— A Heartfelt Message on the Renewed Meeting Between the Heads of State of China and the United States

More than a year and a half after Trump took office, today the heads of state of China and the United States have finally met again. Moreover, President Trump personally went to the airport to welcome President Xi, which fully demonstrates the importance attached to this meeting!

In fact, On December 16, 2024, when Trump held a press conference at his private estate, he said that if China and the United States joined hands, they could solve all the problems of the world, and that this was important!

At that time, the author wrote a proposal article, which was published that same month on the North America News Network. Unfortunately, an English version was not published simultaneously and it did not receive everyone’s attention, resulting in a missed opportunity. We failed to properly rein in Trump, this wild horse, so that over the past nearly two years this double-edged sword of his has failed to do good things and has only done bad things.

In view of this, the author instinctively hurried to write this heartfelt message:

Because the United States is still the only superpower and is singularly strong militarily, if he uses the power of the entire country to do bad things, it really could surpass Nazi Germany in destructiveness. The most extreme example is that, merely on the basis of its own so-called drug-trafficking charges, it openly invaded Venezuela and arrested the president of another country, and moreover subjected him to extreme humiliation, without any morality whatsoever; it brazenly repeated international pretexts and kept bombing Iran, especially going so far as to kill Iran’s supreme leader and his entire innocent family in an attack even more despicable and evil than Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor back then, and then talked about it with relish. These are entirely the deeds of an organized-crime syndicate! Of course, he also shamelessly admitted that the United States simply wants to be a pirate!

Unfortunately, since the former Soviet Union dissolved itself, for the time being there has no longer been any country or bloc in the world capable of counterbalancing the United States. The Russian leader, having also departed from the original aspiration and mission of communism and wanting only to restore the power and prestige of Tsarist Russia, found an excuse to annex Ukraine and inevitably became deeply trapped in the quagmire of war. He clearly could still extricate himself, but because of Putin’s personal physiological characteristics, he remains stubbornly obsessed, not hesitating to sacrifice the precious lives of countless pitiful young people (including many scientists and righteous people!) and not hesitating to plunge living beings into misery, with both sides suffering, thereby falling into a vicious cycle: you want him to die, so he wants you to die; you cannot make him die, and instead he may make you die; the result is either an endless succession of deaths, one after another, or the activation of nuclear weapons and mutual destruction.

Originally, if Russia had not launched and become deeply trapped in a war of aggression, it could still, more or less, have counterbalanced the United States. If it had joined hands justly with China, it could almost have restrained the evil actions of the United States. In addition, even America’s Western allies could no longer tolerate the atrocities of the U.S. president, criticizing them on moral grounds and at least refusing to endorse them. Then it would have been entirely feasible for the world to return to the general level of security that existed before Trump’s rule. However, precisely because of Russia’s extremely vile and foolish atrocities, Trump copied the example, merely making use of America’s deterrent power and even being able, by methods of winning without fighting, to effectively occupy the whole of Venezuela and Greenland. Having tasted the sweetness of this, he then pressed for more, seeking to use the same method to occupy Iranian oil—using cannons to attach himself like a vampire and endlessly suck Iran’s blood! Completely devoid of humanity!

Iran originally suffers from the greatest unfairness in the world: within the geographical hierarchy, it is naturally situated in the worst and most pitiful Gobi or semi-desert environment. Yet in that environment fundamentally unsuitable for human life, the great Iranian people did not think only of invading outward and seizing the territory of other countries in order to migrate there. Instead, with astonishing perseverance, intelligence, and wisdom, they created the comprehensive strength and other achievements of the ancient civilization of the Persian Empire, far surpassing the myths of One Thousand and One Nights.

Even regarding what Western society attacks as Iran’s so-called strict Islamic governance, we must also analyze it scientifically:

While the whole world clings to a geographical hierarchy, Western European white people were not satisfied with naturally possessing the world’s most advantageous geography (a temperate maritime climate and fertile territory), but also used force to seize from Native Americans the North American continent, which likewise belongs to the first geographical tier, and ultimately the whole of the Americas, South Africa—the only part of the African continent belonging to the first tier—and Oceania (the southeast and New Zealand).

The major differences among geographical environments of different tiers are mainly these: in the first tier, the weather is favorable, the soil is fertile, the terrain is flat or moderately undulating, rainfall is abundant while drainage is smooth, making it highly suitable for the growth of plants and food crops. Although there is a relatively long season of ice and snow, heavy snow can preserve warmth, freezing can kill germs, and both conserve moisture. The biological characteristic of plant cells is that they fear high temperatures but not cold. As long as the roots remain within the soil’s insulated zone, flowers bloom again when spring warms the following year, in a natural cycle. Therefore, living things can survive by relying on nature; herbivorous animals also grow vigorously again after “hibernation”; human beings need little labor, while vegetables and meat are continuously available everywhere, making ample food and clothing possible. Even when construction is needed, there is no need for difficult work such as providing access roads, water and electricity, and leveling land. Moreover, even according to the hypothesis of plate drift and crustal reorganization, because of the centrifugal force generated by the Earth’s rotation, earthquakes and geological disasters are almost nonexistent in high-latitude regions but are concentrated in low-latitude regions on both sides of the equator. Even catastrophic typhoons and hurricanes can build their force only over oceans receiving direct equatorial sunlight.

Therefore, rather than saying that low-latitude regions remain lush throughout the year without four distinct seasons, it is more accurate to say that throughout the year they struggle against unpredictable natural disasters. With the slightest carelessness, either major disasters cause enormous losses or countless diseases and pests run rampant, penetrating everywhere and becoming impossible to guard against. Moreover, direct blazing sunlight combined with hot and humid weather leaves people nowhere to escape, so much so that people in south-central Africa have literally been scorched into black people—not because they live in darkness, but because, under blazing sun in a climate with only two seasons a year, for at least half the year even shaded forests are difficult to find; whereas dark environments instead nourish white-skinned races. If one kind of people spends most of its life in dark environments, its character can also be imagined. This is the natural law that a particular land and water nurture a particular kind of people, and it is also essential common knowledge for knowing others and ourselves when we deal with people around the world.

The Iranian Plateau, located at low latitudes and under the subtropical high-pressure belt, subjects the Iranian people, as it were, to atmospheric “pressure” all day long, with drought and little rain. Although its relatively high elevation lowers temperatures and has prevented it from becoming desertified like most Middle Eastern countries, it cannot escape having Gobi-type wasteland everywhere. Based on the biological instinct to seek benefit and avoid harm, as long as people have a better place to go, they will naturally migrate like animals.

However, European and American countries that occupy, and especially monopolize, the best geography on Earth stubbornly implement closed-country policies, depriving all humanity of the basic animal right—the first human right—to live freely and equally throughout the world as animals can. Only when their extremely selfish and evil systems cause the broad masses of ordinary people in their own countries to live lives worse than death, the local population continually declines, the labor force available to capitalists becomes insufficient, and the women available for the powerful to play with become insufficient, do they have no choice but to present the image of so-called immigrant countries. In reality, this too is a deception aimed at the broad populations living in the lowest geographical tier, such as the Middle East, Central Asia including China’s far northwest, and most African countries; the second tier, such as India and other parts of South Asia, China (only the Northeast can be classified in the first tier) and other parts of East and Southeast Asia; and the people of South America except Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay, inducing them to immigrate. Yet what immigrants praise most is merely this: at least Europe and America have good natural environments, beautiful mountains and beautiful waters—but they are so boring!

In fact, one only needs to compare the grasslands, cattle, and sheep of Northeast China and Ili in Xinjiang with the front and back lawns of every household in Europe and America to understand deeply that European and American governments mainly damage the natural environment. If natural laws were followed, the land would be more beautiful and more practical.

Just as no country or people, no matter how hard they work to develop the economy and high technology, can change the geographical atmosphere or artificially create nature, even if technology makes this possible in the future, there would be no need—the earth-shaking cost might be enough for humanity to migrate to similar planets in the universe.

It can therefore be seen that the broad lower-tier countries are congenitally disadvantaged, and the costs of economic development and infrastructure construction are many times higher than in Europe and America. For example, China’s construction of expressways and high-speed rail costs several times as much as in Europe and America, especially in the southwest, where it costs dozens of times as much, yet China has nevertheless built in Guizhou—an “expensive province”—many of the world’s greatest bridges!

Therefore, the contemporary world must either immediately become unified according to Chairman Xi’s most scientific and broad-minded “community with a shared future for mankind,” because it conforms to nature’s fundamental law—the law of natural balance (the greatest law that the contemporary scientific community has still not discovered), and laws cannot be resisted and can only be followed; or countries must open equally to the people of all countries, as China is gradually doing through its unilateral visa-free policy—not fearing that mediocre people will create trouble for themselves by saying, “This does not observe international reciprocal dignity.” This is not only pragmatic; it is even more an expression of Chairman Xi’s immense sentiment of embracing the whole world and all humanity! It is also a manifestation of confidence in the system of the Communist Party of China, which is convincing!

If China can also remain committed to science as the foundation and reject all pseudoscience, anti-human decadent systems, and living habits of Western society, such as keeping dogs, treating the lives of wild animals as equal to human lives, and indulging women in disguised prostitution, thereby, frauds that harm both people and their wealth are rampant, leaving many ordinary men with nothinggreatly, reducing happiness and damaging love, marriage, and population growth (for the specific principles, see the author’s book from ten years ago, The Common Mission and Ideal of All Humanity, and the Happiness and Longevity Law website, wwwhll.com), it would be much better still. If a scientific democratic system were implemented and a democratic economy developed, China could very quickly become unmatched under heaven—with no rival and no enemy. The peaceful unification of Taiwan and even the whole world into a community with a shared future for mankind would then naturally follow.

However, the systems of European and American Western countries and their government politicians essentially set up the entire machinery of state power as a tool through which they can most conveniently and without limit extort the people’s property and even their persons. In essence, this is more evil than traditional kingdoms and even slavery—slave owners at least would not casually cause slaves in batches to become displaced and homeless and to starve or freeze to death on the streets. If they are not seen on the streets, that is because politicians, concerned about appearances, drive the homeless into remote wilderness areas, leaving them to live or die unknown to others, or finally allowing hospitals based on consuming human beings to take them away as living experimental specimens.

Therefore, the limited immigration policies of European and American countries toward Iran and other countries revolve around this core—a black heart like a nuclear weapon: they permit only their own powerful elites to purchase beautiful women from Arab countries at high prices, along with scientific and technological talent and the money of wealthy people; other people are in principle prohibited from entering. Even those who already have U.S. green cards or have become citizens can later be deprived of them, completely violating the universal legal principle that “the law does not reach backward.”

Faced with such an evil international environment, Arab countries, based on the crisis of national survival, can only fight poison with poison and restrain evil with an oblique method: invoking Islamic teachings to restrict the outflow of their own women and protect the seeds of their national population. For the same reason, it is also necessary for Eastern countries to adopt effective protective policies regarding speech and national security. Once all humanity is unified within a community with a shared future, everything will naturally dissolve.

Of course, to make humanity, especially Western elites, willingly accept the advocacy of a “community with a shared future for mankind,” multiple approaches must be used together—

I. In the face of the West, especially the United States, temporarily occupying a position of military power, we can only borrow force to counter force.

When we deal with all things, especially equals or even more powerful opponents, we must first profoundly know both the other side and ourselves before we can win every battle. “Profoundly” means that we cannot merely speak in generalities, remain on the surface of human nature, follow conventional routines and historical trajectories, or focus only on ideology. Instead, we should dissect the opponent’s unchanging physiological structure; for states and societies, we should reason from their legal logic. When their laws are themselves full of loopholes or deliberately leave enormous empty spaces and traps for rule by man, such as the so-called unwritten law + judicial precedents of the Anglo-American legal system, we must also decode them through the education they receive (school + society, science + religion).

