All animals are born with the right to live freely, equally and without cost throughout the world. However, humans, who are supposed to be advanced animals, have been deprived of this inherent animal right in Western. So, isn’t lie the so-called protection of human rights in Western countries?

A people without human rights are merely slaves, worse than wild animals; When a person is still forced into lifelong debt to the government from birth, the government acts like parasits attached to the body, only suck blood——collecting high property taxes, business taxes, income taxes, etc. from residents, and indirectly exploiting the people through tariffs on foreign trade. As long as the residents have no money to pay, the government will accumulate fines until they confiscate the houses, forcibly evict the owners, turn them into homeless people, and let them starve or freeze to death on the streets. Of course we know that everyone should engage in physical activity. Meaningful exercise is creative labor. When a person is capable of working but refuses to do so, they should pay others to take their place. Only this kind of payment can be regarded as taxation.

Clearly, the government should not first impose taxes on the people, then either fail to use the tax revenue properly or use it to pay outsiders to come and work and make money. Instead, the government should first lead the local people in engaging in meaningful, economically valuable creative labor — to solve local problems and employment needs, and to meet the comprehensive happiness demands of all citizens.

Moreover, when the local people, under the government’s leadership, create abundant wealth, and the government is able to cover its reasonable administrative expenses, there will be no need to tax the people, thus forming a virtuous cycle.

if only allowing the government to mainly collect taxes, and even,all of this taxes can be then “legally” embezzled, and live in comfort and arrogance, looking down on everything, so that they have neither the desire nor the ability to lead the people in production and income generation. Instead, they do not permit the people from developing the economy and building independently, in order to restrict the people’s freedom and capabilities, further plunge their own people into absolute poverty, prevent people from traveling and economic capabilities of immigration to foreign country in the reverse direction.

Faced with their instinct to use any means, exhaust all rights and opportunities to harm others for self-benefit and harm the public for private gain, must rely on improving political or even economic systems, including changing governments, to break free from the vicious cycle. The only way is to implement genuine democracy—where the majority that the minority must obey is a majority of more than half of all the people!

Just as, to ensure all students achieve success and surpass their teachers, there must be comprehensive, solid scientific examinations where scores must pass 60! The so-called idea that someone who scores just one point better than the worst is a relative winner or excellent student is exactly like contemporary elections where winning one more vote than the smallest opposition makes one elected—this is outright dictatorship. Only this can maintain overall positive energy and block the rule of negative energy.

However, to make everyone consciously self-improve, it is also necessary to implement a moral scoring system that has monetary and treatment effects, so that everyone strives to be a good person and do good deeds, achieving the unprecedented unity of selfishness for oneself and public benefit for all.

Fortunately, through our rigorous exploration of life sciences, we have astonishingly discovered that these two systems are truly most beneficial to everyone’s spirit and physiology. They can fully extend cell lifespan, up to activating the body’s dormant stem cells, keeping people youthful and vital. Moreover, these are the only two methods for making everyone happy and long-lived.

Everyone, whether selfish or public-minded and altruistic, will instinctively follow science, striving to achieve great results with small efforts or even once-and-for-all solutions. Scientific principles are objective and unified, as long as the relevant science is true science—conforming to natural laws. Therefore, unified scientific truth should naturally enable everyone’s actions to align.

Since the birth of humanity until now, the reason for constant opposition, disputes, and killings is that science has not been unified with objective laws, especially life science—which everyone cares about and pursues most—containing serious errors in key areas: either believing that no matter how a person behaves throughout life, one can achieve unlimited or at least steady longevity through drugs, technology, medicine, or even repentance; or believing that no matter what methods or behaviors one adopts, everyone can only live around 120 years.

The former leads everyone, especially powerful figures, to indulge themselves, hoping for shortcuts to create personal longevity miracles. The latter makes everyone, especially the ruling class, seek only short-term pleasures, exhausting all enjoyments within a brief life or so—which inevitably leads to the exhaustion of all people and things.

