, one can boldly mobilize the masses.
- As long as one realizes that all the households to be relocated have an even more urgent “selfish” desire than the government to change their living environment and grade, one can implement mass self-determination.
- As long as the entire demolition compensation agreement and process are fully open, upright and aboveboard, able to withstand questioning by the masses, and make the majority of the people firmly believe without doubt, one need not fear that the majority of the masses will not support it.
Then relevant regulations are formulated and submitted to a referendum of all the households to be relocated, stipulating therein: the demolition agreement shall be decided according to democratic procedures by the minority submitting to the majority. Once the majority agrees to the demolition compensation plan, the entire reconstruction agreement takes effect. Individuals or a small number who object may resort to judicial adjudication, or submit the matter to a referendum of all the households to be relocated and the construction unit. What is passed by referendum or adjudication must be executed. Otherwise, any household to be relocated has the right to demand that the objectors consciously perform, so as not to hinder the entire process and the interests of the majority of households.
In this way, individual holdouts will inevitably not dare to continue resisting, because:
- Holdouts generally do not particularly fear government officials, feeling that officials will be concerned about their own political future and dare not act openly and recklessly; the construction unit also does not particularly dare to take risks in forcing them excessively, after all it is only a unit, and employees without democratic rights will not risk their lives for the unit, while the boss even less dares to take the field in person and confront them head-on, for it is not worth being desperately attacked by a mere commoner under the principle of capturing the leader first to capture the bandits. Therefore, what holdouts fear is precisely the masses of their own village, including neighbors. Because if they have all signed in agreement, it means they truly “prefer the new to the old” and cannot wait for the joy of moving to a higher residence as soon as possible; moreover, they generally, like oneself, do not have three burrows like a cunning rabbit, having only this one home and no other. Since they have agreed to the demolition, if they cannot move for even one day they must lodge under others’ roofs or sleep in the open, and of course will be anxious as if on fire. If they know clearly that it is precisely one’s own household that is setting up a blockade here, like a black sheep or a single mouse dropping spoiling a whole pot of soup, they will certainly come to urge, or even come to fight desperately. Where would there still be any need to wait for the government or the construction unit to carry out forced demolition? The households to be relocated themselves will take action. At the same time, the open spears of government units are easy to dodge, while the hidden arrows of mass neighbors are hard to guard against; moreover, the masses can also adopt a great variety of underhanded methods to force one into submission. Added to this is the thought that the government will secretly encourage the masses’ spontaneous all-manner of driving one out and promise not to hold the masses responsible, one cannot help feeling one’s hair stand on end, sweet dreams hard to realize, only successive nightmares. If one faces the media and the public in a grand and stirring death struggle before government officials, one can still leave a tragic and heroic image and exchange it for a halt to forced demolition, a large increase in compensation, and especially the extra compensation for causing death—gaining both fame and profit. But if one dies unexplained under the secret harm of surrounding masses, that would truly be dying in vain, and one would also have lost the core force holding the position. Moreover, even if some women and aunts spend the whole day around one’s home cursing the mulberry while pointing at the locust, it is already hard enough to endure, and among them there may even be one’s own relatives, making it seem as if one has already been abandoned by all and truly become a solitary figure without support.
At this moment, as long as there is no relatively large grievance or loss, it is believed that the holdouts will be wise enough to recognize the times, make a sharp turn in thinking, and choose to agree. At that time, even if the government has not yet had time to reply or is still half-believing and half-doubting, the holdouts may clear out their homes overnight and open the door to leave. When the government organizes a forced-demolition team armed to the teeth, in a mighty procession, driving bulldozers and cranes like tanks and cannons to the site, they may still think the holdouts are playing the empty-city stratagem like Zhuge Liang and dare not enter rashly, only setting up loudspeakers to shout: You have been surrounded; stopping resistance is the only way out——only to find that the holdouts have already taken the back road—the “democratic future”—and walked behind the leaders waiting for them to check and sign for acceptance.
Of course, these measures are only the effects that can be achieved under the existing system. Once full democracy is implemented, such phenomena and problems will no longer occur:
- The comprehensive exercise of direct democratic rights makes the entire society harmonious, officials and people one family, with almost no disputes or dissatisfaction left. Even if there are still the inevitable difficulties of satisfying every taste or official mistakes, there is not the slightest need to worry—
- Under the full democratic system of everyone’s mutual scoring rights, any dissatisfaction with an official can be expressed by directly giving that official a low score or even a negative score, and one can also mobilize others to score likewise, until the official must step down because of a failing score, without the need for repeated petitions appealing to official superiors. If it is a grievance against a matter rather than a person, even after the judicial process is completed, one can still strive for the local people to initiate a reconsideration or initiative procedure, seeking to change the original handling decision through a nationwide referendum, without the need to waste the people’s money and strength in weak self-petitioning.