1. Even on the surface, the U.S. constitutional system merely emphasizes the separation of powers, designed only to balance elites against one another so that the country does not revert to old-style British royal rule. It was fundamentally not designed for democracy; instead, it limits the possibility that the performance of democracy might become real. For example, the design of presidential elections prevents majority public opinion from automatically taking effect, while the establishment of courts and the so-called power of judicial review are also designed to prevent the popular will of individual states from counteracting the federal government rather than to represent national public opinion. As a result, administrative abuse of power and presidential dictatorship can inevitably appear at any time.

The United States was previously generally calm only because most presidents may have been Type A and were relatively steady and attentive to the overall situation. Therefore, from the perspective of rule by individuals, we should analyze and classify them one by one—

2. From the perspective of blood type, Trump is very likely a typical Type O. Its characteristics are often: flexibility, bouncing around like a ball, acting as he pleases, not being bound by rules; although easily responsive to environmental changes, he always remains self-centered.

Therefore, it is appropriate to use the steadiness of Types A and B to control movement with stillness, gradually bringing him onto a scientific track, like the Buddha and Tang Monk subduing Sun Wukong. Once he has been tamed, the double-edged sword of the United States under his leadership can be made to exert only effects beneficial to all humanity, principally including China. Then—

3. How should we guide the situation according to its momentum?

He wants to make America great again. This is comparatively popular, but while affirming him, we can scientifically analyze for him that America has actually never been truly great—greatness means leading from the same starting line. The United States possesses the world’s most advantageous geographical environment and therefore ought to, and absolutely can, become a hundred times greater and benefit all countries that are congenitally disadvantaged.

4. How can this be done?

It must rely mainly on internal strength. The outflow of Western American enterprises and talent is not merely caused by the attraction of low costs in developing countries such as China, but by the safe environment and consistent execution by governments at all levels, and even more by the extremely evil system implemented in Western countries themselves: they want all officials to be bad yet want the country to be the best—how could that be possible?! When governments at every level and in every locality can live in luxury and indulge in extravagance simply by forcibly collecting high property taxes, how could officials from top to bottom still have the motivation and sense of urgency to develop the economy? Successive elections are all like this, causing candidates to be almost entirely useless people with no economic ability or scientific and technological competence, unable even to write their own campaign platforms! They are clearly useless yet enthusiastic about running for office—that is because they are aiming at legalized corruption: dividing up enormous property-tax revenues, numerous approval fees under every imaginable name, and countless arbitrary fines!

As a result, hardly any ordinary person can escape, and the so-called middle class bears the brunt because there is more oil to scrape from them. According to our several months of field investigation and face-to-face interviews, all homeless people originally had homes or jobs. It was only because the government or courts unreasonably or illegally infringed upon their rights that their houses were confiscated, after which the government or courts instead helped the defendant government turn the accusation around and claim that the victims owed debts to the government!

Except for a very small number of listed companies that can parasitize the nourishment of all shareholders’ blood, or support candidates during each election so that, once in office, they can continue sharing the spoils—the superficial one-person-one-vote system, under the so-called democracy in which a relative plurality = an absolute minority of votes wins, means that they do not care about majority public opinion. On the contrary, the worse and more corrupt they are, the more it benefits them to take turns sitting on the spoils. After most kind and upright ordinary people see through the world, they can only give up voting. Moreover, in the final crucial stages of vote verification and announcement, they can also commit fraud.

It can therefore be seen that this is democracy that is fake through and through. Originally, it could be completely solved by abolishing periodic elections and implementing removal at any time + by-elections, but both must obtain more than half of all eligible voters, and referendums can likewise be conducted online. As long as a referendum or removal vote does not receive more than half, the law or policy continues in force, and good officials remain in office for life. Only this can both conform to the people’s will and be economical and efficient.

But they pretend to be confused and continue the traditional, laborious, costly practice of lining up to vote + allowing people without identification, both making people even less willing to vote and allowing fraud at the end through so-called voter impersonation, using falsity to confuse falsity, resulting overall in elections becoming worse and worse, in a vicious cycle!

These serial and deep-rooted evils are almost impossible to detect without personally entering an election out of a sense of justice, because the West, especially the Anglo-American legal system, mainly implements unwritten law + judge-made precedents under rule by man = lawlessness (yet my professors during my university years in China praised what is obviously the rule-by-man tyranny of ancient empires as flexible and attentive to conscience and balance. This is completely typical double standards, misleading the world). And before AI intelligence existed, people could hardly trace the origins of these crimes and the tragedies under repeated tyranny!

The homeless people who appear in batches and account for around 10% of the Western population are the logical result of turning political power into a profit-making tool—since officeholders have no scientific or technological competence and do not want to become prosperous through labor, naturally they use power to make money; all that is needed is for the law to permit it in disguised form. Under a system in which officials protect officials, this further produces illegal crimes: officials often openly rob people of their property and then, after the robbery, add the robbery fee to the victims’ property taxes in order to whitewash the robbery! Such extreme evil, unseen throughout the ages, is more evil than any criminal—ordinary criminals would never, after committing robbery, also force the victim to pay a robbery fee!

In countries of the Anglo-American legal system, officials can rob property and houses and even openly shoot innocent citizens, needing only a judge to rule: sovereign immunity! Then they can remain beyond the reach of punishment and pay not a cent in compensation! This openly turns popular sovereignty upside down into sovereignty belonging to officials and is countless times more sinister than even the British government’s original doctrine that “the King can do no wrong”: it has deteriorated from only the king being immune from prosecution for crimes into a system where, as long as someone claims to be enforcing the law or serving the king or the state, human life can be treated like grass. This is why Canada, Australia, and other Western countries willingly lower themselves to membership in the Commonwealth, so that they can use the British king to absolve themselves of responsibility. That is, on the surface government officials are subjects of the British king, while in reality all citizens are legally reduced to slaves, to the point that the people in the so-called charters of countries such as Canada do not even have property rights! Therefore, if officials say that they are carrying out public duties while robbing people’s property, astonishingly that does not violate the constitution?!

Therefore, we should analyze the interests and consequences with reason and explain them to the weak-minded leaders of the West and the United States. Perhaps this will move them somewhat, and then we should strike while the iron is hot, making it difficult for them to regret it later and derail. Of course, because their bad nature is difficult to change and selfishness is also instinctive, then:

From the perspective of true life science, explain that if he wants to achieve longevity and enjoy the highest glory and wealth for a long time, it is entirely possible, but he must neither listen to the errors of the contemporary life-science community—that people can live only about 120 years + longevity depends solely on technology—nor allow himself to continue these governing and lifestyle habits, because that will only produce the opposite effect and accelerate the countdown of his life.

After misleading everyone, they can fish in troubled waters and jointly market so-called longevity products and so on. The claim that humans can live only 120 years is derived from the physiological indicators of modern short-lived people, which is obviously circular reasoning, while genuinely scientific papers are uniformly suppressed because they lack recommendations or sponsorship from networks of connections.

True life science must reason from the universality of biology and animals, to vertebrates and the human body with intelligence and spiritual needs, demonstrating it through the most important three major nervous systems and the fundamental properties of the most basic cells, especially stem cells and their genes + natural balance brings eternity. A virtuous physiological cycle, including the spiritual dimension, is dynamic balance and is actually easy to achieve—only what is easy can produce longevity; the harder it is to achieve, the less longevity can be attained; longevity can depend only on ease, nature, and happiness!

Therefore, only institutionalized and reciprocal kindness toward others can ensure that more than half of one’s life consists mainly of positive spiritual energy—feelings of being moved, excited, and intelligent—and this will certainly preserve youth for a long time and reverse aging. Otherwise, carrying out individual infringements of rights, especially deliberately making generally applicable evil laws, will inevitably violate the autonomic nervous system, mirror neurons, and even the central nervous system, causing physiological disorder and suppressing the principal nutrients needed by cells, especially stem cells. Then no method, medicine, or technology can save the person and may even have the opposite effect; for example, stem-cell injections are more likely to result in cancerous changes.

Of course, because the contemporary scientific community led by the West is monopolistic and closed, it is difficult for them to listen to these scientific principles. Since the implementation of the Nobel Prize, the West has pursued fame and profit by any means. In school education, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, and other subjects are basically not taught separately, but only as so-called science courses mixed together; moreover, teaching materials are locally compiled, so their poor scientific quality can be imagined. Teachers trained in this way can only mislead students in the same way, inevitably creating a vicious cycle. In addition, the privileged class originally wants to implement a policy of keeping the people ignorant, so it falsely claims that children should receive “happy education,” just as it clearly wants ordinary people to die but beautifies this as euthanasia; it clearly indulges and encourages ordinary people to kill one another but calls the killers “shooters”; prostitution and purchasing sex clearly constitute the complete destruction of spiritual love and are major causes of reluctant homosexuality, human evil, and population decline, yet for the convenience of the privileged class in keeping women, regulations require that these women only be called lawful sex workers, and so on.

In addition, religious teachings and activities outside school are even more hypocritically evil: as long as bad people pay money to redeem their sins and make a show of repentance, they can receive God’s forgiveness (and then continue doing evil?), while incest and the like are also honored examples in their teachings.

To maintain religion’s spiritual rule over all the people, they also straddle religion and science, using science to whitewash religion. The most typical and most sinister example is the so-called law of increasing entropy, further packaged as the “second law of thermodynamics,” which has already become a pervasive virus throughout almost the entire natural-science community! Therefore, we should—

III. Use the credibility of government to organize world-class scientific debates, but only under a system of scientific democracy:

Everyone may register unconditionally and participate equally. Papers may be required to be submitted first, but rejected papers must be made public so that all the people can discuss and vote on them. If, within a prescribed period, a paper receives majority support, its author may still participate in the debate.

The debates should be held weekly or daily and broadcast live globally.

Members of the judging panel should preferably also be elected by all the people. Moreover, judges may only provide full commentary and may not refuse to debate with authors or even audience members.

Finally, the judges have no power to decide the result, so as to completely eliminate corruption and pseudoscience. The result can only be decided by a vote of all audience members present, while at the same time victory requires support from more than half of global online participants!

In addition to receiving the material and spiritual rewards they deserve, winners should also have the national economic departments prepare to transform their science into real industry.

The author will serve as the first leader of the enterprise; after one year, all employees will have the power of removal + supplementary election, and all employees will also have the right to hold direct referendums on enterprise affairs. All members of society will likewise have the right of reconsideration over enterprise matters that affect society.

In this way, the springtime of science will immediately arrive, everyone will strive to become a scientist, and the best economic results will emerge. A single democratic enterprise will be able to surpass all privately owned and state-owned enterprises in the entire world! This will quickly make Trump and other Western leaders have no choice but to believe it.

