Today we are discussing the topic of happiness, health, and longevity, and the way these three interact with one another.
Happiness can be divided into: advanced ideal happiness and low-level real happiness.
The definition of happiness: being happy with oneself, at ease with the outside world, without worry about the future, and without sadness about the past.
- Being happy with oneself means self-satisfaction:
First, it requires the basic animal-like satisfactions — animals all have the right to freely, free, and equally eat, live, and travel around the world.
However, from ancient times to the present, only officials have enjoyed this right, while the vast majority of ordinary people have to pay for it almost always. Moreover, only officials have stable salaries, which appear to be relatively high on the surface, but their actual income may be far higher than their salaries, because they can legally engage in corruption. They only need to finally report each year that all taxes have been used up or even overspent in the general ledger. In contrast, the wages of ordinary people are basically extremely low, so low that they can only ensure that they and the reserve personnel do not refuse to do the job. What is even more unbearable is that when officials enjoy this free right, it is super luxurious, extremely wasteful, and a serious infringement of human rights. This is the popular “four basic principles” in officialdom: salaries basically not used, items basically obtained for free, eating and playing basically accompanied, and wives basically untouched (deeper details are only suitable to be narrated in person).
In contrast, ordinary people have “salaries basically not enough, items basically inferior, after eating basically poor travel, wives basically grow old together.” The key point is that the items needed by officials are basically provided by the people as gifts. The gifts must be high-end goods, and the people must treat them to meals and accompany them for entertainment. The eating and drinking must be chosen by the officials themselves. One meal often costs the equivalent of a common person’s one-month food budget! They also have to accompany officials to play in those membership-based internal consumption venues. The accompanying civilians only have the role of paying the bill. At most, they can only act as “volunteer bodyguards” outside. Afterwards, they must strictly keep “state secrets.” If the opposition media or their own wives find out, then the accompanying person will “have to bear all the consequences” — oh, the accompanying person’s meal is basically不敢 to move their chopsticks, unless at the end they quietly ask the hotel waiter to help pack the remaining dishes for their wife and children to eat.
Are these the portrayal of the “happy life” of many middle-class people in Western society, especially those closely related to officials?
Second, it requires the living order of herbivorous animals: when living alone, do not occupy fixedly; when sharing in groups, do not compete with each other, at least do not kill each other.
However, in Western society, on the surface, everyone is allowed to purchase real estate. But in addition to paying the high housing prices assessed by the government under the so-called market evaluation, and thus paying mortgage interest that can rise at any time for more than 20 years, one also has to pay property taxes equivalent to the high living expenses of ordinary families.
Once residents cannot afford property taxes and the like, they will be charged late fees. After the arrears accumulate to a certain proportion, the government will forcibly auction the property and evict the owner from their home. That is, the vast majority of people are actually just housing slaves, not the complete owners of the land and houses. The government is the only true owner! It occupies all the space by virtue of its power.
As for the order during group sharing, because society is first divided into a hierarchical system, what ordinary people can share is only the low level, with very small shares and very few opportunities. In addition, the more ordinary people are, the more they abide by the rules. Therefore, it is relatively peaceful, so that everyone still feels calm and serene.
The question is, is this kind of life happiness?
Happiness requires not worrying about the future, not worrying about the outside world, and requires a completely relaxed and free life.
Although property taxes are used for infrastructure and basic public needs such as medical care and education, the actual cost price of these expenditures, labor costs, whether frequent updates and maintenance are necessary, etc., are all decided by officials and their hired so-called accountants and experts (scientists). Moreover, the main maintenance work done by local governments, such as roads, water, electricity, etc., is also to maintain the value of real estate so that taxes can continue to be collected or even increased.
Originally, the government should conscript the labor of residents and lead the people to carry out all projects that require government intervention to build. Only when a certain resident is unwilling to contribute labor should they pay taxes, with others filling in. If residents are unable to engage in these tasks, the government should also try to provide other suitable job opportunities so that they can earn money to pay taxes. In this way, it can bring about government-led economic projects, give full play to the government’s role as the largest public organization with the greatest advantages in human, financial, and material resources, benefit the people, and also generate revenue for the government. Its wealth can be far greater than just relying on residents paying property taxes. Wouldn’t this be fair, reasonable, mutually beneficial, and make everyone happy?
As for the order of group life, That is the natural rights of herbivorous animals — not killing each other, and not mainly relying on competing with each other, but facing nature and natural resources together.
This requires following the principle of first-come, first-served rotation. Fixed monopoly is not allowed, as it harms others and oneself, excludes others, and limits one’s own life, and inevitably leads to mutual restriction.
Therefore, a system must be implemented where people in every place can and should freely move and rotate. Just like water — if it cannot flow, it becomes stagnant water and will inevitably rot and stink. At least like animals and migratory birds — if they cannot freely migrate or can only basically stay in one place, it greatly limits the infinite instincts and physical strengthening of animals.