Because human society has always been ruled and dominated by the privileged class, no matter what systems various countries implement in different fields, as long as complete and thorough direct democracy is not first, or at least simultaneously, implemented in the scientific community, scientific truth cannot be obtained, and it is impossible to persuade everyone—especially the privileged ruling class—to implement the same objective and just system. This keeps human society in a state where truth and falsehood are indistinguishable, with endless internal friction, tearing, and self-abuse.

Therefore, our party will correct the whole society with a brand-new just mission: open a public science arena（For the time being, it will be posted in the “Question and Answer” section of our website.）, welcome all scientific workers, enthusiasts, and the entire people to pursue scientific truth. Once consensus is reached, relevant rules shall be formulated accordingly and submitted to a national referendum, which must obtain agreement from more than half of all the people to be effective.

Only true science is just and easy to implement. Only scientific justice can make everyone sincerely convinced, make social development smooth in all aspects, and bring physiology and nature into balance and eternity within a virtuous cycle!

Basic Solutions:

I. Livelihood Aspects (Food, Housing, Transportation)

Animals can free, equally, and freely reside and feed across the entire Earth. How can humans be inferior to beasts?!

We are fully capable of advancing effective free policies:

1. In response to the Canadian Western government’s forced unilateral collection of high property taxes, leading to a comfortable life for officials and a vicious cycle of refusing to lead the people in economic development, we solemnly promise: solve this through a two-pronged approach of increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, breaking the old and establishing the new. Immediately use science plus integrity to greatly reduce government spending, thereby steadily cutting taxes. At the same time, establish democratic economic enterprises, first producing several highly practical patented products invented by our scientific team, fully utilizing local natural advantages at low or even zero cost to develop local specialty economies, generating income for all employees, citizens, and the government. Once the government has money, it naturally will not need to tax the people and will instead share dividends with the entire population.
2. In response to the Canadian Western government allowing apartment associations—especially those occupying beautiful natural scenery—to create various pretexts for collecting expensive management fees, and using liens to collude with courts to directly auction owners’ apartments, resulting in endless waves of homeless people, we firmly promise: exempt all apartment owners from property taxes, collecting real estate taxes only from apartment associations based on land area and location. Legislate clearly that, for apartment owners, besides paying government-charged water, electricity, etc., other miscellaneous expenses charged by the association management shall not exceed 30%. Procedurally, this must obtain agreement from more than half of all owner households. The government shall supervise apartment owners’ general meetings for voting, or advocate and assist apartment owners in implementing self-management, which can fully exempt management fees.

At the same time, the government will establish a patent factory for our scientific team’s invention of “movable, self-powered modular two-story suites (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living room, with second-floor sunroom)”. These mobile suites require no foundation, no external water or electricity connections, are more convenient than RVs, and more high-end and practical than single-family villas. First, recruit workers equally from the homeless, renters, etc., with democratic operation and management. In response to Canada’s extremely expensive car insurance premiums, which cause many families and citizens to be unable to afford cars, seriously hindering life and work with no happiness to speak of, we firmly promise: all three items shall refer to the best international standards—mandatory car insurance shall not exceed 200 CAD per year; apartment management fees (including parking) shall not exceed 60 CAD per suite per month, besides standard charges from government public utilities for water, electricity, etc.; property tax shall be completely exempt except for a one-time payment of 0.5% of the total price at the time of transaction.
4. In response to Canada’s very expensive food prices and the low quality of farmed meat, we firmly promise: rely on water for fish, grass for meat, flowers and fruits everywhere, and factory-produced vegetables. Production shall use a democratic economic model, allowing everyone to participate, thereby providing free supplies to participants, with excess export profits shared. This will also drive rich and colorful tourism.

II. Political Aspects

Implement a genuine, fair, efficient, and convenient direct democracy system, where the entire people exercise direct initiative rights, referendum rights, recall rights, by-election rights, and necessary supervisory rights, inquiry rights, and debate rights over the government.

