For there, we need to identify solutions for the ten major areas.

The first issue to solve is the problem of human harmony, including every individual maintaining the best physical and mental state, in human society, . This cannot be separated from harmonious and friendly relationships between people. Among them, the most important is the relationship between the people and officials — the government, because the government exercises coercive power. Therefore, we must first reasonably define the basic relationship between the people and the government.

For a long time, it has been officials governing the people. The slave society passed down from ancient times was one in which officials and the government directly controlled everything about the people, including their personal freedom. However, if, although the government no longer directly restricts the people’s personal freedom on the surface, it can still indirectly restrict their personal freedom through exploiting the people’s property, even determining their life and death. When the people only have a place to stand, the government comes to collect taxes, and the amount of tax is almost equivalent to a family’s living expenses, forcing the people to work doubly hard. If they can only work in private enterprises, private enterprises, driven by the instinct to make more money, must try their best to reduce costs, including wages, so that wages are in principle only enough for the workers’ living expenses, lest the workers accumulate too much surplus over time and reach the point where they no longer need to work. Therefore, even if residents work every day, they can only barely make ends meet and cannot stop.