In the areas reachable by everyone’s kinetic energy, the area that a person cannot go to is the multiple by which one’s life is limited and reduced. In the contemporary era, with human physical ability and technology, the Earth’s area is 510 million square kilometers, with land accounting for about 30% and ocean waters 70%. If a person can only live in one place for their entire life, such as the area of Fort Erie, which is only 166 square kilometers, it means that in our lifetime we have lost 3.066 million times the life area of the entire Earth!
Even if we only count land area, we have still lost nearly a million times the living area!
Even if one says that the Arctic and Antarctic and surrounding areas are too cold and unsuitable for living, existing technology can already resist the cold (isn’t the Canada Goose the pride of Canadians? Even our compatriot Musk wants to build Mars immigration). In particular, the aurora there is the most beautiful scenery in the sky. Under the reflection of the vast white ice and snow, that dreamlike feeling and visual feast can far surpass China’s current artificial colorful light cities that never sleep. Even staying there for just one week a year would be enough to maintain a year’s worth of positive energy for physical and mental health! The polar day is also a rare summer where everyone can cherish time like gold. You don’t need to draw the curtains to sleep, and because the sky has aurora, it can also bring you sweet dreams. The fish and other wild animal meats there can be eaten in the freshest ways.
Even if one says desert areas are not suitable for long-term human habitation (the Arabs forced to live in the Middle Eastern deserts have built many world-class cities like Dubai and Doha with technology! Every time I think of this, I am filled with respect and my eyes fill with tears — the greatest injustice to all mankind is the geographical hierarchy system between countries and regions! It inevitably leads to wanton waste and anti-scientific destruction of good land on one side, while on the other side people have to go against natural laws, exhaust resources, and struggle bitterly for survival), however, desert areas also have sunny days that everyone, especially white people, love most. Doesn’t everyone want to live by the water and have sunny days every day? However, sunny days without rain — how can there be abundant water sources?
This seemingly unsolvable self-contradiction of everyone’s selfish instinct can actually be perfectly resolved: On sunny days, everyone lives by the water and plays in the water; on rainy days, everyone can freely migrate or travel like migratory birds and animals to places without rain! Those who like to treat rain as the biggest shower or need rainfall for agriculture and economy can stay. Everyone gets what they need, everyone is happy, and nature is also satisfied. This is the instinct of humans as animals, and even more the best choice of humans as wise beings!
Of course, to be able to travel around the world and temporarily migrate, one needs money. The vast majority of Canadian and Western people can hardly afford the cost of long-distance international travel. Although on the surface they have about 3,000 Canadian dollars per month, which is equivalent to about 15,000 RMB at the exchange rate, the actual purchasing power is only equivalent to 3,000–5,000 RMB! As a result, Chinese people with a monthly income of only 5,000 RMB can save 3,000 RMB, and have 36,000 RMB in a year, which is enough to cover the cost of traveling abroad. As for long-distance, multi-day domestic travel, it is even more of a common practice among the masses. Because the Chinese government does not collect a single cent of property tax! It also charges almost no application fees for renovations or maintenance, and there are no arbitrary fines! Once litigated, the cost is only one percent of that in Canada and the West! Moreover, judicial efficiency and fairness are almost a hundred times that of Canada and the West! My husband was once a grassroots judge and provincial prosecutor. In China, for small claims cases such as suing tenants, one only needs to pay 20 Canadian dollars in litigation fees, without needing to hire a lawyer. The court is responsible for free service of summons, and a judgment must be issued within the statutory 20 days. Applying for enforcement also requires no payment at all, and the court bailiffs directly carry out compulsory enforcement in one go.
As for why fewer Chinese people are coming to the West now, it is only because Western governments deliberately set up barriers, creating serious inequality. On one side, the Chinese government unilaterally grants visa-free entry to people from Western countries, while on the other side, Western countries impose even more severe restrictions on Chinese people coming for tourism. The purpose is nothing more than worrying that as more and more Chinese people come, they will compare and be shocked — a huge disappointment — and in the internet age, this is extremely easy to spread. As for why fewer and fewer people from Canada and Western countries can travel to China, everyone knows the various reasons deeply, even though prices in China are only about one-fifth of those in Canada.
Therefore, if a person cannot even travel outside in their lifetime, how can there be any happiness to speak of?! Moreover, today’s Chinese society is simply a completely different way of life. Although it is still far from perfect, it is enough in every aspect to proudly surpass the entire West! And the deeper, the longer, and the more exchanges there are, the more firmly convinced one becomes!
Originally, European and American countries occupy the best locations on Earth. They only need to pay a fraction of what China in the East pays to build very well. They only need to avoid deliberate anti-scientific destruction, such as polluting water sources, cutting down forests, alienating lawns, and especially the so-called independent houses everywhere that are neither practical nor beautiful, extremely wasteful, and force every family to live in low, short-sighted, lonely, and desolate conditions, only keeping company with dogs, and so on. This is truly a great waste to the entire world, the greatest injustice to all mankind, and endless harm to themselves and their children.