In response to the fatal cancer of contemporary fake democracy that wastes manpower and resources, we stipulate:

1. Only when more than half of all voters approve shall there be legal effect; otherwise, the original state shall be maintained.
2. Voting shall be conducted online by everyone. Only approval votes need to be announced on the deadline. Opponents may choose not to vote. This avoids the hardship of forcing all voters to queue up to vote, spares opponents worry and trouble, saves several times the manpower and resources, and is the most accurate and efficient—truly majority decision! To this end, we ensure technologically it is impossible to cheat, all procedures are public, and legally impose timely severe punishment on cheaters!
3. Leaders have no term limits. As long as they perform well, they may continue in office. However, any voter may initiate a recall process at any time. Only when more than half of voters approve the recall shall it take effect, and a new by-election shall begin immediately. This encourages and ensures good leaders make the best, long-term scientific plans and achievements, unless the leader performs poorly and a better candidate emerges, thus forming a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement!

III. Economic Aspects

Whether the aforementioned livelihood economy or other economies established by the government, all shall implement a groundbreaking economic democracy system. Based on its own or any public economic ideas, the government shall, after periodic open scientific competitions and debates leading to consensus, establish state-owned economic entities open to all. Recruit workers equally from the entire population and appoint proposers or professionals as temporary leaders. After one year, all employees shall exercise the aforementioned four direct democratic rights. The government shall no longer intervene, but enterprises must still comply with national referendums to prevent harming public interests for small-group benefits. They can also receive the wisdom and even labor contributions from society as a whole, pooling collective wisdom and efforts to achieve great accomplishments.

For other economic projects, base them on highly practical patented scientific invention products, local natural advantage products, tourism that satisfies both physiological and spiritual needs while balancing economy and culture. Foreign trade shall be fully complementary, ensuring first-mover dominance without competitive pressure while avoiding waste.

At the same time, encourage, assist and help freely private economy so they complement and enhance each other. Also allow and support private enterprises to transform into democratic enterprises. Private owners shall naturally serve as enterprise leaders but may also be recalled after one year.

IV. Construction Aspects

We must treat the entire country as a whole and plan it as one chessboard to achieve great results with small efforts, complementarity, and mutual enhancement, avoiding waste, reducing garbage, or vicious competition. In architecture, based on scientific laws and after nationwide discussion and referendum procedures, follow the principle of “obtaining land from the air and returning the earth to nature,” so that the entire natural world continuously elevates while maintaining natural balance.

In overall social construction, there shall be free gardens and public paradises everywhere, enabling everyone to sing and dance, filled with joy and laughter every day. This will also lead people to consciously and voluntarily abide by prohibitions on carrying guns, taking drugs, keeping dogs, and even excessive drinking and smoking—vices that harm both self and others.

V. External Aspects

Justice is law, science knows no borders.
Laws cannot be resisted; everyone will follow them. Acting in accordance with the trend enables unstoppable progress and smoothness in all things.
Adhere to science, apply natural laws and natural science to society, to reach consensus, pool collective wisdom and efforts, and unite as one.

1. As long as we uphold justice and science, we will surely form the best and smoothest friendships worldwide, complementing and enhancing each other, helping and loving one another, achieving mutual benefits, winning the respect and affection of peoples around the world, and bringing infinite glory to every one of our citizens.
2. Although we take science as our foundation with infinite strength, we persuade others through reason and take delight in helping others as the main axis of diplomacy.
3. We not only pursue and maintain the highest supremacy but also embrace the world in breadth. We can build our another great patented invention—“maritime drifting public welfare islands” along the coast, which can basically be self-sufficient. This will enable the entire population to enjoy free round-the-world travel in batches, received with enthusiastic welcome by peoples and governments of coastal countries like angels, so that our people’s happiness and contributions can transcend national borders and benefit the world.

