Current issues：

For 4. Achieve a continuous flow of tourists 365 days a year, with rolling sources of wealth. Even in winter, create the world’s most beautiful ice sculptures and the largest natural skating rinks, etc.  

For 5. Build various large open-air and indoor squares according to the proportion of residents, ensuring everyone can reach them easily by walking, rain or shine, and gather happily.  

For 6. For any private business, as long as it does not occupy too much land, it shall be allowed to operate freely and can receive free assistance.