It can be seen that the selfishness of one person monopolizing one place for a lifetime really harms others and oneself, making even local life greatly discounted. Taking Fort Erie as an example, on a mere 166 square kilometers of land, there are actually about 15,000 private residences. In addition to the front and back yards of each household, plus other private lands, about half the area belongs to various private owners and is a forbidden zone that everyone is prohibited from entering. The key point is that these scattered, net-like distributions trap people’s lives, seriously hindering everyone’s convenient passage, and making it impossible to use and develop the land as a whole. In particular, the vast majority of prime waterfront and scenic views are occupied by private owners. The freedom most people enjoy is limited only to more than a dozen roads, walking paths, and a few beach waterfront entrances.
Such a life squeezed everywhere — how can it be relaxed and unfolded? How can the keen ears and eyes needed for everyone’s wisdom — intelligence — be fully obtained? How can everyone’s innate infinite imagination and creativity not be suppressed by themselves? Once you think that everywhere is someone else’s private or government forbidden zone, thinking is useless, and if thinking is useless, you stop thinking, and the brain will suppress itself. If the brain is often or only under suppression, it will gradually atrophy, brain cells will die one after another, various functional systems will passively decline, and the entire life will inevitably enter an accelerated countdown — this is one of the main reasons why everyone ages quickly and has short lives!
It should be known that brain cells originally have infinite lifespan. As long as human life continues, brain cells do not die. Even after the heart stops beating, brain cells can still survive for a period of time.
Originally, only when everyone shares everywhere can people be happiest — with an open mind and the world in their hearts. The spiritual positive energy generated can be proportional to the entire area of heaven and earth. If it is not enough for everyone to share, then create together. If the place is limited, then live in group housing and migrate collectively, enjoying the fun of group living and mutual assistance, so as to achieve advanced satisfaction: superior choices in physical health and spiritual life, at least harmless. The prerequisite is that everything must be available for selection, and there must be no unreasonable prohibitions or restrictions — this is the objective requirement.
Subjectively, one must fully master scientific knowledge, must not be misled by pseudoscience and anti-science, and the scientific community must ensure fairness and selflessness. The internal dictatorship, appointment system, hierarchy, nepotism, profit-seeking, exclusion of dissidents, and suppression of new talents in the contemporary scientific community must be abolished. The scientific community must be fully open to the outside, ensuring that all people can freely and equally register and submit papers. Reviewers can only conduct public deliberations. After full debate between the parties involved, participants, and reviewers, the reviewers shall put forward professional, specific, and clear review opinions and proposed handling suggestions. Within the specified time, these must be subject to a referendum by all people in the most convenient and authentic way.
Only if it is not vetoed by more than half of the local people in the referendum within the specified time will the reviewers’ suggestions take effect. For this, the reviewer members must also be elected by all voters and can be recalled at any time. All these procedures must and only need to be done with one click online, and can only pass with more than half approval (see the “Sovereignty Lies with the People” section on this website for details).
- Being at ease with the outside world means having a clear conscience and no guilt.
First, this is the instinctive requirement of empathy psychology that humans as animals, at least mammals, are born with. Even many animals such as cows, horses, dolphins, and whales often help those in distress under the stimulation of this empathy.
Anyone with basic five senses — eyes, ears, nose, mouth and tongue, throat — will have corresponding reactions to external things. Especially the eyes. Based on perspective imaging, the mirror neurons in the eyes will immediately trigger the autonomic nervous system (vegetative nervous system) and central nervous system of other organs to produce empathetic reactions. That is, spontaneously putting oneself in others’ shoes and being touched by the scene. Seeing others, one thinks of oneself: When seeing good people, capable people, or beautiful things and technology, one envies in the heart: If I were him, how good it would be. If I could directly appreciate, participate, and use it, how good it would be. The central nervous system will command oneself to learn, imitate, and use it. When seeing bad people, the weak, or waste and decay, one immediately becomes tense: If I were him, it would be bad! The central nervous system will command oneself to avoid and change, etc.
The instinctive reactions of mirror neurons and the autonomic nervous system are inevitable phenomena that are not under one’s own control. Only by following these neural reactions and doing corresponding words and deeds can physiology be smooth, functions coordinated, and the body healthy. Nerves are the center of life, the command center of all organs, functional systems, and all physiological activities. Imagine, if the central nervous system goes against the reactions of mirror neurons and the autonomic nervous system and gives opposite commands, it will inevitably put one’s own nerves in a disordered state. How can one’s body be healthy? It’s just that this is chronic self-abuse, which generally does not produce acute lesions, so it is ignored by people.
However, this kind of chronic, long-term, continuous and universal lesion is more likely to become deeply rooted and incurable.
Therefore, those who actively do evil, allow evil, or generally do evil through legislation are all violating their own nervous system in the most serious way. The degree of damage to themselves increases geometrically with the number of people harmed by their legislation, enforcement, and judiciary. No matter how much wealth and power they enjoy to obtain so-called happiness, their self-abuse far exceeds that of ordinary people who are only passively and individually in conflict with their nerves. It will offset the so-called happiness energy to varying degrees, and ultimately lead to short lives together with ordinary people!