其实，在2024年12月16日，川普在私家庄园里召开记者会时就说，中国和美国联手，可以解决世界所有问题，这很重要！

笔者当时就写了建议书文，当月发表于北美新闻网，可惜没有同步发表英文版，没有获得大家重视，以致坐失良机，没能好好把握川普这头野马，使他这双刃剑近两年来没能做好事，就只有做坏事。

有鉴于此，笔者本能的赶紧写出这一深情寄语：

由于美国还是唯一的超级大国，军事单强，他以全国之力来做坏事就真会超过纳粹德国，极其破坏性，最极端的是，仅以本国所谓贩毒罪名就公然入侵委内瑞拉，抓捕他国总统，而且，极尽侮辱，毫无道义；悍然重复国际借口就一直轰炸伊朗，特别是不惜比日本当年偷袭珍珠港还卑鄙邪恶的炸死伊朗最高领袖及其全家无辜的生命，还津津乐道，完全是黑社会犯罪集团的所作所为！当然，他也厚颜无耻的承认美国就是要当海盗！

只可惜，自从前苏联自我解体后，世界暂时再无哪国或集团足以抗衡美国，俄罗斯领导人还因背离了共产主义的初心与使命，只想复辟沙皇俄国的势力与威严，就找借口要侵吞乌克兰，必然性深陷战争泥潭。明明还可以自拔，但因普京个人生理特性而执迷不悟，不惜牺牲无数宝贵的可怜的年轻人生命（其中不乏科学家、正义人士啊）！不惜生灵涂炭，两败俱伤，陷入死循环：你想要他死，他就要你死；你无法使他死，他反而可能使你死；结果就是：要么没完没了的一直轮流死下去，要么启动核武，同归于尽。

本来，俄罗斯如果没有发动并深陷侵略战争，还或多或少的可以抗衡一下美国，若与中国正义的联手，差不多可以遏制美国的邪恶行径；加之美国总统的暴行连其西方盟友都忍无可忍，道义批评，至少拒不站台。那么，全世界回归到川普统治前的大体安全还完全可行。然而，就因俄罗斯极其恶劣、愚蠢的暴行，导致川普有样学样，只是利用美国的威慑力，还能以不战而胜的方法事实上就霸占了整个委内瑞拉、格陵兰岛，又因尝到甜头，得寸进尺，要如法炮制的霸占伊朗石油——用大炮来如吸血鬼附体，无限的吸伊朗的血！完全毫无人性！    

伊朗，本来在全世界最大的不公：地理等级制里，就是天然处于最恶劣的最可怜的戈壁或半沙漠的环境里。然而，就是在那根本不适宜人类生活的环境里，伟大的伊朗人民没有只想向外侵略，抢占他国领土来移居，而是以惊人的毅力、聪明才智，创造了波斯帝国那文明古国的综合实力等远超“一千零一夜”的神话。

即使被西方社会攻击的所谓实行严格的伊斯兰教治国，我们也要科学分析：

当全世界固守地理等级制下，当西欧白人不满足其天生拥有的全球最优越的地理（温带海洋性气候及肥沃国土），还以武力从印第安人手里侵占了同属第一等级的北美大地，直至整个美洲、非洲大陆那唯一属于第一等级的南非、大洋洲（东南部、新西兰）。

不同等级的地理环境重大区别主要是：第一等级里，风调雨顺，土壤肥沃，地势平坦或起伏有度，雨水充沛又排水畅通，非常适合植物、粮食生长，尽管有较长的冰雪天气，但大雪可保温，冰冻能灭菌，又涵养水分，而植物细胞的生物特性是怕高温，不怕寒冷，只要根部处于土壤保温区，次年就春暖花开，自然轮回，故，生物靠天然就能生活，食草动物也从“冬眠”后重新茁壮成长，人类无需多少劳动，蔬菜肉食都源源不断，到处都有，就可丰衣足食；即使要建设，也无需艰难的三通一平等；加之，连依板块漂流假说的地壳重组后，因地球自转离心力作用，连地震、地质灾难几乎在高纬度地区不存在，却集中于赤道两侧的低纬度地区，连气候里灾难级的台风飓风也只会因赤道阳光直射的海洋上空才能造势。

故，低纬度地区与其说是，终年不分四季，生物郁郁葱葱，不如说，终年都在与变幻莫测的大自然灾难抗争，一不小心，不是被大灾难造成大损失，就是无数病虫害肆虐，无孔不入，防不胜防，何况，暴晒的阳光直射加闷热天气，也使人避无可避，以致非洲中南部地区的人类活生生的被暴晒成黑人——不是生活在黑暗中，而是在一年只分两季的暴晒里，至少半年连躲阴的树林都难找；而阴暗环境里倒是滋养白皮肤的人种，一种人一生多在阴暗环境里，其性格也可想而知。这是一方水土养一方人的自然规律，也是我们与世界各地人们打交道时知彼知己的必备常识。

地处低纬度的伊朗高原，在副热带高气压带下，伊朗人民如同整天都饱受大气“压力”，干旱缺雨，虽然因地势较高，温度相对降低而没有如大多数中东国家被沙漠化，但难逃遍地都是戈壁性荒漠，人人基于生物趋利避害的本能，只要有更好的去处，自然会如动物迁移。

但是，占据特别是霸占着地球上最好地理的欧美各国却顽固实行锁国政策，剥夺全人类如动物可以满世界自由、平等生活的基本动物权——第一人权，只因本国在极端自私的邪恶体制下导致广大平民生不如死，本地人口日益减少，供资本家使用的劳动力不足，供权贵玩弄的女性不足时，才不得不祭出所谓移民国家的形象——实际上，也是欺骗广大处于地理最低等级的如中东、中亚包括中国大西北、非洲绝大部分国家，第二等级如印度等南亚、中国（只有东北可归于第一等级）等东亚、东南亚、除阿根廷巴西乌拉圭巴拉圭外的南美洲人民来移民。但移民们称赞得最多的只是：起码欧美自然环境好，好山好水，但好无聊！

其实，只需对比中国的东北、新疆的伊犁的草原及牛羊与欧美家家户户的前后草坪对比，就深知，欧美政府主要是对自然环境的破坏，如果遵循自然规律，大地更美，更实用。

正如，任何国家、人民无论如何努力发展经济、高科技，也不可能改变地理大气层，无法人造大自然，即使将来科技可行，也无必要——那惊天动地的代价可能足以让人类移居宇宙里的同类星球了。

可见，广大低等级国家先天不足，经济发展、基础建设的成本比欧美高出许多倍，如中国建设高速公路、高铁就是欧美的几倍代价，特别是西南地区更是欧美的几十倍，而中国硬是在贵州——昂贵之州，建造出许多世界之最的天桥！

因此，当代世界要么就得立即依习主席那最科学大气的“人类命运共同体”统一，因其符合大自然的基本规律——自然平衡规律（当代科学界至今没有发现的最大规律），而规律不可抗拒，只能遵循；要么就得向各国人民平等开放，如中国正在逐步实行的单方面免签证政策——不怕被庸人自扰的说成“没有遵守国际上的对等尊严喔”，不仅是务实之举，更是习主席胸怀天下，包容全人类的莫大情怀！也是中共体制自信的体现，令人折服！

如果还能坚守科学为本，拒绝西方社会一切伪科学、反人性的腐朽制度及其生活习惯，如养狗、野生动物生命与人命同等、纵容女性变相卖身，导致双重害人的欺诈横行，许多平民男性人财两空，幸福感大降及爱情婚姻、人口减少（具体原理可见笔者十年前的著作【全人类的共同使命与理想】及幸福长寿规律网站wwwhll.com），那更会好很多；若是实行科学民主制、发展民主经济，那就很快能天下无敌——没有敌手，也没有敌人，台湾乃至全世界和平统一于人类命运共同体，也会水到渠成。

但是，欧美西方各国的体制及其政府政客实质都是把整个国家政权设置为：他们可以最方便的无限、极限敲诈勒索人民财物直至人身的工具，实质上比传统王国甚至奴隶制还邪恶——奴隶主至少不会随便使奴隶成批的流离失所，无家可归，饿死冻死在街头；如果街头上没有看到——那就是因政客顾面子，把流浪者都驱赶到荒郊野外，让他们不被人知的自生自灭，或最后被以吃人为本的医院拉走作为实验的活标本。

故，欧美各国对伊朗等国有限开放的移民政策就是围绕这个核心——如核武的黑心：只放任本国权贵高价收买阿拉伯国家的漂亮女性、科技人才及富豪的钱，其他的人原则禁止入境，连已有美国绿卡甚至入籍者都可以被事后剥夺，完全违背“法不及往”的普世法学原则。

面对如此邪恶的国际环境下，阿拉伯国家基于民族存亡的危机，只能以毒攻毒，以斜制邪：引用伊斯兰教义，限制本国女性外流，保护本国人口种子；东方国家基于同理采取对言论、国家安全的有效保护政策也就是必需的。一旦全人类统一于命运共同体里，一切都会自然而然的化解。

当然，要让人类特别是西方权贵甘愿接受“人类命运共同体”倡导，就得多管齐下——

一，面对西方特别是美国暂时处于军事强权地位，只能借力打力。

我们处理万事万物，特别是同等的人甚至力量更强大的对手，一定要先深刻的知彼知己，才能百战百胜。深刻，就是不能只是泛泛而谈，停留在人性的表面、常规套路、历史轨迹，意识形态，而应该从其不变的生理结构解剖；对于国家社会而言，则要从其法律逻辑推论；当其法律也是漏洞百出或故意留下极大的人治空洞、陷阱时，如英美法系所谓不成文法+法官判例，就还需从他们所接受的教育（学校+社会，科学+宗教）来破解。

1，美国的宪政体制连表面上也只是讲究三权分立，只是为了权贵之间彼此平衡，不至于复辟成英国旧式的王权统治，根本就不是为了民主，反而限制民主制假戏真做的可能性，比如在总统大选的设计就是不能让多数民意当然有效，法院的成立及所谓违宪审查权也是不得让各州民意反制联邦政府而非全国民意，以致必然随时会出现行政滥权，总统独裁。

以前的美国大致风平浪静，只因各总统大多可能是A型，较稳重，顾全大局而已。故，我们就要从人治角度逐一分类分析——

2，从血型分析，川普很可能是典型的O型，其特性多是：灵活，如球乱蹦跳，随心所欲，不受规则，虽然易感应环境变化，但始终以自我为中心。

故，就宜以A、B型的稳重来以静制动，用科学轨道逐步把他纳入，如同如来佛、唐僧降服孙悟空。一旦驯服了，那就可以把其领导的美国双刃剑只发挥有利于全人类主要包括中国的作用。那么，

3，如何因势利导？

他要使美国重新伟大，这比较得民心，但可以对他肯定的同时，科学分析出：美国其实从未真正伟大——伟大是在同一起跑线上领先，美国拥有世界最优越的地理环境，理当，也完全可以做得百倍的伟大，惠及所有先天不足的国家。

4，如何做？

主要靠内力，美国西方企业、人才外流，并不只是中国等发展中国家的低成本吸引力，而在于安全环境、各级政府一致执行力等，更在于西方本国实行邪恶至极的体制：本想官员都坏，却要国家最好，怎么可能？！当各级各地政府主要靠强征高昂的房产税，就足以养尊处优，骄奢淫逸时，上下官员哪里还有积极性、紧迫感去发展经济？而历届竞选都是如此，就导致候选人几乎都是毫无经济能力、科技水平的无用之辈，连各竞选政纲都写不出！明明无用却热衷于竞选，那就是冲着可以合法腐败——瓜分巨额的房产税及名目繁多的审批费、无数随心所欲的罚款！

以致任何平民都难以幸免，而且，越是所谓中产阶级越是首当其冲，才有油水可刮。据我们几个月的实地调查、面对面采访，所有无家可归者都本来有房或有工作，只因被政府或法院无理或违法侵权，才导致房屋被没收，反而被政府或法院帮助被告政府倒打一耙的欠政府的债！