- Economic democracy plus money being replaced by moral scoring makes corruption basically nonexistent; no one in society is so poor as to need to be a small trader or peddler to support the family. If at that time you still see small traders and peddlers, no matter how high a price you offer you will not get what you wish—not because of their “advancing with the times” greed, but because they simply do not want to make money, but instead freely give away their unique craft items, and may even give you money as a souvenir. In such a scene, how should the urban-management officers respond? It is believed that the answers are myriad, but all are harmonious interactions with universal joy.
- Abolishing both private ownership and state ownership of land, all land belongs to every person. You—one of every person—is there still any need on the boundlessly vast earth to build or desperately cling to a small house? And to fix yourself and your family for life on this speck of land like a drop in the ocean, thereby losing or being excluded by others and the multitude from a world countless times larger? Where would there still be anyone who would desperately cling to a private house and resist demolition? One would only commonly see urban-management officers encountering empty houses and simply unable to find the owners—of course not because the house owners are lying in ambush nearby, sharpening their knives and determined to fight the urban-management officers to the death, but because a few house owners of insufficient awareness are too embarrassed to admit that the houses are theirs, so as to let the government demolish them free of charge on their behalf. If someone wants to give you a set of housing, you will certainly no longer nervously ask: How much does it cost? but will sneer: What do you mean? Do you want me to be as if in prison or guarding a temple? The entire people have already voluntarily and consciously gathered to live free of charge in noble skyscrapers, every day like a festival, everyone relatives; looking outside the building, the eyes reach a thousand li of beautiful scenery; turning inside the building, everything heard and seen is joy——
At that time the urban-management officers will naturally change their present ill fortune of being blamed by both sides, and instead raise their eyebrows and exhale freely, full of vitality and high spirits, becoming the most relaxed and pleasant work!
If you still don’t believe it, please everyone go for on-the-spot investigation. If I am elected, our scientific team will at our own expense respectfully invite everyone in batches to travel to China, my hometown, to be guests and verify. Okay?
However, please don’t lose heart! As long as everyone follows our scientific plan and implements it promptly, Fort Erie will gradually surpass China in one month, three months, one year, and three years, and will be countless times better than all other countries in the world! Are you not convinced? Then please feel free to have a rational discussion with us!

potentially allowing city residents to no longer need to work as laborers, but to easily
learn technology and engage in careers they like, including helping everyone shoot their
own movies, hold humor competitions, etc., without worrying about being replaced by
AI, etc. All plans will be submitted to the public for discussion and referendum.
Third Year
We will also negotiate with large shipbuilding manufacturers to build our another world-
class patented invention: Can Self-sustaining Global Charity Cruise Island. This will allow all city residents to
take turns enjoying free worldwide travel, and due to its public welfare nature, become
angels warmly welcomed and generously hosted by coastal countries!
Fourth Year
In the fourth year, my husband and I are willing to accept a full public review and recall
referendum, just like students accepting a strict examination from all of you teachers,
and then decide whether we are qualified and how to dedicate ourselves to the public.
Statement of Having No Choice But to Run for Election — As Long as a Referendum System Is Implemented, I Will Never Need to Run!
Although we love Fort Erie more than anyone else, I truly never intended to become the Mayor of Fort Erie or hold any official position. We only wanted to do our utmost, together with everyone, to build the best possible community here!
Since our middle school years, we have had a strong passion for studying physical geography and natural sciences. We know that the Great Lakes hold nearly two-fifths of the world’s freshwater, and that this region enjoys a temperate continental climate with maritime influences — mild weather year-round, fertile soil, lush vegetation, and vast hinterland. It is exceptionally well-endowed and ideally suited to building the most ideal living model for all humanity!
Therefore, we immigrated to North America and lived successively in Cleveland on the other side of Lake Erie, Chicago on Lake Michigan, Toronto on Lake Ontario, and other places. However, those cities were already quite developed and difficult to transform. In the end, we chose here — because starting from a blank slate makes it easier to paint the best picture. As the saying goes, “Poverty inspires change”—the local people should naturally long for major transformation.