For the vast number of ordinary people, even those who have not yet suffered direct infringement by powerful forces, their own kind nature will make the central nervous system follow the instinctive reactions of mirror neurons and the vegetative nervous system. Facing bad people and bad things, they will hate evil as much as they hate an enemy in their hearts, dare to speak out for justice, stand up, and fight against injustice. However, as long as these bad people and bad things still fill society and have not been eradicated, and even continue as usual or become worse, it will also put the sympathetic nerves in the autonomic nervous system of good people in an excited state, suppressing and crowding out the coordination and rest of the parasympathetic nerves, which is also harmful to their own health.
Therefore, everyone must not only be kind to others, but also abolish evil laws, eliminate bad people and bad things, so that society can only: good people get good rewards, everyone is good, then it can really be good!
- No worry. That is, full confidence in basic future life and development prospects.
This is the forward-looking nature unique to humans as wise animals, that is, logically reasoning possible future situations for oneself. If the reasoning shows that no matter how hard one tries, or changes environment, one feels hopeless, then one will become negative and decadent at least, and even the central nervous system will fall into a numb state. Various functional systems will be disordered, unable to operate and coordinate normally. Cells will gradually shrink and die, and life will quickly enter a countdown.
Although the powerful do not worry about the future, their confidence is based on the continuation of universal legislation, enforcement, and judiciary doing evil, with bad people and bad things dominating. This itself is continuously abusing their entire nervous system, and the result can be imagined. Moreover, this kind of security obtained only through tyranny and deception is always fragile. They are always a minority, a tiny minority, and they know deeply that the vast oppressed people are always, and need to be, the vast majority (unpaid contributors of everything).
But there is strength in numbers, and the more good the vast ordinary people are, the richer their sense of fairness and broad overall perspective, the smarter they become. The powerful will inevitably become mentally tense and their nerves taut. This is their unique “privilege” that harms physiology, which is heavier than the self-abuse of the oppressed who only suppress their anger: because revenge is only targeted at individuals and still has positive pursuit energy, but this energy can only become beneficial positive energy to the body after it is released. What the powerful passively guard against is the general public, and it is only passive prevention, so it only has negative energy that harms physiology.
- No sadness. That is, never having been innocently bullied by others’ powerful forces.
This is one’s past experiences. Animals all have memory, and human memory will also connect to the inevitability of the system. Therefore, even many kind people will not hold grudges, but when it comes to systemic inevitable harm, it is difficult or even inappropriate to erase it. Moreover, based on the activity principle of genes, these inevitable regular behaviors cannot be eliminated unless new and better rules are embedded or changed, or we have our unique kind ability: negative negative becomes positive, and both positive and negative can form a virtuous cycle.
Similarly, although the powerful have no experience of being bullied, they all have direct or indirect opposite experiences of bullying others, at least having approved and supported evil laws leading to hierarchical oppression, tyranny, evil, and fraud. Therefore, every time they recall the past, they still cannot get rid of endless self-abuse.
Therefore, the so-called happiest emperors in history mostly had short lives, even shorter than the average lifespan of the whole population. It is mainly not because of excessive indulgence, but because of the conflict and confrontation in their nervous systems and the self-abuse of their whole physiology. Because the factors required by physiology only account for less than 1% of human needs, while spiritual needs account for more than 99%, and vice versa.
This kind of neural instinctive reaction cannot even be controlled by oneself. The central nervous system’s reaction is also highly sensitive, and it is absolutely impossible to improve it through any external interventions such as drugs, medical skills, or technology. If not handled properly, any attempt to change neural reactions with external forces will only have the opposite effect.
The above arguments are only about low-level real happiness. Under the contemporary system, it makes it impossible for everyone to truly obtain it. This is the fatal reason why everyone is far from being able to obtain their natural lifespan!
As long as everyone’s natural lifespan maintains the natural dynamic balance in the benign physiological cycle after adulthood, it can tend toward eternity. Maintaining balance only requires no negative energy in the body, or negative energy far less than positive energy; outside the body, no irreversible major physical injuries, and no mental phenomena that cause neural chaos. If society is still full of scenes that make people’s hearts relaxed and happy, full of emotion and excitement, then advanced ideal happiness can be achieved. Everyone can also fully extend cell activity lifespan and maintain youth. Even the elderly may activate stem cells and rejuvenate.
At least it is by no means the so-called 120 years or so that contemporary so-called scientific fields, especially the life sciences community, claim humans can only live. Their so-called basis is only the physical indicators of similarly short-lived people, so of course they can only reach this conclusion. Moreover, claims of living 500 years, 1500 years, 175 years, etc., are all inconsistent, all because they have not explored and demonstrated the nature and needs of genes. Instead, they are eager for quick success and instant benefit, only wanting to monopolize partial or superficial discoveries of genes, then develop related money-making products and treatment methods to gain both fame and fortune and huge profits! They even more uniformly reject dissenting views, making our scientific discoveries unable to be published in their monopolized so-called top journals or participate in selections.
This is the greatest sorrow and root corruption of all mankind today, the source of all misfortune, evil, and crime! As long as our scientific team is given a fair, just, and open opportunity to publish and debate, we will definitely be able to debate all scholars, convince everyone sincerely, gain unanimous support with one call, and even achieve smooth success in everything.
What is the relationship among happiness, health and longevity?
