IV. Education and Science & Technology — Make education scientific and diverse, and make it a spiritual nourishment for everyone’s life. Only in this way can people be mentally fulfilled, healthy and happy.

Currently Issues:

  1. Regarding the problem that schools refuse to provide breakfast and lunch, and also refuse to provide microwave ovens, and even reject well-intentioned donations from us parents, forcing millions of parents to prepare breakfast and lunch separately for their children, yet still unable to prevent poor primary and secondary school students from having to eat cold food all year round every day, especially during the long winter, which seriously affects their physical fitness, especially their brain intelligence — the brain needs the most calories! This is extremely inhumane.
  2. We will forcefully require local schools to provide scientific diets, subsidized by the government and under government supervision, to ensure that children love school, study equally, improve learning efficiency, and incidentally learn basic scientific dietary knowledge, while also reducing the burden on parents, so that every student and their parents have no worries and no material comparison.
  3. The government will exempt students from all miscellaneous fees and provide unified fitness-style school uniforms in bright colors, making students look like blooming dynamic flowers, surpassing the school uniforms and mental states of students in Eastern countries, and no longer judging people by clothes.
  4. Regarding the extremely serious vicious cycle problem in the West, particularly Canada being infected by the so-called happy education = lazy education from the United States, where teachers’ laziness leads to students’ laziness and ultimately to their ignorance and incompetence; not only do students finish school too early, wasting time, but schools even prohibit students from taking books home for review and do not assign homework for consolidation, expecting that mere 6 hours of daily classroom explanation will suffice and then be forgotten. How can students surpass their teachers? How can this not result in unqualified people filling positions?
  5. Abolish the regulation of dismissing school at 3 p.m. After 3 p.m., students do not have to study regular courses, but must participate in organized rich and colorful literary, artistic, and sports skill training, so that students are spiritually fulfilled, can develop their individual strengths, become well-rounded in skills, allow working parents to arrange their time easily, and promote family harmony, happiness, mutual learning, and joint improvement.
  6. For this, the government can recruit teachers in these fields, including organizing volunteers to serve as these part-time instructors. Our scientific team will also try to serve on a voluntary basis and even teach students to create beautiful songs full of positive energy. That is, based on physiological science: although people have different life and spiritual needs according to different ages, especially during childhood and adolescence, there is a common bottom line — time must not be wasted. Allowing anyone who has begun to develop subjective pursuit consciousness to feel bored, dazed, or degenerate is the greatest physiological damage to them!
  7. Regarding the seriously unscientific problem in teaching content: what should be learned is not learned, what should not be learned is over-taught, scientific content is not rigorous, and there is no integration, etc. We will submit detailed scientific proposals to the higher competent authorities and explain the stakes involved.

If schools refuse our scientific advice because they are not under the jurisdiction of this city, then, as a long-term issue, we must rebuild a completely scientific and beautiful school:

  1. From kindergarten starting at age 3 all the way to science and engineering universities. We will never again allow penniless university students to take loans to pay for accommodation, live scattered, and be forced to do part-time jobs completely unrelated to their studies, causing suffering to their bodies, spirits, and learning. Instead, we will implement fully free learning and accommodation, adopt a free combination system, with reasonable supervision, inspection, and evaluation by the school, and comprehensively cultivate the overall quality of university students.
  2. Our scientific team will participate, combine scientific textbooks from countries around the world, and organize the compilation of the most scientific textbooks. We strive to cover all natural science knowledge that should be learned, categorized clearly, without missing anything, and integrate it thoroughly, not limited by scientific classifications — after all, nature itself is not divided into categories. The difference between physics and chemistry is often only a process of quantitative change to qualitative change.
  3. In particular, medicine must always study the human body as a whole, and should also connect the similarities and differences with all animals and living beings. It must further integrate with humanity’s greatest spiritual needs and energy. It must also keep pace with the times, promptly supplement and update science. Science can be temporarily incomplete, but it must never tolerate errors, which mislead people and harm themselves, harm heaven and earth.