除非极少数上市公司可以寄生在全体股民的血液营养上，或每届选举时支助候选人为官，继续分赃——表面上的一人一票，在相对多数=绝对少数票胜出的所谓民主制，以致他们并不在乎多数民意，相反，他们越是差、越是坏，还越有利他们轮流坐赃——大多数善良正直的平民看破红尘后就只能放弃投票，何况，最后的验票、公布关键环节他们还可以搞假。

可见，只是地地道道的假民主——本来，完全可以靠：取消定期选举，实行随时罢免+补选，但都必需获得全民过半数票，而且，包括全民公决都可以在网上操作，只要公决或罢免没有过半数，法律政策继续有效，好官员就终身任职。才既合民心，又节省、高效。

但他们假装糊涂，继续传统的劳民伤财的排队投票+放任无身份证，就是既使人民更不想去投票，又可以最后以所谓投票人假冒来搞假，以假乱假，只导致整体上越选越坏，恶性循环！

这些系列、深层的邪恶，如果没有亲身的、凭正义投入竞选，几乎无法察知，只因西方特别是英美法系主要实行不成文法+法官人治的判例=无法无天（国内大学时代的教授们却把这明显是古代帝国的人治暴政，称赞为具有灵活性、讲究良知平衡。完全是典型双标，误导世人），又没有AI智能时，大家几乎查不到这罪恶的渊源与累累暴政下的悲惨剧！

西方人口10%左右成批出现的流浪者，就是其把政权当赢利工具的逻辑结果——为官者既然无科技水平，又不想劳动致富，当然就要以权力来捞钱啊，只需法律上变相允许就行了；而官官相护的制度下，更导致非法的罪恶：官员经常公然抢劫人民财产后，反而把抢劫费强加到被害人房产税上来洗白抢劫！如此恒古未见的极端邪恶，完全恶过任何歹徒——民间歹徒决不会抢劫后还强迫被害人缴纳抢劫费！

英美法系国家官员抢劫财产、房屋，直至公然枪杀无辜公民，都只需法官裁决为：主权豁免！就可以逍遥法外，还分文不赔！公然把人民主权倒置为主权在官，而且，比历代包括始作俑者的英国政府“国王无过错”还险恶无数倍：从只能国王犯罪不受追究，恶化到只要宣称为国王或国家执法或服务，就可以草菅人命，这就是加拿大、澳大利亚等西方国家甘愿屈尊为英联邦成员国，就可以借助其英国国王来开脱罪责，即，表面上政府官员是英国国王的臣子，实际上把全体国民合法的沦为奴隶，以致加拿大等国所谓宪章里人民连财产权都没有！故，官员只要说是执行公务而抢劫人民财产，居然也不违反宪法？！

故，我们应该据理分析其利害关系给西方美国弱智的领导人听，或许会有所触动，就要趁热打铁，让其再想反悔脱轨也难了。当然，因他们都是劣性难改，自私也是其本能，那么：

二，从真正的生命科学角度讲解：他要实行长寿，长期享有最高荣华富贵，完全可能，但既不能听从当代生命科学界的谬误：只能活120岁左右+单纯靠科技，更不能放任自己这些执政包括生活习惯，那只会适得其反，加速处于生命的倒计时里。

当代科学界自诺贝尔奖诞生后，为了名利双收，就靠山吃山，垄断科学，实行等级独裁制，公开搞裙带关系，如顶级期刊、大奖无不如此（详见我们网站论文【当代科学界的致命弊端——唯有实行科学民主制才能一顺百顺】），当误导大家后，他们就可以浑水摸鱼，合伙推销所谓长寿产品等等。所谓的人只能活120岁，就是以现代短命者的生理指标推出来的，显然是循环论证，而真正科学论文则因无裙带关系的推荐或赞助，都被一概封杀。

真正的生命科学必须从生物、动物的普遍性，到脊椎动物及具有智商、精神需要的人体来推论，以最重要的三大神经系统及最基本的细胞特别是干细胞及其基因的根本属性来论证+自然平衡就带来永恒，生理包括精神的良性循环就是动态平衡，其实容易达到——只有容易，才能长寿；越难达到，就越不能长寿；长寿只能靠轻松、自然、幸福！

故，只有以制度性、相互性的与人为善，才能当生活中过半数的获得感动、激动、聪明为主的精神正能量，就一定能长葆青春，返老还童；否则，实施个案侵权特别是故意制定普遍性的恶法，都必然违背植物神经、镜像神经元直至中枢神经等系统，导致生理紊乱，抑制细胞特别是干细胞所需要的主要养分，那无论再靠任何方法、药物、科技都无可救药，甚至起反作用，如打干细胞针，更多概率是癌变。

当然，由于以西方为首的当代科学界垄断封闭，这些科学道理他们很难听进去，因为，西方自从诺贝尔奖实施以来，都不择手段追逐名利，在学校教育里基本没有把数理化生物地理等分科教学，只有混合在一起的所谓科学课，而且，还是各地自编教材，其科学性的低劣可想而知；如此培养出的教师又只能如此误导学生，必然恶性循环；加之权贵阶级本来就是要实行愚民政策，就假说应该让孩子们接受“快乐教学”，就如明明是要平民死，却粉饰成安乐死；明明是放纵鼓励平民之间自相残杀，就把凶手称为枪手；明明吸毒最有害健康，违背国际公约，就只需说成是休闲，就可以鼓励全民合法中毒；明明卖淫嫖娼是对精神爱情的彻底摧残、是无奈同性恋、人性邪恶、人口下降的主要原因，却为了权贵阶级方便包养女性，就规定只能称她们为合法的性工作者等等。

加之，学校之外的宗教教义、活动更是虚伪的邪恶：只要坏人出钱赎罪装模做样的忏悔了，就能得到上帝原谅（就可以继续为非作歹？），乱伦等也是其教义尊崇的榜样。

为了维持宗教对全民的精神统治，他们又横跨宗教与科学，用科学粉饰宗教，最典型最邪门的就是所谓熵增定律，进一步包装成“热力学第二定律”，已成为几乎整个自然科学界的全通病毒！（详见我网站那科学论文的揭露与批判）。

故，我们应该——

三，以政府的公信力来举办世界级的科学辩论会，但只能实行科学民主制：

由人人无条件的报名，平等参与，可以要求先交论文，但被否决的论文必须公开，让全民讨论并表决，规定时间内获得多数票支持的，该作者仍然可以参与辩论会。

辩论会每周或每天举行，全球直播。

评委会成员最好也由全民选举，而且，评委只可以充分点评，并不得拒绝与作者甚至观众辩论。

最后，评委无裁决权，以彻底消除腐败与伪科学，只能由在场观众全体表决，同时，根据全球网友过半数支持为胜！

胜者除了获得应有的物质与精神奖励外，国家经济部门也应该准备将科学转化为实业。

实业由作者担任第一任领导人，一年后由全体员工罢免+补选，全体员工还有对事务的直接公决权，社会全民也有权对企业影响到社会的事务行使复决权。

如此这般，将立竿见影的带来科学的春天、人人争当科学家与最佳经济效果，一家民主企业就能超越全世界所有的私营、国营企业！就能很快让川普等西方领导人不得不信。

当然，还需一鼓作气——

四，祖国全面实施，让事实胜于雄辩！

除了前述的科学辩论、民主经济落实外，还以全面的科学方案使中国社会发生质的飞跃，焕然一新，迅速吸引各国上下自发学习、归聚。

Make the Whole World Truly Great, Too!— Revisiting Trump’s Suggestion: If the United States and China Join Hands, They Can Solve All the World’s Problems

At a press conference held at his private estate on December 16, 2024, Trump said that China and the United States, working together, could solve all the world’s problems. This is very important!

At the time, I wrote this article and had it published that same month on Mr. Su’s North America News website. Unfortunately, an English version was not published at the same time, so it did not receive the attention it deserved. As a result, Trump—this double-edged sword—has, over nearly the past two years, failed to do good and has instead only done bad things.

Today, as the leaders of China and the United States finally have another dedicated meeting, and because Trump’s remark is extremely important and necessary—more important even than Trump’s desire to unify North America—we strongly recommend that the leaders of the two countries cooperate fully from now on, strive to turn hostility into friendship and decay into something miraculous, including taking advantage of the situation to achieve the unification of Taiwan without war, and actively open a new chapter in advancing a community with a shared future for mankind.

Although Trump speaks his mind and his temperament changes like the wind and clouds, the U.S. Congress and executive branch are often controlled by different parties, and elections must be held every two or four years. Therefore, China should also be reminded to seize the opportunity and strike while the iron is hot, so that when the moment comes the two sides can immediately agree, guide events according to circumstances, and make reasonable plans—so that words are followed by deeds and deeds produce results, bringing springtime to a disaster-stricken world and helpless people crying out for aid, while also bringing both sides a completely new and abundant harvest: win-win plus a win for everyone. Do not miss this opportunity again—Trump’s current term does not have much time left. A president with this kind of personality is extremely rare, and not difficult to steer!

I. Significance

2. Do Not Draw Lines According to Ideology; Seek Cooperation and Mutual Benefit

Most previous U.S. presidents drew lines against China and pursued a Cold War because of so-called ideological issues. Even when economic engagement with China was unavoidable, it was always marked by political labels and discounts. The economy is naturally like flowing water, seeking a level surface. Restrictions imposed by one side on the other inevitably provoke an equal and opposite reaction, or even retaliation. As a result, the economic comparison between the United States and China has become one of one side declining as the other rises—East rising, West falling.

If ideology must still be dragged into the discussion, Britain, France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Russia, and others all once relied on strength to bully the weak and were aggressors in modern history. By contrast, only the United States (before Trump) and China, despite ranking first and second in the world in economic and military strength, have had neither the ambition nor the experience of invading other countries and have consistently opposed aggression, giving them moral reliability. Even the Chinese leader is, as his name suggests, accustomed to being “approachable and close to the people” (a wordplay on the Chinese characters in Xi Jinping’s name). Therefore, Trump should not simply be judged by appearances; rather, circumstances should be guided and existing forces used to one’s advantage.

Of course, given the well-known conditions of the United States, the errors of so-called ideology should also be thoroughly settled along the way, so as to prevent American politicians from singing a contrary tune and turning back. The two great Eastern and Western blocs once waged a Cold War around so-called ideology, each insisting on its own position, arguing endlessly and using both open and covert attacks. This caused enormous damage to the whole world, with harmful effects continuing to this day.

The reason no consensus has ever been reached is that so-called ideologies all discuss society only in terms of society, while society itself is a virtual world. Only nature and its matter and living things are real existences with real needs. Human beings are merely living creatures within nature, and therefore must depend on nature, adapt to nature, and follow nature’s standards—natural laws, especially the fundamental law governing the whole: the law of natural balance! Only balance can endure forever.

Therefore, can right and wrong be demonstrated only according to natural laws, their principles, and the natural sciences?

In any country, the land and its people are the actual entities and the basic elements of the state. Under the law of natural balance, land is originally—and can only be—a unified whole. Once land is divided, nothing can be put fully in order. Every matter directly related to land becomes unable to achieve the best result correctly, while countless side effects and negative energies arise and grow worse over time.

People and human rights also cannot be separated from land. Dividing land first, directly, and primarily restricts and deprives human rights, making human beings inferior even to beasts—the rights of animals. When human rights are inferior even to those of animals, how could that not be thoroughly reactionary? “Reactionary” means this: human beings are animals by nature; movement is the central axis and necessity of life. Yet throughout history, most economic systems and even culture and education have been designed to enable people not to move—to do the opposite of movement, even to oppose activity. As a result, everyone’s physical condition becomes weaker and weaker, while longevity makes no progress. Can people then fully display their intelligence and wisdom, especially through collective brainstorming and concerted effort? How could evil and wrongdoing not follow one after another?