The relationship between happiness and healthy longevity is primarily the relationship between happiness and health. Because as long as you have both happiness and health, you will naturally have longevity. Happiness and health form a mutually reinforcing, reciprocal relationship: only with happiness can you be healthy, and conversely, only with health can you be truly happy.
What is the essence of “forgetting troubles”?
So if we are not happy, in other words, when people are unhappy, it’s very difficult to stay healthy. At that point, maintaining health—such as the exercise and diet required for health—means you have to forget your worries. Forgetting your worries, in essence, is like losing your intelligence, losing your spirit, almost becoming like an animal—or even worse than an animal—because animals have a certain level of intelligence and also experience pain, though not as prolonged. Instead, you’d have to be like a plant, because only plants have no worries or anxieties, and in that way, they can meet their basic physical needs.
Among those people, Who else is still willing to lower themselves? to lower themselves to a state even below low-level animals, to merely the physical condition of a plant?
In fact, we could say that if a person suppresses themselves, you could forcefully do it—just like becoming a vegetative state—when there is no consciousness, no spirit, and you are just mechanically ensuring the diet and the exercise that a person needs. Then we can look at the key aspects or indicators required to maintain health under such conditions.
How can one best satisfy their physiological needs?
Specifically, in terms of diet, let’s start with drinking—drinking means water.
What kind of water is best for people?
First, there’s surface water and groundwater. Surface water often contains many pollutants, microorganisms, and viruses, and is not hygienic. Groundwater often exceeds heavy metal limits, and you cannot achieve a sufficient level of filtration. If you want these two types of water to be drinkable, they must go through chemical disinfection and purification. So what is the best water? It is water that comes from the air—rainwater—or water from high-altitude areas, which is called spring water.
Because when rain condenses in the sky, the temperature must drop—almost close to freezing—so that it condenses and then falls as heavier water droplets. This process itself is a purification and disinfection process. Also, pollutants in the upper atmosphere are very few—almost none. Another example is glacial meltwater. At altitudes of several thousand meters in high mountains, the water formed by melting snow and ice is also highly pure. It is even better than rainwater because it has already frozen and, in that frozen state, has undergone disinfection, providing both disinfection and preservation.
Where’s the kind of food we more need to eat?
The food should also come from an environment with good air, good water sources, and at a certain elevation altitude.
The food we eat should also be grown at a certain altitude, where the quality is best. The main reason is that at higher altitudes, the air is better and cleaner. This is important because plants—such as crops and fruits—need the corresponding air and oxygen. Additionally, they rely on sunlight, and the higher the altitude, the more abundant the sunlight.
On the ground, if crops are grown there, it’s inevitable that there will be pests and diseases. If there are pests, you have to rely on pesticides. Using pesticides on the crops and fruits will undoubtedly have harmful effects on people. However, when it’s in the high air, it basically cuts off the ground pests—because the wind cannot blow that high, and pests won’t reach those crops grown in airborne farms.
Where and what kind of exercises are better to do?
In addition to diet, beyond replenishing your energy and nutrients, you also need proper exercise. Now, if you only exercise on the ground, it’s hard to persist—unless you’re traveling, going step by step along your footprints. Otherwise, if you choose mechanical exercise—like running on a treadmill—it’s really hard to keep going. Even if you manage to force yourself to exercise, the result for your physical and mental health isn’t ideal—it won’t reach the desired level.
But if we exercise by, for example, mountain climbing, that’s different. High-altitude exercise, unlike ground exercise, allows you to look far into the distance. Every time you climb higher, you can see a thousand miles more. Each level you climb expands your field of vision. Unlike walking, where even after 100 meters you’re seeing similar scenery, the difference in scenery from each level climbed can be hundreds of times broader.
Climbing up is essentially aerobic exercise. Even though it’s somewhat tiring, it’s great for both strength and endurance. You’ll find that each level you climb, you’re training both your balance and your endurance. And when you’re tired, as you descend the mountain, going down is very relaxing. You’re also training your balance and coordination. Going down is a type of balance training that helps relax your entire body, balance your muscles, and stretch your ligaments. Unlike ground-level exercise, where you are tired both going out and coming back, this allows a well-rounded exercise, making it much easier to maintain long-term.
So, those people who live in scenic mountain regions—those who live in mountain retreats, including people of various religions—are often the longest-lived individuals. The reasoning is precisely in this.
In other words, even putting aside spiritual factors—whether you are happy or unhappy—purely from the physical perspective, living in a high mountain or in a tall building like a mountain is much more beneficial to the body than living on flat ground.
Where can one obtain more spiritual nourishment?
All right, let’s look at life’s first major aspect—or even the more important one—and that is the spiritual factor, what we call the sense of happiness. Because happiness is a mental concept. Happiness is a form of mental joy, full of mental positive energy. If you are not happy, then mentally you are in pain, suppressed, and suffering. It’s essentially a mental energy level. So now we’ll see, under these two mental states, how different living environments might have a significant impact on them. spiritual factors account for over 99% of the factors necessary for a person’s health and longevity!