V. Moral Aspects

Implement a people’s democracy system as close as one family. Recommend and assist various neighborhoods and communities to trial our scientific team’s invented software “a vest that everyone loves to wear.” Everyone shall conduct daily experiences based on multiple projects that achieve optimal physiological indicators and spiritual enjoyment, especially mutual moral scoring. Moral scores shall first have monetary and enjoyment treatment effects in experimental areas, then gradually expand to the entire society. In this way, selfishness and altruism for the public are unprecedentedly united into one, completely resolving the opposition and contradiction between public and private interests. Constitution of the Fair Science Party

Preface
The purpose of this Party is to bring justice and a scientific, beautiful life to all people. Only with justice can there be scientific truth; only with science can there be uprightness and fearlessness; only with just systems and scientific methods can individuals, society, and nature achieve perfection, forming a virtuous cycle of harmonious balance, where everyone is happy and maintains eternal youth.

To this end, the Party’s internal procedures must first ensure comprehensive justice and scientific rigor, so as to win the trust of the people, gain widespread support, pool collective wisdom and strength, allow everyone to fully utilize their talents, give heroes a place to display their abilities, quickly become the largest party, unite as one, and seize power to implement the Party’s great and noble purpose. The following provisions are hereby stipulated:

I. Party Membership Admission

1. Membership conditions: Anyone who has reached the age of 18, provided valid contact information, and clearly expressed their willingness to join the Party may apply to join. Applications can be submitted online through the Party’s website and other platforms, and we also welcome in-person applications at Party branches.
2. Admission procedure: Online applications will receive a response within 3 days; on-site applications will be approved immediately.
   Once admitted as a full member, all members enjoy equal status, rights, and obligations.
3. All members, regardless of position, shall be assigned to a local branch and exercise their rights and fulfill their obligations through that branch.

II. Rights of Party Members

4. Right to freely propose motions.
5. Right to request referendums.
6. Right to propose or participate in recalls.
7. Right to propose or participate in by-elections.
8. Right to participate in relevant meetings, speak, inquire, and debate according to regulations.
9. Right to request access to relevant information.
10. Right to request responses from relevant leaders or members.
11. Right to request tasks.

The exercise of the above rights shall refer to the procedures stipulated in the Party Platform.

III. Obligations of Party Members

12. Strictly adhere to democratic centralism: the minority obeys the majority, and the majority must be more than half of all registered members (not a relative majority of those participating in the vote); lower-level democracy obeys higher-level democracy; all Party organizations obey the decisions of the entire Party’s referendum.
13. Obey leadership. If there are differing opinions, they may only be reflected through proper procedures and must not hinder the execution of tasks.
14. Treat comrades with equality and mutual assistance.
15. Care for and help non-Party people and contribute to society.
16. When participating in social activities, if identifying as a Party member, one shall consciously align with the Party’s purpose and platform.
17. Abide by the Party’s rules and regulations.
18. Accept the Party’s direct democratic moral evaluation.
19. Party dues are voluntary, and the Party shall publicly disclose them to all members on the relevant platform.