China has been able to catch up with and surpass the United States and the West, while Middle Eastern countries have astonishingly created world wonders in the desert, mainly because they followed laws and acted in accordance with the times. China and the Middle East have a relative advantage over the United States and the West because land and resources are state-owned. If land were owned collectively by all the people and the economy were based mainly on democratic economics, the incomparable advantages would be imaginable—and might even exceed imagination!

2. A U.S.–China Partnership Is Undoubtedly the Best Combination in Today’s World

People often say that U.S. foreign policy uses “carrots plus sticks.” In fact, because the American economy is dominated by private business, private enterprises are in principle not controlled by the government. At the very least, they do not need to cooperate through affirmative action; they only need to refrain from violating government prohibitions.

Therefore, whether to invest abroad and similar decisions still depend on the owners of the relevant companies. The diplomacy that the U.S. government can directly and completely implement mainly concerns the movement of people, money, and goods: visas, loans or tariffs, resources, and military threats or subversion. Most of these are highly destructive, repetitive old tactics, or even worse. Clearly, relying solely on America’s powerful military cannot achieve the desired purpose or effect. Even adding the strength of traditional allies—often with only Britain responding—does not help.

Trump, who looks at everything in terms of money, therefore has to start a new approach. He does not care about the feelings of traditional Western European allies or major NATO countries and does not consider them worthy partners. Instead, with unusual insight, he has identified from afar a partner for cooperation—the Chinese leader—and seeks comprehensive cooperation with China.

This is because the United States and China together possess advantages in almost every respect. Besides being the world’s principal forces in economics, military power, and technology, geographically they occupy the eastern and western halves of the globe, and together they span the world; in terms of race, they represent the world’s principal white and yellow populations; in terms of language populations, English and Chinese are both among the world’s leading languages, which is conducive to allowing these two languages to play their fullest role and to letting countries choose the better of them for use. Human beings are the only animals with language, writing, advanced intelligence, and spiritual energy. If humanity is to make the fullest use of its wisdom, possess the greatest positive spiritual energy, and obtain the greatest convenience, learning, communication, love, democratic voting, and other forms of human happiness and strength, language must be unified! In intelligence, white people are good at perspective and microscopic analysis, while yellow people are good at association and dialectics; only by unifying language can the two fully learn from each other’s strengths and progress together. In temperament, white people dare to think and act, while yellow people are steady and balanced, and so on. In these respects, the capacity of 1+1>2 would make them the best partners in the world and would certainly produce an unprecedented and incomparable effect.

3. The Times Call Forth Heroes

The world is now in turmoil in most regions. As science and technology—especially military technology—advance rapidly, horrifying suffering is intensifying and may one day irreversibly turn the world upside down and cause all humanity to perish together! This is by no means alarmism. Consider:

Dinosaurs—products inconsistent with the law of natural balance and natural evolution—how were they able to arise? How did they then ravage the globe? And why did they disappear completely? The profound reason is absolutely not the supposedly “natural evolution that produced them,” nor the claim that they disappeared because “an extraterrestrial body accidentally struck Earth,” as weak-minded experts and scholars in the West, relying on monopoly, dictatorship, and hierarchy while imagining themselves superior, have inferred or even fabricated.

Darwin’s use of natural evolution to explain the birth of humanity fundamentally fails, in the author’s view, to conform to logical reasoning and the basic laws of nature. Using his theory of natural evolution to explain dinosaurs is even more absurd! The only truth is this: dinosaurs were thoroughly and completely artificial products—super biological weapons created by prehistoric human societies because every country practiced the evil systems of land domination and hegemonic power and competed with one another for life and death! Like privately or government-operated AI robots of the future, after losing control they devoured all humanity, including their creators, and then disappeared because of —** (given the subject of this article, please see the major work The Common Mission and Ideal of All Humanity for details).

Although the United Nations was established long ago, it has been only nominal, putting on appearances and remaining weak and powerless. It has not only left international law unworthy of being called law with compulsory enforceability; even the contents of many resolutions do not dare to uphold justice, and some things are not even dared to be said. Even when said, they are said in vain, leaving the world’s people frustrated by its failure to live up to expectations. Instead, it has legitimized many tyrannical regimes and left their victims helpless!

Fortunately, Trump does not like wasting words. Rather than speaking in vain, he might as well speak the language of the underworld! He understands that those who are accustomed to empty talk and pretend not to understand such language are inwardly the ones who fear it most, and may not even dare openly to bargain. They still want to appear lofty and would rather suffer for the sake of face; or they understand that seriously challenging the boss of the underworld will only make them pay twice over:

Higher tariffs or getting beaten (by another country)—one or the other. Simple and concise; even an elementary-school student could guard the tariff gate—someone at elementary-school level need not even be paid a salary, hehe (just as in: I’m not afraid of the hugely popular Musk running for my presidency—he is ineligible by birth, hahaha). Thus Trump, a political outsider, moves with greater ease among the world’s seasoned politicians, who are full of insincerity. He handles matters readily and gains both governmental efficiency and benefit—but ordinary people are another matter.

When the people are temporarily unable to rein in this wild horse, the more conservative approach is to go with the momentum and encourage his ambition to leap beyond a purely American way of thinking and seek the position of a world hero! Let greater, global responsibility cause him, as much as possible, to abandon wrongdoing and return to the right path.

Since cooperation between the two sides no longer faces historical obstacles and carries only great contemporary significance and energy, we can move on to:

II. How to Join Hands

Clearly, the first task in consolidating relations between the two sides is:

1. Treat Each Other Frankly and Complement Each Other’s Strengths, So as to Deliver an Effective Combination

To achieve the power of 1+1>2—after all, the goal is to solve all the world’s problems—the strength of merely 1+1=2 is not enough.

In science, technology, and education, the two sides should learn from each other and improve together, seeking positive energy that makes good things even better and avoiding the negative energy of mutual restrictions. One must understand this common sense: restricting others also restricts oneself! Only those who are not intelligent enough worry about losing their intelligence—unless restrictions are needed to prevent science and technology from being used for evil and terror.

Therefore, the United States should not only continue to accept Chinese talent, but should also encourage everyone to learn Chinese, as Trump’s descendants have done—not only because China has more aspects worth learning from, but also because Chinese is indeed the finest language in the contemporary world (see the scientific deductions on writing at our campaign website, wwwhll.com). This would make it possible to understand with greater interest and accuracy China’s ideas about the overall situation and a better future, especially President Xi’s concept of a community with a shared future for mankind. Of course, all of these ideas may be demonstrated using American science, but the process of demonstration must use direct democracy: everyone should be allowed to participate equally, debate publicly, have experts evaluate and themselves accept debate, and let the audience make the final judgment on the spot, followed by a referendum of all humanity.

However, it must be noted that truly scientific demonstration must follow democracy. It must absolutely not follow the nepotism-plus-autocracy model prevalent in contemporary American and Western science and technology under laissez-faire private operation. That model inevitably suppresses countless advanced works by newcomers, including the many papers, books, and speeches published on this website (including some that had to be withdrawn for the sake of the election), simply because newcomers cannot find Nobel laureates to recommend them, previously published researchers to be named as first authors, or sponsors. If powerful figures are found to endorse the work, science itself may also be distorted.

As for why science in Europe and the United States nevertheless remains ahead of the world, it is only because other countries operate state-run scientific and technological hierarchies and bureaucratic autocracies, likewise without open debate or competition and without effective supervision of science and technology authorities, making corruption and foolishness difficult to avoid. In addition, scientific and technological talent forced to move to the West blindly worships the Western scientific establishment, repeating errors until they are accepted as truth and deceiving themselves and others. Consequently, the world economy to this day has developed mainly in a reactionary direction: everyone’s physical condition gets worse, nature suffers ever more irreversible destruction, and people’s sense of happiness and longevity stagnate. Human beings are even far inferior to lower animals and ignorant plants. Humanity, supposedly so dignified, can astonishingly be struck down and killed in batches by viruses that do not even qualify as living organisms, with nowhere to hide and no adequate defense, because what may be the most basic biological question—how exactly viruses arise—still has not been made clear. Yet people loudly proclaim that “by replacing genes, everyone can remain healthy forever and live for a thousand years”—which is fundamentally wrong: genes simply cannot be replaced (and viruses cannot be artificially created)!

Such conduct wastes enormous human and material resources throughout the global scientific community and instead enables opportunistic businesspeople to produce numerous so-called gene-replacement products, deceiving countless trusting people and extracting hundreds of millions in wealth. Especially misguided, in the author’s view, is the use of modern unhealthy human bodies as the standard for demonstrating the maximum human lifespan, solemnly supplemented by the supposedly scientific experimental claim that “cells can divide only 50 times, and on average divide once every two years; this is a natural law, so human lifespan can be at most around 120 years.” This is completely anti-scientific and contrary to logical reasoning! As a result, everyone becomes trapped in this vicious cycle and cannot escape it, becoming shortsighted and seeking only eating, drinking, and entertainment during this brief lifetime, abusing authority and living in constant anxiety.

In economics, the two sides should exchange what each has, invest in one another, and start businesses together. They must not remain limited to traditional joint-venture or wholly owned models, but should establish a genuine economy—a democratic economy—so as to ensure mutual and universal benefit, harm no third party, and do no damage to nature. On this point, Trump can learn from China’s doctrine of the mean and need not talk about money at every turn. Money is not omnipotent. If countries can be organically linked into one whole according to the law of natural balance and the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind, the value will be limitless. Moreover, under the incomparably beautiful model of scientific communism envisioned for the future, moral ratings would function as money and as a basis for benefits, encouraging everyone to compete in doing good deeds and becoming good people, gaining unlimited positive spiritual energy and living for a thousand or ten thousand years.

In military affairs, force should be used only for legitimate self-defense and should focus only on decapitation strikes—“to catch the bandits, first catch their king.” Efforts should concentrate on how to coordinate so as to carry out successful decapitation operations against fascist dictators with, ideally, zero casualties.

In politics, the two sides should not only learn from each other’s strengths but also avoid being confined by form. They should use natural laws and natural science to reason out the ideal basic framework of politics—the management of public affairs. This would first make each country better and would also set a good political example for countries around the world, exerting influence without the need for threats.

In this respect, the United States should learn only from the strengths of other countries and need not stare at their weaknesses; after all, another country’s system cannot overstep its authority and govern the United States. The key point is that throughout history all so-called social sciences have merely called themselves sciences. They lack verification based on natural laws and natural science and therefore are not sciences. Political systems, economic systems, and even moral systems have thus fallen into a pit of mutual contradiction, attack, self-righteousness, self-deception, harm to others and oneself, harm to heaven and earth, and even a condition in which human beings are inferior to things.

Only when the ideal model of human society that we have independently developed—reasoned from nature’s fundamental law, the law of natural balance, and from natural science—is broadly made known will people in every country voluntarily gather around it from the heart. At that time, although dictators and billionaires may be reluctant to give up privileges that place them above others, everyone will understand that no technology, material, or method governed by money or privilege can make them live longer—not even twice as long. Only by living in the model of scientific communist society can people naturally and inevitably remain happily youthful for a thousand or ten thousand years. Moreover, leaders and billionaires, because they have made the greatest contributions, would receive the love of the people and, by common acclaim, continue serving as heads of the great family, thereby truly realizing “long live, long live, ten thousand times long live.”

Once bilateral relations are solid, the next question is:

III. How to Resolve World Problems Smoothly

First, the two countries must possess credibility so that their actions have legitimate grounds and do not instinctively provoke rejection from other countries on the basis of equality and independence among states. They should make use of the existing United Nations framework—even though it is now largely ornamental—and change it according to reality.