If a person is mentally unwell, meaning they are unhappy, and they are living on flat ground, in a low house, every day their view is blocked by the surrounding environment—houses, trees—all limiting their vision. This makes them even more unable to let go. Their heart becomes even more suppressed, even more confined, and it’s very hard for them to walk out of that sorrow and negative mindset.
Similarly, walking on flat ground, as I said earlier, you can’t achieve step-by-step relief. Each day, it’s the same scenery. You might even see people or things you don’t want to see, yet they are right before your eyes. In that case, you not only can’t let go, but you feel even more pain and torment. So, in terms of geography, the main approach—or even the only approach—is for you to elevate. By climbing higher and looking further, you might be able to cast aside worries and forget your troubles.
Because when climbing a mountain or looking from a tall building like a mountain, every level you ascend expands your vision exponentially. Everyone knows that the further you look, the area expands at a quadratic or cubic scale. It’s not like walking on flat ground, which is linear. Linear movement expands area in a simple additive way. Elevation, though, is exponential—it’s exponential growth.
And once you’ve ascended, you can also walk around the mountain or that tall tower, circling it easily. This way, your view expands even further. It’s as if you’re embracing the entire land, the entire globe. The expansion of that area is circular, encompassing the circumference of the entire sphere.
In other words, even if you go very high and the scenery around you is the same, when you look into the distance, you have a sense of novelty. Everyone is filled with infinite aspirations. This kind of aspiration—whether to spark it, strengthen it, or regenerate it—requires your gaze to look far. On the ground, you can’t see far due to obstacles. But the higher you stand, even if the scenery is similar, the vast, broad perspective naturally triggers that mental factor. It makes you feel, “There is always more beyond.” The outer world is full of charm and hope. Although locally you may have no direction, in what you see far away, there must be opportunities for me. This way, you can easily let go of worries, forget anxieties, and become filled with hope and aspiration.
This is why so many scenic lookouts or even coastal piers put up same distant places of signs.
How does intelligence – with good hearing and vision – come about?
If you are only standing on flat ground, you can’t see far. So what do you look at? You just look up at the sky. But the sky is something like a dead end, right? Not only does it fail to give you other hope, it makes you even more negative—almost as if you’re waiting to ascend to heaven. And what does going to heaven mean? It means eternal life, but it also means that a person is no longer alive here, right?
And generally, when you’re climbing high and looking far, others around you often share the same mindset, the same feeling. It becomes easier to find common topics. Often, people may not want to directly share their personal situations or private matters. But if everyone is together in that setting…
If everyone is envisioning grand aspirations or distant goals together, it becomes easy to find common topics. In that process, people naturally support and guide one another. It’s easy to feel fulfilled, and mutual help leads to consensus. In that way, you become more enriched, and you can step out of depression quickly, filled with a sense of purpose, and gradually start taking action toward turning those aspirations into reality.
Now, for those who are unhappy, ascending—going out—can bring a positive change. But even for those who are so-called happy, does living at high altitudes or on flat ground have different impacts? In fact, the impact is even greater.
So now, for people who are happy, those who are truly happy—if they live on a high mountain, or in a tall building like a mountain, versus on flat ground, what different effects do they experience on health or longevity? This is also obvious. The effect, beyond what we analyzed earlier—putting aside the mental aspect, putting aside the feeling of happiness or not—just purely from a physical perspective, as we mentioned, living elevated, looking far, living high, has many benefits. And even when the mental factor is involved, it also appears. First, let me say this: when you live on flat ground, as a happy person, you are often happy in comparison to a large number of unhappy people.
Because everyone has a competitive nature. This competitive nature means you want to be better than others, to live better than others. The more people you surpass, the stronger your sense of happiness. In such cases, the sense of happiness is often quite intense.
What is the greatest chronic poisoning for everyone? – Mental negative energy!
If this kind of comparison, where you are better than others, is a normal and healthy comparison—for example, you truly have greater abilities or a better character, and you have earned the love and admiration of the masses—then this sense of happiness is a positive energy. It benefits your health and longevity.
However, if, on the contrary, you are better than others not because of positive energy, but because of negative energy—so-called negative energy means you have suppressed others. You have oppressed others, though those being oppressed might actually be more capable or have better character than you. In that situation, the so-called result of your competitive spirit is actually a negative energy. Even if it’s not a direct comparison of both sides’ character or ability, or people don’t know, but you only look at those who are weak. When you see the weak, you could help them, but you don’t. Instead, you even step on them, harm them, or simply despise them, ignore them, and show no care. In that case, their mental energy is also a negative energy toward you.
What are the positive and negative effects of the choices of words and actions on the most crucial nerve centers that sustain life? This is the biggest blind spot in contemporary life science.
This basic principle lies in the fact that humans have sensory perception, and almost all animals have this sensory perception too. Our sensory perception works like a mirror: it first reflects the external image. The reason a camera can take pictures is that the external scenery reflects into your eyeball. Through the optic nerve, it stimulates our brain, and a corresponding reaction immediately occurs. This reaction is formed. So, when it acts upon the nerves of our sensory system, what do we call this? We call it a “mirror-image nerve.” Mirror, like a mirror reflecting; image, like an image formed. It’s a reflection-like nature of a nerve.