From the first grade of primary school, in addition to moral education, physical education, and literary and artistic skills, only language, physiology and medicine, physical geography and biology will be taught — so that everyone from a young age knows any other and themselves, practices what they learn, and can thus win every battle. Everyone must learn physiology and medical knowledge from primary school, and this is actually the easiest and most convenient learning, because it is learning about one’s own body, truly carried with oneself, far surpassing the effect of Eastern schools requiring students to take books home after school and do homework.

Starting from the third grade, music theory and mathematics will be added; from junior high school, physics, chemistry, astronomy, principles of fine arts, artificial intelligence and other natural sciences will be added. language will mainly teach vocabulary, grammar, logic, narrative writing, expository writing, and thesis writing, all centered around virtue and science, so that everyone from a young age loves natural science and is good at kind logical reasoning, thus developing the habit of being reasonable.

Society will then be full of rationality and harmony. Moral education should be scientific — in fact, according to biology, virtue has the positive energy of extending the lifespan of human cells and even activating stem cells, thereby maintaining youth and even reversing aging.

Contents that do not need to be or should not be learned, such as fictional literature, repetitive fictional math problems, especially illusory and self-deceiving political indoctrination, evil history, etc., should not waste students’ time and energy, confuse or tarnish their immature minds. Literary creation of fictional others’ words and deeds should be limited to humorous stories with well-intentioned lies, in order to bring spiritual joy to the whole population — spiritual positive energy is the key to longevity. Otherwise, fictional stories will only mislead people and harm themselves, like spiritual opium. Only in this way can unlimited comprehensive scientific and useful knowledge be acquired in limited time.

  1. Recruit teachers globally, with priority given to local talents, without sticking to one pattern in selecting talents. Our scientific team and the whole population will jointly participate in interviewing teachers, with global synchronous live broadcasting open.
  2. Prohibit rote memorization or punitive teaching, and also prohibit opportunistic skipping of grades or incomplete and un-solid basic skills. All teaching must be immediately made public online afterwards. Parents have the right to inquire about the teaching content and teaching methods of primary and secondary schools, and teachers must answer in a timely manner. If parents are not satisfied with the answers, they can request the school to handle it. If they are still not satisfied with the school’s handling, they have the right to request a public referendum or initiate a referendum procedure to recall the teacher.
  3. University students will jointly participate with teachers and staff in democratic teaching and management throughout the process, cultivating and developing students’ ability and habit of convincing others with reason. The beautiful education composed of all-round development of morality, intelligence, and physical fitness is still rooted in science. Only science can enable the people to pursue only objective laws and their logical reasoning, thus embracing the world and saving all beings;only science can make people selfless and fearless, so as to exhaust truth; only science can enable free teaching, so as to prevent treating truth and true knowledge as commodities for sale, deliberately stopping halfway, or even tolerating fallacies; only science can implement democratic systems, jointly obtain the wisdom and dedication of teachers, students, parents, and even the whole society and democratic enterprises, and combine theory with practice in interaction, so that teaching and learning benefit each other, everyone contributes ideas and strength, and united will becomes a stronghold.
  4. At the same time, scientific experiments, inventions, and education will be fully and seamlessly connected. Feasible scientific and technological innovations will also be directly connected with democratic economy for timely practice and early results. All of these cannot be separated from comprehensive democratic system guarantees, especially the full democratic system for scientific evaluation.
  5. When students want to publish, participate in scientific competitions, or engage in practice, the government must support, help, and reward them. When university students need internships, democratic enterprises and others must arrange them. The government will also provide free lifelong education and innovation opportunities after university.
  6. Universities will also freely accept local citizens for re-education — the “postdoctoral” teaching that everyone enjoys. Flexible and free methods will be implemented, with teaching benefiting both sides and focusing on scientific research. This will enable everyone to learn as long as they live, remain spiritually fulfilled, not age easily, and maintain curiosity — the childlike innocence of seeking knowledge, and even reverse aging. Let every elderly person no longer feel inferior, but be respectfully called “teacher, mentor, master” by everyone!