1. Propose a World Conference and Reform the Security Council Veto

A conference of all countries should be proposed. On the basis of fairness and efficiency, the much-criticized one-vote veto power in the Security Council should be amended, so that the Security Council can thereafter smoothly play its proper new role.

The one-vote veto system is thoroughly anti-democratic autocracy—must all members obey a single individual?!

Autocratic tyranny has never consisted only of active conduct. Is it not genuine autocratic hegemony when a person passively vetoes the majority view and forces the majority, or even everyone, to submit to the opinion of one individual or a tiny minority?! This includes the jury system in courts, which is originally very good when jurors determine facts and even punishment. It is a rare form of direct democracy inherited from Western political history, allowing the people to prevent courts from abusing supposedly independent judicial power and falling into absolute corruption and dereliction of duty.

Yet when determining a defendant’s guilt and sentence, especially a death sentence, requiring unanimous agreement from all 12 jurors means that the autocratic decision of one person can veto the democratic will of an absolute majority of 11! Such “democracy” that is anti-democratic is not the caution and accuracy required by science. Scientific reasoning and exploration proceed from quantitative change to qualitative change. Once quantitative change exceeds half, it acquires a qualitative defining character, or at least negates the original quality. Western scholars and politicians stubbornly insist that “democracy means rule by the majority, but the minority must be properly protected.” In the author’s view, this reveals that Western rulers know their own class is always only a tiny minority and cannot win a majority of votes, and so they would rather contradict themselves. Under nature’s basic law—the law of natural balance—countless contradictions exist among all things in nature, but there can never be self-contradiction! Self-contradiction can only be a product of human foolishness and reaction, harming others and oneself—at every moment opposing the upright instincts of one’s autonomic nervous system and even the mirror neurons and central nervous system involved in sensory consciousness. How could such a reactionary and self-harming life of resisting the majority not be short-lived?! (See the special discussion on wwwhll.com.)

The reason democracy is incomparably great is that it has only one rule: the minority obeys the decision of the majority. The majority’s decision will spontaneously include the reasonable demands of the minority and leave room for them, because anyone may be in the minority next time. The key is that a temporary minority, if reasonable, can at any time become the majority and change previous or existing rules.

At the same time, a democratic decision at a lower level must also obey a democratic decision at the next higher level, involving a larger area and a greater population.

In view of this, even if Crimea and the four eastern regions formerly belonging to Ukraine each held a referendum to leave Ukraine and join Russia, or if Taiwan’s Democratic Progressive Party pursued its long-desired “self-determination of the Taiwanese people,” the procedure would still need to be supplemented by a referendum at the next higher level, all the way up to a nationwide referendum, before their status could be decided.

Is not procedural justice also something Western scholars and politicians claim must be followed first? Otherwise, it not only fails to conform to the truth of democracy but is also extremely unreasonable: could citizens living in a geographically advantageous location decide on their own to monopolize that place while excluding the rights of citizens living on poorer land, or those unwilling to lose part of the whole territory? Everyone, by birth, should rightly be a master of the world. Animals can live freely and equally throughout the world; how could human beings instead be inferior even to beasts?! Moreover, under the law of natural balance, only when the whole globe—and especially the global climate—is well can any locality be well.

2. Persuade Through Reason

Animals themselves have shared understandings, live in groups, and coexist peacefully. How could people and countries fail to find common ground and thereby become inferior to animals?

If countries are at war, both sides should first cease fire unconditionally and then calmly seek common ground. If they still insist on opposing positions, a joint referendum of all sides should ultimately be organized directly; the matter should by no means be left only to negotiations between the two governments. The reason is simple: government officials have enormous private interests, while those sacrificed in war are the children of ordinary people. Officials may therefore fight over every inch of land for private interests. Because those interests cannot be openly stated, officials will use fine words and grandiose rhetoric to mislead the world, dragging matters out indefinitely and causing endless harm. Only ordinary people can be broad-minded because they have no such private stake; even if individuals are selfish, the sum of the selfish interests of all people becomes—and only then becomes—the public interest of all under heaven!

Of course, because the world still has no truly beautiful social model to serve as a reference, when the two countries intervene there will inevitably be countries that do not appreciate it and reject reasonable proposals. Against dictators who are unreasonable, reject the rules of democratic voting, and believe only in violence and deception, decisive action should be taken to cut through the disorder.

Of course, defending justice and legitimate self-defense also require strategy. The white race’s historical preference for settling matters through duels should be completely abandoned, because contemporary duels and declarations of war no longer contain even a trace of the fairness of ancient duels. The decision to launch a war of aggression is made only by an individual dictator, but all those sent to die are the innocent children of civilians who oppose war! Therefore, for humanity’s final justice, to save lives, and for efficiency, action should first and only target the dictator personally through a resolute decapitation strike, even if it requires rewarding a righteous hero with more than one billion U.S. dollars!

If the matter is merely a dispute between parties living peacefully together, in principle it should be addressed on its own facts and resolved through reason. Ideology should likewise not be used to engage in “racial discrimination,” so that the parties will be willing to receive the mediators. At the same time, one must seek truth from facts: identify the underlying laws so that the parties are sincerely convinced, making it easier for all sides in a dispute to shake hands and reconcile. If, in addition, everyone is shown humanity’s most beautiful law—our website’s “law of happy longevity,” namely scientific communism—then everyone will shake hands joyfully and be sincerely convinced! Trump and President Xi, these two old friends, would then be able to transform decay into something miraculous throughout the world and add flowers to brocade, creating beauty beyond description.

Only in this way would the two countries possess credibility. They would move from arriving uninvited to take the initiative in managing problems, to being invited by countries lining up to ask the two of them for help. Of course, the two countries neither can nor need to solve every problem. Each country should, on the principle that the one who tied the bell should untie it, first and to the greatest extent rely on itself—using the miraculous power of its own democracy—not merely to solve current problems but also to bring enduring good.

Only when the result of one country’s democratic self-determination harms neighboring countries or the world should we intervene, up to and including activating the vertical democratic procedure—a referendum of all countries or of all humanity.

Therefore, in order to solve major and difficult problems with the greatest efficiency, it would be best to lead the United Nations in advance to formulate corresponding international law. The two countries, perhaps together with NATO (if it has not yet dissolved), could serve as the United Nations’ enforcement force. Of course, as Trump has long said, if we intervene, we charge a fee. The difference is that, at that time, the country concerned would voluntarily pay—and would pay tens or even hundreds of times more U.S. dollars than Trump wanted. Really—you know it too, don’t you?

IV. Matters Requiring Attention

1. The United States Must No Longer Rely on Having the World’s Strongest Weapons to Act as the World’s Policeman

Anyone with a conscience knows that military weapons do nothing but kill people and destroy things! They fundamentally should not be treated as a national profit-making industry. That is nothing less than the crime of killing people for money! Anyone who knowingly does so repeatedly violates the upright instincts of his own autonomic nervous system and the truthful, corresponding responses of sensory consciousness, thereby harming himself and shortening his life. Therefore, if Trump wants the United States to win genuine and comprehensive respect, following, and contribution from the world, he must rely on economic strength, science and technology, scientific education, and attractive human and natural environments. Even in economics, however, attention must be paid to the following—

2. Economic Choices Must Not Be Made Solely According to Traditional Standards

Economic development must not be pursued merely for the sake of economic development. Even the purpose of economics is something that, according to the author, successive Nobel laureates in economics have failed to understand. They know only unscrupulous competition and blind development, producing a vicious cycle. The purpose of economics is, and can only be, to make everyone happy; the standard of happiness is whether people can remain youthful and live long lives! Yet the main body of the contemporary economy is reactionary, violating and opposing the activity that human beings require and their instinctive animal nature. How could this not make people’s physical condition, happiness, and longevity deteriorate, while nature is irreversibly and increasingly destroyed?!

3. Do Not Choose Which Problems to Solve First According to Personal Preferences or Private Interests

Otherwise, it will be difficult to obtain the cooperation of the parties concerned, and the effort may even be thankless. The order should be based first on underlying laws, the standards of natural science, and the mission of justice.

4. Do Not Seek Quick Success for Yourself

Justice lives in the hearts of the people. Only by obtaining the unanimous or majority recognition of the international community can unlimited benefits follow.

5. A Bilateral Treaty Should Be Signed, but It Must Be Made Stable

A bilateral treaty must indeed be signed so that it has the force of international law. But in the United States, a treaty is drafted by the president and then submitted to the Senate for approval, while the United States has a multiparty system, separation of powers, federalism, and presidential term limits. The Senate and the presidency may switch to the opposition party every two or four years. In addition, the states possess substantial powers. If most states do not cooperate, or even actively oppose the treaty, it may be difficult to implement. Therefore, for this most important bilateral treaty, the United States should take the lead in adding the basic principle of democracy—a national referendum—giving it the highest constitutional force, ensuring stability and international credibility, and enabling the people to pool their wisdom and unite their strength.

IV. Future Prospects

1. Begin by Jointly Resolving the Russia–Ukraine War and Win the Respect of the World

The method is actually simple, feasible, and beneficial. One could begin by spreading the scientific antiwar song we created, I (Russia) Instinctively Shout “Ura” (Long Live) (see the “Let a Hundred Flowers Bloom” section of wwwhll.com for details). We also wish President Trump success in thereby winning the Nobel Peace Prize!

2. China Supports the United States in Subsequently Unifying North America; the United States Supports and Ensures China’s Peaceful Unification of Taiwan

The method of unification would be determined by referendum.

3. The Two Countries Accumulate the Support of a Majority of Nations and Help the United States Take the Lead in Making the United Nations Live Up to Its Name and Operate Democratically and Fairly

Because most of the contemporary international community is still governed by imperial and hegemonic power, does not reason, and often uses other countries by any means and with fine words in order to reap enormous profits, one cannot initially or entirely rely on persuasion and democratic voting to improve the United Nations. When necessary, action may be taken first and approval sought afterward, with the two countries jointly elevating themselves to become the first co-leaders of the United Nations. Procedurally, however, a global conference must be convened one year later in order to seek ratification by a majority of countries!

To ensure ratification by countries and their enthusiastic following, it is further proposed that they announce—

4. Move the United Nations to the Niagara River–Lake Erie Area of the Great Lakes at Niagara Falls

The Five Great Lakes evoke “the five lakes and four seas,” meaning the whole world. They are also humanity’s largest essential freshwater region, while Niagara Falls itself resembles a form that gathers in all humanity. According to the scientific design for which we have already applied for a world-class invention patent, a 3,300-meter-high “Humanity United Building” should be constructed, standing between earth and sky. A single building could house and support the lives of more than two million people.

Naturally, the first group of residents should be good people from all parts of the world selected according to moral ratings, so that this ten-thousand-year project, intended to give all humanity the most beautiful new life, can have an immediate and excellent beginning. Within this building, it would be necessary to implement—

5. Scientific Communism

(For details, see the special article on wwwhll.com, The Fundamental Law for Happiness and Longevity in the Great Human Family.) Only in this way can the world’s highest and most authoritative organization truly become a model that all humanity follows and imitates! In this way, Trump would not merely “Make America Great Again,” but would make the whole world and all humanity truly great, noble, happy, and long-lived! President Xi’s community with a shared future for mankind would also gain a real-world practice.

Moreover, the image of a new United Nations—an invincible, incomparably beautiful great human family—would also make America more beautiful + victorious + resolute, a wordplay on the Chinese rendering of “America.” Look again: only Chinese naturally offers America such praise; “China,” meanwhile, literally evokes the “central country.”