Because a person is just a passive mirror or a camera, through their own the five sense organs nerves, they have an immediate corresponding reaction, thinking, “That person is just like me, so I should be like that person.” It’s called empathy or a sense of compassion.
What is the fatal reason that both the high-ranking officials and the wealthy people always have a short lifespan, along with the vast number of oppressed common people? This cannot be changed by any medical skills, drugs or technology!
Under this empathy, a person’s autonomic nervous system, their motor nerves, naturally treat themselves as the counterpart. Thus, they should directly do what should be done. For example, if you see someone without food, you instinctively want to help them. If you have money, you give money. If you have things, you give things. If you have greater ability, for example, if you’re an official, you think about how to fundamentally help them. In this way, this is a coordination between a person’s mirror-image nerves and their nervous centralis. It brings about a whole-body coordination with greater action, a more harmonious expression. Because when you do better, when you do more, it also has this multiplying effect.
But in reality, these so-called happy people—those very happy people—often are not like that. In fact, it’s often the opposite. For example, those top billionaires, powerful figures, officials—when faced with such situations, they choose to be indifferent, even gloating. They may feel it’s effortless or that they should even deal another blow—exploit the situation, seize others’ wealth, treat them as slaves, or take unhappy women as playthings, even using coercion. In doing this, they may feel that they have satisfied their personal desires and that this is their sense of happiness. Actually, that’s wrong.
What you’ve satisfied is your own desire, but it’s not true happiness. Because this happiness only satisfies you individually, you’ve only gained one. In other words, for everyone else, you’ve lost at least 99 percent. And this depends on the scale you’re dealing with—not just those in front of you, but when you think about it, society has countless such people—not just one, but tens, hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands. So the amount you lose is multiplied tens of thousands of times.
In particular, if you see that the misfortunes of these people, the misfortunes of society, the misfortunes of nature, all come from your actions—from your greed, abuse of power, deliberate deception, deliberate destruction—if these results come from you, then your losses are even greater. What you lose is the accumulation of generations. So that so-called fulfillment of your personal desire is nowhere near proportional. In fact, even your personal satisfaction of desire has become a form of negative energy.
So, for those with an average sense of happiness—like many current leaders, activists, or middle-class people—they might feel they are doing well, better than some, not as good as others. When these people face misfortune, how do they respond?
First, these people, when facing the top happy people (as we analyzed before, the top elites), feel a sense of loss. When facing their supreme happiness, you might feel relatively unfortunate. That misfortune is a negative energy for you, right? So, you say, “That’s negative energy; I don’t think about it. I feel better than some, worse than others.” You might still feel satisfied when looking downwards.
But, as I analyzed earlier, that kind of satisfaction is just fulfilling your small personal desire. However, you actually have the ability to help them. Even if you don’t have the power to fundamentally solve it like the elites, or restore their basic human rights or happiness—you can’t do that—at the very least, you can speak up for them. You can speak out for justice, you can warn the world. At the very least, you don’t tell lies. You do what you can within your ability. If you don’t do these things either, then you lose. In this case, you violate your mirror-image nerve’s empathy, you violate your motor nerves. The damage to your body is far greater than the small bit of mental satisfaction you’ve gained over the years.
In the face of such a cruel reality of hierarchy, if we have a skyscraper-like mountain where everyone lives together, the feeling is entirely different. In such a tall, mountain-like building, what we face is the vast world, the infinite nature, the boundless possibilities. In the distance, the human spirit is also purified. Because when you face nature, you’re no longer facing those on the ground—the oppressed, the lowly. Thus, the violation of your mirror-image nerves or your motor nerves is greatly reduced—almost nonexistent. Because you don’t see them every day. What you see is a farther, better future. So this is its intuitive, realistic, fundamental feeling.
This is also why, throughout history, those elites—those emperors, high officials, those who committed the most evil deeds—often liked to retreat to scenic mountains. In those places, there were many temples or religious sites. First, they would build these religious sites on high mountains. Whenever they had done much evil, they would go into the mountains to worship Buddha or pray. On the one hand, they were praying, but at the same time, they felt that in those high mountains, facing vast nature, facing an endless horizon, they would gain some level of so-called spiritual purification. Unfortunately, when they went to the mountains, it was only temporary. They stayed briefly, and when the time came, they returned to the human world, back to the flatlands. As soon as they returned to the plains, they returned to the sorrow of their previous reality.
In such a scenario, although in the West, they don’t have those kinds of religious temples on high mountains like in the East, there isn’t always such a place. But don’t forget, in the West, there are churches. And churches are built higher and higher, each one trying to be taller than the next. And whether it’s relatively tall or not, what is the shape of every church’s steeple structure? It’s pointed, reaching upward. They are striving to build higher. The meaning of building higher is to direct your mind, your perspective, toward the sky, toward the heights, so that in the heights, you can find a kind of spiritual purification.
The purpose is the same: just as you did evil deeds in the human world, in the sky, you undergo purification. Why is it purification in the sky? Because there, you no longer see those commoners, those ordinary people. You can forget the evil deeds you did on the ground. And religious prayers, you all know this better than me—the idea of prayer is, no matter what you did, as long as you repent before God, it’s fine. God will forgive you. It’s the same logic.