Thus, after moving here in the summer of 2021, we began combining theory with practice. After on-site investigations and careful research, in August 2022 we wrote a long [Development Proposal] and sent it twice to the Mayor’s official email. There was not a single reply! In contrast, another [Proposal] we wrote for the City of Niagara Falls received an enthusiastic response and invitation from the Mayor’s assistant the very next day. But, Niagara Falls, which lacks direct access to the Great Lakes, is not as suitable for several of the top-tier designs in our scientific plan as Fort Erie is. Since neither Fort Erie nor Canada as a whole has a genuine democratic referendum system, we could only wait patiently for the municipal government to heed public opinion, prioritize people’s livelihood, and value science. Yet what we received was the opposite — terrible consequences.
Even this June, we made one final effort, seeking a face-to-face meeting with city leaders to offer advice. Although time was limited, the meeting appeared cordial on the surface. However, when we tried to provide concrete plans for rapid economic development, solving citizens’ livelihood issues, and especially when we offered to contribute our patented technologies while being willing to abandon our election plans, the municipal government once again ignored our emails. Even the investors we had invited at the time were completely disappointed.
Only at this moment did we fully realize that, under the indulgence of the evil contemporary national system, the local government only wants us all to act as tax-paying house slaves, even willingly allowing them to seize our wealth through trickery and force. They do not want our wisdom, fairness, or creativity. This is tantamount to refusing to bring prosperity, happiness, and dignity to the general public! When the people have no right to decide their own affairs through voting, it stifles everyone’s intelligence and fairness! What remains is inevitably stagnation, decay, exploitation, decline, isolation, xenophobia, and even racial discrimination!
If you do not believe in our scientific proposals, then by all means—and you should — let everyone discuss them together through open and equal debate. No matter whom you invite — even the world’s top scientists — we will confidently engage in debate and persuade everyone with reason! As long as there is a referendum after full public debate, if more than half of all voters disagree with our series of scientific proposals, we will accept it wholeheartedly, with a clear conscience, and there will be no need for us to run—because the very first of the Ten Major Series of Proposals we have long published on our website is: Implement Direct Democracy—all can be decided by referendum, Genuine Democracy at last — the Minority Obeys the Majority!
Even if elected, we will never rule as dictators. We will allow anyone to raise objections to any policy and demand that the municipal government revise it; if not, it shall be submitted to a public referendum. Anyone will also have the right to propose their own motions to the municipal government; if rejected, they will have the right to initiate a referendum. All decisions shall be based solely on the approval of more than half of all voters, up to and including the right to recall the mayor.
However, if the current municipal government continues to deprive citizens of their right to make suggestions and to vote, it is blocking everyone’s right to change their destiny and attain happiness! Do you really want to remain slaves with no decision-making power — not even property rights?! Do the vast majority of ordinary citizens truly wish to continue being exploited and deceived by a tiny parasitic minority that accounts for only 5–20%?!
Know this: the basic standard of happiness is free food, housing, and transportation— rights that even animals enjoy by nature. At the very least, one should live without worries and be able to travel the world for sightseeing— this is merely the animal right plus the spiritual rights required by human physiology! Many countries that Western politicians label as “backward” have achieved this to varying degrees. How can the wise and courageous people of Canada and the West be willing to accept true backwardness?!
Yet please compare the current situation in various places. In terms of construction, most are low, dilapidated, and abandoned— anti-scientific. In daily life, people face loneliness, monotony, high prices, and unnatural conditions, causing everyone to age rapidly, far short of natural lifespan. At least local ordinary citizens have almost no ability to travel to today world’s most worthwhile destinations— China, including Xinjiang and Tibet, which have been attacked by politicians— to see and learn for themselves. Yet China has long granted unilateral visa-free access to Canadians and Westerners with full confidence. China’s prices are only about one-fifth of Canada’s, with almost no genetically modified foods. Both urban and rural areas are safe and convenient, full of beautiful night scenes and vibrant cultural life— like another world.
Can we allow the government to continue squeezing ordinary citizens so that they cannot even afford to visit China for on-site investigation and comparison, forcing them to stay here and be brainwashed, while only the privileged class enjoys luxury and debauchery around the world, only need continuing to exploit and deceive the people, living in idleness and wasting natural resources and people’s livelihood?!
Precisely because China still has many fundamental flaws— especially the lack of the world’s most urgently needed first and decisive scientific field of democratic decision-making — if Fort Erie and Canada as a whole take the lead in implementing our systematic scientific system and specific proposals, we will certainly be able to rapidly surpass China, the Middle East, the United States, and all other countries or cities, and lead far ahead!