IV. Party Organizational Structure

21. The Party establishes a four-tier structure: All-Member Assembly, Party Congress, Central Executive Committee, and Party Chairman.
22. All-Member Assembly
    The All-Member Assembly is the highest decision-making body and shall be convened at least once a year. If no notice is arranged, it shall automatically be held on the last day of each year.
    Meetings may be conducted via video, starting at 8:00 AM local time at Party headquarters and continuing until the majority agrees to conclude.
23. The meeting shall be presided over by the Party Chairman.
    If the Party Chairman is absent, the highest-ranking member of the Central Executive Committee shall preside.
24. Motions shall be reviewed and voted on one by one according to their level and order.
25. The proposer shall first explain the motion, accept questions, inquiries, and debates from members, and then submit it to a full vote.
    Only motions that receive more than half of all members’ approval shall have legal effect. Opponents may choose not to vote.
26. Party Congress
    Party representatives shall be selected by each branch, with members taking turns annually.
    The number of representatives from each branch shall be reasonably allocated based on the number of members in each branch and the total number of branches.
27. The Party Congress shall be held at least once per quarter.
    If no notice is given by the deadline, it shall be automatically held on the last day of each quarter.
    The automatic method and the way representatives exercise their rights shall also refer to the All-Member Assembly procedures.
28. Branch secretaries and Central Executive Committee members shall be elected by all members of the branch, with a term of four years, and may be re-elected.
29. Central Executive Committee
    It is the standing body of the Party, with various functional groups established internally for division of labor and cooperation. It shall implement all resolutions of the All-Member Assembly and Party Congress and be accountable to the resolution-making bodies.
30. It shall hold at least one meeting per month.
    During meetings, branch secretaries may apply to attend and speak with justified reasons but have no voting rights.
31. Party Chairman
    The Party Chairman shall be elected by the All-Member Assembly and shall serve indefinitely unless recalled.
32. All meetings involving the Party Chairman shall be presided over by the Chairman, and motions shall be submitted for deliberation in sequence.
33. The Party Chairman shall lead the work of the Central Executive Committee.
34. The Party Chairman may request branches to recall elected executive committee members. If the branch does not pass the recall, the Party Chairman may further request the All-Member Assembly to recall them.

V. Mutual Relations Among Party Members

35. All members have the right to rate each other, which shall be automatically recorded on the Party’s dedicated platform, preferably with supporting evidence.
    If giving a negative rating, evidence and reasons must be provided.
36. All parties involved have the right to review the relevant scores. Those who disagree with a rating may appeal to the Adjudication Group of the Central Executive Committee. The Adjudication Group shall conduct a public hearing and decision within the time limit.
    Ratings or negative ratings involving Adjudication Group members shall be decided by the Party Chairman; those involving the Party Chairman shall be finally decided by the All-Member Assembly.
37. Such ratings or negative ratings shall be made public when members apply for positions and shall serve as reference for voting.

VI. Main Activities of the Party

38. The Party’s mission is to carry out various social activities, primarily public promotion, recruiting members, helping the masses, studying science, creating inventions, conducting social practice, and preparing for governance.
39. When the Party participates in relevant government elections, it shall first select Party candidates. The Party Chairman and Executive Committee members are natural candidates, but if the All-Member Assembly votes for new candidates, they shall have priority.
    Other members of the campaign team who are elected may assume the originally designated positions.
40. All members holding government positions must, while complying with the law, obey the Party’s platform and collective leadership.
    When the platform and collective leadership conflict, collective leadership shall prevail. The matter may later be submitted to the All-Member Assembly for adjudication.

VII. External Relations

41. Science knows no borders, truth is endless, and justice resides in everyone. The Party is open-minded and willing to develop friendly relations with any political parties, organizations, etc., and form cross-national and cross-border alliances.
42. After an alliance is formed, common affairs shall be decided by mutual exchange and discussion among all members of the parties involved.

VIII. Exceptions

43. Members have the right to freely withdraw from the Party by making a formal declaration.
44. Members also have the right to join other organizations or parties, but in case of policy conflicts, they must obey the Party’s platform and principles. Otherwise, they must withdraw or be expelled.
45. Those who receive expulsion may appeal to the branch within 15 days. The Central Executive Committee shall convene a hearing within one month, ensuring the individual’s full right to defense, and make a fair decision.
    Those who disagree with the decision may request reconsideration by the Party Chairman, who shall promptly issue a final ruling.
46. Any member has the right to propose amendments to this Constitution, Platform, etc., and collect public opinions on the website. Once 5% of all members and half of all branches second the proposal, a full-member referendum may begin.
    Only approval votes need to be announced after three months. If more than half of all members approve, it shall have the highest legal effect.