In this way, we can progress from a situation in which only the United States and China join hands—inevitably leaving “something lacking in U.S.–China relations,” a pun on the Chinese idiom meizhong buzu (“a flaw in something otherwise perfect,” literally “a deficiency amid beauty,” with “mei” also suggesting America)—to a world in which countries, like the athletes from different nations at the Seoul Olympics, hold hands and sing the theme song, “Hand in Hand.”

——重温川普建议，只要美国与中国联手，就能解决世界所有问题

在2024年12月16日，川普在私家庄园里召开记者会时说，中国和美国联手，可以解决世界所有问题，这很重要！

笔者当时就写了此文，并于当月发表于苏先生的北美新闻网，可惜没有同步发表英文版，没有获得大家重视，以致使川普这个双刃剑，近两年来没能做好事，就只有做坏事。

今天终于轮到中美元首再次专门会面之际，鉴于川普这话极其重要，也非常必要，超过川普要统一北美，为了让这一方案无与伦比的造福世界，我们力荐两国领导人从此充分合作，力争化干戈为玉帛，化腐朽为神奇，包括顺势不战而胜的统一台湾，为人类命运共同体积极推进开创新局面。

一、重要意义

• 不依意识形态划界，只求合作盈利。

历届美国总统大多因所谓意识形态问题，就与中国划界、冷战，即使是不得不与中国开展经济交往，但始终打上政治标签与折扣。经济本来如流水，自然使如水平地，一方对对方的限制也不可避免的受到作用力与反作用力的反弹甚至报复，以致美国与中国经济对比就是此消彼长，东升西降。  

如果还硬要扯上意识形态的问题，英、法、意、德、日、俄罗斯等都曾经恃强凌弱，是现代史上侵略者，倒是只有美国（在川普之前）、中国尽管经济、军事实力天下第一第二，没有侵略他国的野心与经历，只是一直反对侵略，具有道义的可靠性，连中国领导人也习惯于平易近人（习近平大名的正义）。可见，对川普不得简单的以貌取人，而要因势利导，借力打力。

当然，鉴于众所周知的美国国情，还应该顺带彻底清算所谓意识形态的错误，以免美国政客唱反调，走回头路。东西方两大阵营曾经围绕所谓意识形态的冷战，各执一词，争论不休，明枪暗箭，给全世界造成重大损害，贻害至今。

之所以始终莫衷一是，关键是，所谓的意识形态都是从社会论社会，而社会本身就是虚拟的世界，唯有大自然及其物质、生物才是真实的存在与需要，而人类只是大自然里的生物，就必须依靠大自然、适应大自然，遵循大自然标准——自然规律，特别是统领整体的基本规律：自然平衡规律！平衡才能永恒。

故，一切只能依自然规律及其定律及其自然科学来论证对错？

在任何国家里，土地及其人民才是实体，才是国家的基本要素。而土地，依自然平衡规律，就本来是、也只能是统一的整体。只要土地被分裂了，那么，一切都无法理顺，凡是直接与土地有关的事务就无法正确的获得最佳效果，副作用、负能量却无数，每况愈下。

人及人权也离不开土地，分裂土地首先、直接、主要就是限制、剥夺了人权，使人不如兽——动物的权利。当人的权利连动物都不如了，岂能不是彻头彻尾的反动？反动：人类本是动物，动是活的主轴、必需，但历代经济甚至文化、教育大多数都是为了使人不必动——与动相反甚至反对活动，以致人人体质越来越弱，寿命止步不前。人民还能充分发挥聪明才智特别是群策群力吗？岂能不是邪恶与罪恶接踵而至？

中国能够赶超美国西方，中东各国居然在沙漠里创造出世界奇迹，其主要原因就在于遵循规律，顺时而动；而中国中东相对于美国西方具有相对优势，就在于土地及其资源实行国有制，如果土地由全民共有制，并依民主经济为主，其无比优势可想，甚至超出想象！

2、美中两国联手无疑是当今世界最佳组合：

人们常说美国对外是“胡萝卜+大棒”，其实，鉴于美国经济是私营主宰，私营企业原则不受政府控制，至少无需以积极作为方式来配合，只需消极的不违反政府禁令。

故，是否要对外投资等还得由相关企业老板说了算，美国政府能直接、完整实施的外交主要是人财物的进出：签证、借贷或关税、资源、及军事威胁或策反，大都具有很大破坏性，多是老调重弹，甚至更糟。显然，单靠美国的强势军力达不到目的或效果，即使加上传统盟国（也往往只有英国响应）的力量也无济于事。

一切向钱看的川普就得另起炉灶，不在乎西欧传统盟友、北约主要国家的感受，不屑为伍，倒是独具慧眼，隔空相中了合作伙伴——中国领导人，谋求与中国全面合作。

就因美中两国几乎具有全面的优势，除了经济、军事、科技都是世界主力外，还：在地理上，分属东西两半球，合起来就是全球；在人种上，代表着世界主要的白种人与黄种人；在语言人口上，讲英语与中文的人口也分别占据世界前列，有利于这两大语文充分发挥，从而由世界各国择优而用，人类作为唯一会语言文字的有高级智慧及其精神能量的动物，要想最充分发挥智慧、具有最大精神正能量，获得最大方便、学习、交流、爱情、民主表决等人生幸福与力量，必须统一语文！在智慧上，白种人擅长透视与微观，黄种人擅长联想与辩证，只有统一了语文，才能完全的取长补短，共同进步；在性格上，白种人敢想敢做，黄种人稳健平衡，等等，这几方面的1+1>2能力会使之为世界上最佳搭档，定能发挥前所未有、无可比拟的巨大作用。

3、这是应运而生的时势造英雄。

正值世界大多数地区处于乱世中，并随着科技特别是军事突飞猛进，却愈演愈烈的惨绝人寰，终将哪天会不可逆转的导致天翻地覆，全人类同归于尽！这绝非危言耸听，须知：

恐龙，那不合自然平衡规律及其自然进化的产物，为何得以诞生？并肆虐全球？又为何全部消失？其深刻的原因决非西方那些靠垄断、独裁加等级制而自命不凡的专家学者弱智推导甚至胡编乱造的所谓“自然进化而诞生的”，又因“外星球不小心撞击地球而消失”。

须知，达尔文用自然进化论来解释人类的诞生，就根本不合推理逻辑与大自然的基本规律，以他的自然进化论来解释恐龙，更为荒谬！唯一的真理就是：恐龙是地地道道、彻头彻尾的人工产物，是史前人类社会各国因都实行罪恶的霸地霸权制度，互相生死竞争下，靠邪恶科技创造的超级生物武器！如同未来的私营或官营AI机器人，失控后就吞噬了全人类包括始作俑者，然后，再因—而消失（限于本篇主题，请详见巨著【全人类的共同使命与理想】）

虽然，早已成立了联合国，但只能是徒有虚名，装模作样，软弱无力，不仅使国际法根本不够格称为具有强制执行力的法律，连许多决议的内容都不敢伸张正义，连说都不敢说，尽管说了也白说，让世界人民恨铁不成钢，反而使许多暴政政权合法化，使人民受害无奈化！

好在川普不喜欢白费口舌，与其白说，不如就说黑社会的黑话！他深知，那些习惯白说，并假装听不懂黑话者，内心才只对黑话敬畏，甚至还不敢公开讨价还价。因为，他们还要自命清高，死要面子活受罪，或者，深知与黑社会老大较真，只会被加倍付出：

加征关税或挨（他国）打，非此即彼，简明扼要，连小学生都可以把好关（税）——小学生水平者不必付工资，嘿嘿嘿（就如：不怕大红人马斯克竞选我的总统职位——他天生就不够格，哈哈哈）。以致政治素人川普在满世界这类虚情假意的政治老手里，反倒是最游刃有余，得心应手的，政府的效率效益兼得——但广大人民例外。

当人民暂时无法遏制这匹野马时，更保守的方法就是顺势而为，使其野心勃勃跳出美国一国思维而谋求世界英雄之位！让全球、更高的责任来使其尽量改邪归正。

既然，双方合作没有了历史的阻碍，只有现实的伟大意义与能量，那就进入

• 如何联手

    显然，首先要巩固双方关系，就要：

1、双方要坦诚相待，优势互补，才能打好组合拳。

达到1+1>2的力量，毕竟，是要解决世界所有问题，就不能仅凭1+1=2的力量，就得

在科技教育上互相学习，共同提高，以求好上加好的正能量，避免互相限制的负能量，须知这一常识：限制别人，就限制了自己！只有不够聪明者才担心失去聪明，除非为了防范科技用于邪恶恐怖。

故，美国不仅继续接纳中国人才，也应鼓励大家学习中文，如川普的子孙，不仅因为中国值得学习的方面更多，而且，中文确实是当代世界最优秀的语文（详见我们竞选网站wwwhll.com关于文字的科学推论），才能更有兴趣、更准确的理解中国关于全局及其美好未来的观念、特别是习主席倡导的人类命运共同体理念，当然，都可以用美国的科学来予以论证，但论证必须实行直接民主制：允许人人平等参与、公开辩论、专家评议并接受辩论、观众最终当场裁判，全人类复决。

但须注意，真正科学的论证必需遵循民主制，绝非当代美国西方放任科学科技私营盛行的裙带关系加独裁制，那势必扼杀无数后起之秀的先进之作包括本网站发表（包括为了竞选被迫取消）的众多论文、著作与演讲：就因为后起之秀找不到诺贝尔奖得主来推荐或曾经发表过论文者来署名为第一作者及赞助商，如果找到权贵来背书，也会歪曲科学本身。

至于为何欧美西方的科学界还是居于世界领先地位，只因别国是实行国营的科学科技等级与官营独裁制，也没有公开辩论与竞争，不能对科技主管有效监督，难免腐败弱智；加之不得不移居西方的科技人才又盲目崇拜西方科学界，以讹传讹，自欺欺人，以致世界经济至今主要是反动的发展，人人体质每况愈下，大自然越来越遭到不可逆转的破坏，人人的幸福感、寿命止步不前，甚至远远不及低级动物与无知的植物等，堂堂人类，居然被连当生物都不够格的病毒成批打倒害死，避无可避，防不胜防，就因可以说是最起码的生物学知识——病毒究竟是如何诞生的？都至今搞不清楚；却高调空唱什么“只因基因替换，人人就可以永保健康，长寿千年”——根本错误：基因根本不可以替换（包括病毒人造）！

类似行为白白浪费全球科学界极大的人力物力，反而让那些投机取巧的商人用来生产众多的所谓基因替换产品，又欺骗了无数善男信女与亿万财物；尤其是，拿现代都不健康的人体作为标准来论证人的最长寿命，并煞有介事的辅佐以“细胞只能分裂50次，而平均每两年就分裂一次，是自然规律，故，人人的寿命最多只能120岁左右”所谓科学实验数据，完全反科学，违背推理逻辑！以致人人都被陷入这死循环，难以自拔，目光短浅，只求在这短短的有生之年里吃喝玩乐，滥用职权，不可终日。

在经济上，互通有无，彼此投资，共同创业——决不能再限于传统的合资独资等模式，应该创办真正的经济——民主经济，才能确保共赢皆赢，不伤害第三人，不危害大自然，对此，川普可以学学中国的中庸之道，不必口口声声就是钱，钱并非万能，只要能让各国依据自然平衡规律、人类命运共同体来有机的连为一体，那才是价值无穷——何况，依将来无比美好的科学共产主义模式，实行以道德评分具有金钱与待遇功能，才能使人人争当好人好事，获得无限的精神正能量而长寿千年万岁。