Second, with this brand-new scientific education, we can smoothly and quickly lay a solid foundation for everyone to become true scientific and technological talents. However, in response to the corruption and anti-science monopoly of science mainly by the West, we must also implement a scientific democratic system in order to revitalize the city through science and technology.

  1. Regarding the local situation where there is no science museum, only a library, and the number of readers in the library is always very few, we demand the following improvements: basically eliminate fictional books, except for humorous literature and science fiction works with a large scientific component, and replace them all with books on natural science, skills, fine arts, music theory, etc. Since book content cannot be updated, we must add computers and gradually replace books with updatable online reading.
  2. Upgrade or expand into a large science museum, with various specialized science pavilions and comprehensive science pavilions inside, and set up a science debate and speech area with no restrictions on topics, open day and night, with continuous video recording.
  3. All science museum staff must possess corresponding scientific knowledge and a fair, truth-seeking attitude.
  4. Regularly hold science competition arenas, allowing citizens to register and participate equally. First, participants equally publish papers on the government science website or the people-sovereignty network’s science and technology section. Participation in the competition will be rotated according to the number of clicks received, with the highest numbers going first.
  5. Contestants first present their papers, then experts comment. Contestants and audience can question and challenge the expert review committee on the spot. Then the on-site public votes, and the committees have no voting rights. Only after the entire process and voting results are broadcast to the whole population and the final conclusion is confirmed through a public referendum can changes be made.
  6. Establish more valuable grand science awards, gradually replacing the corrupt awards currently controlled by dictators, so as to attract talents from around the world to gather locally, realize the revitalization of the city through science and technology, and form a virtuous cycle and beautiful elevation of science and technology.
  7. The government should also help citizens further improve their proposed scientific inventions until patent rights are obtained. For scientific inventions used for public welfare, the government will give material and spiritual rewards. For those willing to contribute their patents to the whole population for implementation, the democratic enterprises established by the government will have the patent holder serve as lifelong leader, unless democratically re-elected by the employees.
  8. The media established by the government will also give priority to publicizing everyone’s scientific research achievements, and set up displays of scientific newcomers’ inventions, creations, and their principles in the green belts along the rivers and lakes, so that the “One Belt One Road” will always lead the way of scientific and technological development.

When everyone has worry-free living security and political sovereignty, they can focus wholeheartedly on science and technology. No matter how artificial intelligence and robots develop, there will be no anxiety at all. People will only gladly accept them, help improve them, and further self-elevate, ensuring that humans always stay ahead and become the masters and angels of the entire world and universe! It should be noted that the reason why Western society has always maintained a lead in science and technology over many Eastern countries is due to basic freedom of speech and creative freedom, not because Western education is truly scientific and beautiful. Precisely because education is far from scientific, and is even getting worse, it has continuously lagged behind Eastern countries in the application of science and technology. As long as Eastern countries also implement freedom of thought and speech, even scientific inventions will soon catch up with and surpass Western science and technology.

The premise of science and technology lies in education, the content of education lies in science, and both science and its education must be democratic — dictatorship is the chief culprit that stifles the broad thinking of the masses, the wisdom of the majority, and countless inspirations. When the scientific community also implements a dictatorial hierarchy, its harm is even greater than that of political and economic dictatorship, to the point of being irreparable — because everyone, including dictators, believes in science, they will deeply believe in pseudoscience and fake science as well.

In particular, misled by the short-life doctrines of life sciences, people will seize the day even more, regardless of consequences, thus bringing disaster to the country and the people. The scientific community under dictatorial monopoly uses extremely cunning tactics to trap and kill new scientific inventions and discoveries, so that they can monopolize benefits and fame for life or even in disguised hereditary form, allowing them to look down on political and economic dictators who can only enjoy violent profits, while their fame is mostly negative (please see the special article on this website