However, the current officials and their associates would rather sacrifice major gains for minor ones and have subjected us to increasingly severe obstruction and suppression. As a result, many upright and kind-hearted ordinary citizens have begun to awaken and persistently urge us to rise to the challenge and step forward without hesitation. This has left us with no choice but to register as candidates on June 26 and begin our campaign!
Only in this way can we lead everyone to pool wisdom and efforts, unite as one, and bring about a genuine rebirth of happiness for all! At the very least, during the election process we can promptly present this fair, just, scientifically feasible, and extraordinarily beautiful series of proposals and schemes to everyone, so that the spark may spread and illuminate the darkness. In case anything unforeseen happens to us during the campaign, I only hope that our four children can survive and, when they grow up, continue to serve everyone.
(Note: Whenever our articles or statements use “We (the campaign)”, it refers to the campaign team formed by myself and other councillor candidates, as well as the “Justice and Science Party” established by my scientific volunteers. The Party will also participate in the provincial and federal elections. The goal is for all local residents and the entire country to unite as one, pooling our wisdom and strength to achieve great things together!
In addition, it is perfectly normal and appropriate for me to receive scientific policy guidance from my husband. He is also a Canadian citizen and a local voter, so he has both the right and the duty to offer advice and suggestions for the benefit of our community and our country. Hello!
Our community is blessed with exceptional natural advantages and outstanding people. If we govern with fairness and a scientific approach, we can make Fort Erie a significantly better place, where everyone can enjoy a happier and healthier life.
If elected, I will fully utilize the powers of a Strong Mayor while working closely and cooperatively with the new council and the current administrative team. Government should not only manage and collect fees — it should use its credibility and resources, combined with the innovative ability of our volunteer science team, to create better economic and social outcomes for our residents at low or even zero cost.
My main commitments are as follows:
1. We will immediately launch a modular housing factory using a new democratic economic model. Local residents will be encouraged to participate equally, with priority given to those without housing. We will produce our patented “Self-sufficient water and power, removable combination suite (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living room with a sunroom on the second floor)” offering them to residents at cost price or with favorable terms. These homes require no foundation or external utility connections and can be lived in flexibly. Excess units will be sold to generate revenue.
2. Only by increasing government revenue can we gradually reduce or eliminate municipal property taxes, water fees, and various permit and maintenance charges. At the same time, we will build more public facilities, such as multi-functional community squares, indoor recreational and fitness centers, riverside landscape corridors, and grapevine walkways — all free for residents. We will also utilize our invention, the “zero-energy reverse current boat,” to create a unique tourism attraction.
3. We will build plant factories to lower the cost of vegetables and fruits for residents year-round. We will also construct a local waste processing facility to improve sanitation and provide organic fertilizer for agriculture.
4. A technology support team will be established to provide free technical assistance to residents. An engineering team will also be formed, giving priority to local residents to build roads, water, electricity, and other infrastructure through the democratic economic model, ensuring lower costs, higher efficiency, and greater transparency.
5. All practical patents developed by our science team — such as self-assisted bird-like flying devices, water-lifting technology without electricity, and energy-free fitness elevators — will be implemented locally and made freely available to Fort Erie residents. Long-term visionary projects, such as sky cities and floating public benefit islands, will be pursued when funding is secured, allowing more residents to benefit.
6. We will make full use of our local natural advantages and follow natural principles to improve livelihoods at low cost. This includes supporting sustainable fishing and farming so residents can access fresh fish and meat more affordably; connecting idle land to create ecological pastures and orchards to enhance the environment and boost tourism; leveraging our proximity to Buffalo to promote cross-border trade and convenient transportation; building new science education facilities; and expanding our local hospital into a modern comprehensive facility.
7. We will work to introduce greater direct democracy, including residents’ right to referendum, the right to propose and review new ideas in council, and the right to recall the Mayor through online voting —all requiring majority by more than half of all voters to consent for passing. This will create a closer and more harmonious relationship between government and citizens.
These 6,7 initiatives will require support from higher levels of government in the form of updated laws and leads. Therefore, our science team will simultaneously prepare to establish the Justice Science Party, with the goal of gaining influence at the provincial or federal level. This will allow us to help shape better laws and leads so that all our projects for Fort Erie can be successfully implemented.
As the science of life teaches us: only when everyone is good, can we are truly good and live long, healthy lives.