在军事，不仅只能用于正当防卫，而且，只能重点实施斩首，擒贼先擒王！就得着力于如何配合，争取零伤亡的成功实施对法西斯独裁者的斩首行动。

在政治上，既要互相取长补短，更要不限形式，本着自然规律、自然科学来推理人类社会最理想的政治——大众之事的基本管理框架，那不仅首先使本国更美好，也才能为世界各国树立良好的政治示范，不言自威。

对此，美国只应当学习他国之长，无需盯着他国之短，毕竟，他国体制又不会越权统治本国。关键是，历代全部所谓社会科学只是自命为科学——都缺乏依自然规律、自然科学佐证而非科学，以致政治制度、经济制度甚至道德制度等都陷入各执一词，互相攻击，自以为是，自欺欺人，误人误己，害天害地，甚至人不如物的深渊。

唯有我们独创的依据大自然基本规律——自然平衡规律及其自然科学推理出来的人类社会理想模式能够广而告之后，各国人民才会发自内心的自发归聚。那时，虽然独裁者、大富豪不舍自己高高在上的特权，然而，当大家都已知：任何靠金钱、特权统治下的科技、物质、方法都不可能使自己长寿，哪怕只是一倍的年龄，只有生活在科学共产主义社会模式里才自然、且必然能够幸福的长保青春至千年万岁，而且，领导人大富豪会因贡献最大而获得万民爱戴，并众望所归的继续担任大家庭家长，从而真正实现“万岁万岁万万岁”。

双边关系牢固了，再就是

三，如何顺利解决世界问题了。

首先就得具有公信力，才能师出有名，以免他国基于国与国的平等、独立等而本能排斥。就应借助现有的联合国框架——尽管是花架子，据实改变就好。 

1. 提议召开世界各国大会，基于公平与效率，修改遭到世人诟病的安理会一票否决权,以便以后能够顺利地以安理会名义发挥应有的全新作用。

一票否决制是彻头彻尾的反民主的独裁——全体成员只能服从他个人的？！

独裁暴政从来不只有积极行为，这类消极的通过否决多数意见，强迫多数甚至全体必须服从自己个别或极少数人的意见，难道不是货真价实的独裁霸权吗？！包括本来法院审判适用人民陪审员决定事实认定甚至惩罚，非常好，是人民民主、防止法院因所谓的司法独立而滥用无法无天的独裁权、导致绝对腐败、渎职，是西方政治史上流传下来的难得直接民主。

然而，确定被告罪行与量刑特别是处死刑时，非得全体12名陪审员一致同意，等于其中一人的独裁决斗就可以否决11名绝对多数的民主！如此反民主的“民主”，根本不是科学需要的谨慎、准确，科学要求的推理探索，就是量变到质变的过程，只要量变超过半数，就具有了质的规定性，至少是对原质的否定性。西方学者政客顽固坚持所谓“民主是多数人决定，但必需照顾好少数”，彰显着西方统治者深知本阶级始终只是极少数人，不可能获得多数选票的无赖，就宁可自相矛盾——依大自然的基本规律：自然平衡规律，大自然里万事万物相互之间存在无数矛盾，但决不会存在自相矛盾！自相矛盾只能是人类弱智、反动、害人害己的产物——每时每刻都逆反着自身的植物神经，甚至五官意识的镜像神经元、中枢神经系统，如此抗拒多数的反动及自残自虐的人生，岂有不短命之理？！（详见本网站wwwhll.com专论）

须知，民主制之所以无比伟大，只有唯一规则：少数服从多数的决定，多数的决定会自发包含少数的合理要求，留有余地——因为人人下一次就可以是少数，关键是，暂时的少数只要合理随时可以成为多数而改变前任、现存的规定。

同时，下级的民主公决还得服从上一级更大范围、更多人口的民主公决！

有鉴于此，对于原属乌克兰的克里米亚半岛、东部四个州，即使各自全民公决要脱离乌克兰而转入俄罗斯，包括台湾民进党念念不忘的台湾人民自决，也必须补上上一级直至全国全民公决的程序，才能定其去留。

程序正义不也是西方学者政客标榜要首先遵循的吗？否则，不仅不合民主的真理，也极不合理——居住在优越地理位置的公民就可以自行决定独占该地？而排斥其它贫瘠土地上的或不愿失去全体土地的公民权利，须知，人人生而就理当是世界的主人，动物都可以满世界自由、平等的居住生活，岂能反而人不如兽？！何况，依自然平衡规律，只有全球特别是全球气候都好了，本地才能好。

• 以理服人，

须知，动物之间都有共识，而群居生活，和平相处，人与人、国与国之间怎能找不到共识，人不如兽呢？

如果国与国正在发生战争的，首先，双方必须无条件停火，再冷静的找共识，如果还要各执一词，最后就直接组织各方共同全民公决，决非只是由双方政府谈判，道理很简单，政府官员都有极大的私利，而交战牺牲的都只是平民的子女，故，官员们就会为了私利而寸土必争，加之，私利不敢公开，官员们都会花言巧语，冠冕堂皇，蒙蔽世人，以致久拖不决，贻害无穷！唯有广大平民心底无私天地宽，即使个人自私，但全民自私的相加就是、才是天下为公了！

当然，因至今世界尚无真正美好的社会模式可以参照，两国出面时难免有的国家不领情，拒不接受合理的方案。对于这类蛮不讲理，又拒绝民主表决规则，只信奉暴力与欺骗的独裁者，就理当当机立断，快刀斩乱麻。

当然，捍卫正义，正当防卫，也要讲究策略，那就要完全放弃白人历史上喜欢诉诸于决斗的思维，因为，当代的决斗、宣战早已毫无古代公平决斗的影子，决定发动侵略战争的只是独裁者个人，但送死的全部是反对战争的无辜平民子女！故，为了人类最后的正义，为了挽救生命，也为了效率，首先只能针对独裁者一人坚决实现斩首，宁可奖励义士英雄10亿美元以上！

如果只是和平相处的纠纷，原则上，只能就事论事，以理服人，同样不得以意识形态来搞“种族歧视”，才能赢得当事国的接待。当然，还要实事求是：指出其规律性，让当事人佩服得心服口服，有纠纷的各方才容易握手言和；如果还给大家亮出全人类最美好的规律——本网站“幸福地长寿的规律”——科学共产主义，那就将使大家都握手言欢，心悦诚服！川普与习主席这两位老朋友就能使全世界化腐朽为神奇，并锦上添花，美不胜收。

只有如此这般，两国才有公信力，才会从不请自来的主动管理，到被各国纷纷排队邀请两国去帮助解决问题。当然，两国既没有可能解决所有的问题，也没有必要，而应让各国本着解铃还需系铃人，首先并尽力自主——自己发挥民主的神奇力量——不止解决当下问题，还带来永恒的美好！

只有当其一国的民主自决结果有害邻国、世界时，我们才要出手，直至启动民主的纵向程序——全球各国或全人类公决。

故，为了最高效率的解决主要问题、疑难问题，最好是预先领导联合国制定相应的国际法，两国或也可带上北约（如果还没有解散的话）担当联合国的执法部队。当然，还是川普那句老话，我们出面是要收费的。只是那时，当事国都会主动出钱——而且，出得比川普想要的美元数额会多出数十甚至数百倍呢——真的，您也懂的？

四、注意事项

1、美国决不能再靠军事武器第一来充当世界警察了。

任何有良知得人都深知，军事武器除了杀人就是破坏！根本不该当做国家赚钱的项目，那是地地道道的谋财害命的犯罪！任何明知故犯者都因经常违背自身的植物神经的正直本能、五官上意识的真实对等反应而自虐短命！故，川普领导美国要赢得世界真正的全面的尊重、跟随、奉献，就得靠经济、科技、科学教育、美好的人文与自然环境方面吸引世人。连经济方面也要注意——                                

2、经济的取舍也不能只依传统标准，为了经济而发展经济，连经济的目的是什么？历届诺贝尔经济学奖得主都无知，只知不择手段的竞争，盲目的发展，导致陷入恶性循环。本来，经济的目的就是、就只能是，使人人幸福；幸福的标准就是能否长保青春的长寿！但当代经济主体反动，违反、逆反人必需的活动、本能的动物属性，岂能不使人的体质、幸福感、寿命每况愈下，大自然更是遭到不可逆转、越来越重的摧毁？！                                 

3、不宜按自己的喜好或私利来挑选优先解决的事务。不然，很难获得当事人的配合，甚至费力不讨好。应基于规律第一，自然科学的标准、正义使命的顺序。

    4、不要为自己急功近利，须知，公道自在人心，只要获得国际社会的一致或大多数认可，才能好处无限。

5、虽然得签订双边条约，以便具有国际法效力。但美国条约是由总统起草后，提交参议院批准，而美国是多党制加三权分立、联邦制、总统限任制，参议院与总统每隔二年或四年可能换成反对党，加之各州的权力太大，如果大多数州不配合，甚至唱反调，该条约也可能很难落实。故，美国对这最重要的双边条约，还应该带头补上民主制的基本原则——全民公决，具有最高的宪法效力，确保稳定性与国际信誉！也才能群策群力，众志成城。

四、未来展望

1、从联手化解俄乌战争开始，赢得世界的尊敬。方式其实简单易行皆好，可以先从传播我们创作的科学反战歌曲【我（俄）本能乌拉（万岁）】（详见本网站wwwhll.com“百花齐放”栏目），也预祝川普总统因而荣获诺贝尔和平奖！

2、中国支持美国接着统一北美，美国支持并确保中国和平统一台湾，统一的方式由全民公决。

3、两国累积多数国家支持，协助美国为主促使联合国名副其实，并民主、公平运作。

因当代国际社会大多数还是帝王霸权统治，不讲道理，常常不择手段，花言巧语的利用他国，牟取暴利。故，不能首先或完全指望靠以理服人、民主表决来改善联合国，必要时，可以先斩后奏，一并升级成为联合国第一任共同领袖，但在程序上，一年后一定得召开全球大会，以求获得多数国家得追认！

为了确保获得各国追认，并热心追随，还建议宣布——

4、把联合国搬到大瀑布世界五大湖之伊利湖与尼亚加拉河处（五湖四海，意味着全球，五大湖又是人类生存必需的最大淡水区，其中的尼亚加拉大瀑布更如吸纳全人类的造型），按照我们已申请的世界级发明专利的科学设计，建立一栋海拔3300米高的顶天立地的人类联合大厦，一栋大厦就可以居住并生活200多万人。

当然，第一批居民理当是招收世界各地的道德评分的好人，以便这使全人类获得最美好的新生之万年工程有良好的立竿见影的开端，在该大厦必需实行——

5、科学共产主义（详见本网站wwwhll.com专论【在人类大家庭幸福长寿的母法】），如此，才能让世界最高、最权威的组织真正成为全人类追随、效仿的榜样！如此，川普就不仅是使“美国再次伟大”，更是使全世界全人类真正伟大、高尚、幸福、长寿！习主席的人类命运共同体也有了现实的实践。而且，一个天下无敌、无比美好的新联合国、全人类大家庭形象也会使美国更美丽+胜利+坚毅=美利坚。瞧瞧，又是只有中文天然就对美国最赞美；中国则=中央之国。

  如此，就能从只有美中两国联手，难免美中不足（一语双关，又如中国古代成语就对当今美中关系的先见之明），演进到世界各国如韩国奥运会上各国运动员手拉手高唱主题歌“我们手拉手”。