Now, if we directly build such a supreme, sky-high skyscraper as this god, then this kind of god is even more real, right? The power of this god, the height of this god, is even more tangible.
Why maybe the aerial city the best choice for the future of human society?
So, even if we say that such a building—especially one like ours, with a capacity of about 640,000 apartment units, potentially housing over two million people—of course, it includes a broad population, including those who are currently unfortunate. Now you might wonder, would it feel crowded like on the ground? I would say, absolutely not. First of all, although if you think about population density—like how many people per square kilometer—these high buildings may appear densely populated. It seems like people are stacked up, right? But remember, from a vertical perspective, physically, when everyone is gathered into one skyscraper, it’s not crowded at all. It’s far from the crowding you experience on flat ground.
The reason is simple—probably because many of you haven’t lived in such tall skyscrapers, or historically, there haven’t been such tall skyscrapers, so you can’t imagine it. You might think of it yourselves. Actually, so-called crowding happens on the ground. Crowding only happens on the ground. Just like traffic jams, right? Only ground-level cars experience traffic jams. Can planes in the air jam up? No matter how many planes you have, they won’t jam up. Even if there were more, they wouldn’t jam, because in the air, you have top, bottom, and all directions to spread out. So how can you jam, right? On the ground, it’s all on one flat plane. So if there are slightly more people, it’s crowded. The principle is the same for a skyscraper.
Precisely because, in such a building, especially in our scientifically designed one, though it may have hundreds of thousands of apartments, every apartment faces the earth directly, faces distant scenery directly, faces endless nature directly. So when we’re simply at home, we look out, and there’s no crowding at all. You don’t see others at all. Even when you step out of your home, onto a corridor, a large platform, a small corridor of a branch tower, or a large central hallway, you’re still facing infinite nature outside. You don’t see others. How could you feel crowded? Whether inside or outside, it’s not crowded. How could there be crowding? It’s not like every day you must squeeze onto a narrow mountain path. Our skyscraper—whether its elevators, its lifts, or even our other invention, the zero-fuel, ever-rising elevator—none of these are crowded at all.
So you might say, ah, we have this grand mountain-like building, it’s spectacular. But how will we live in it? If you assign me to the lower part, I might feel that although it’s not crowded, so many people above seem high above, like there’s still a hierarchy, right? Are those above pressing down on us? I’d still feel oppressed. So I want to live at the top! But then, as you mentioned earlier with the mirror neurons of empathy, if I’m on top, I’m pressing down on the masses below, and that’s unsettling—I don’t want to always be on top. So you ask, is there a best solution? Of course there is! What’s the solution? Listen to me!
How can everyone become the immortals or angels of that floating mountain city?
Well, it’s very simple: we ensure that everyone can move up and down. You can live on top and also live at the bottom. What’s the idea? Because there are four seasons in a year, and in four years, we have four cycles. So, each year, you can rotate. This year, you live at the bottom; next year, you live at the top. This year, you live on the east side; next year, you live on the west side. This year, you’re on the south; next year, you’re on the north. You’ll live in every direction—high, low, east, west, north, and south. In this way, not only do you eliminate both types of negative emotions, but you also maintain the best mindset. The key is that you get to see all the scenery—high and low, every direction. Isn’t that truly perfect in every way?
I believe that almost everyone would like this solution, accept it, and be happy—happy enough to forget everything, to forget ourselves, to forget the thing we are currently pursuing the most. And what is that? Maybe you’ve forgotten yourself, right? I’ll remind you: it’s the so-called ownership of housing.
Originally, the greatest pursuit in each of our lives is what? It’s to have your own house, right? In order to buy their own house, many people spend a lifetime as mortgage slaves. And when you want that house, you first think, “I want ownership; I’ll hold it for a lifetime. This will be mine forever.” But see, with what I just explained, now you’ve all forgotten! Isn’t that good? Right? It’s good to forget. That is to say, in the most perfect cycle, in the most scientific, ideal cycle, when everyone is concentrated like this, you dilute the self; you dilute the small ego. In fact, from a cost perspective, it’s as if we haven’t given you a fixed house ownership. But what’s the result? In the end, we’ve given you the entire building, the entire mountain—640,000 apartments, all belonging to you. Which is more worthwhile? You tell me!
I don’t think anyone would still be nitpicking at this point, right? Saying, “Ah, you’re just comforting me nominally, saying the whole mountain building belongs to me, but in reality, it’s not—others live in it. This is different from my personal ownership.” Then what? When you live alone, you only live in one house. If you live in one house, what about the other hundreds of thousands of units? Are they empty? Is it good for a house to be empty? Everyone knows a house needs people to live in it. That’s when it’s lively, protected, and better.
Moreover, only when many people live in a building do you have life, excitement, mental joy, and real happiness. Imagine a giant building—if you lived alone, you’d be lonely, bored to death, with no happiness. Just like now on the ground—if you live in a house alone, even if neighbors have houses, if people are too few and never interact, you’re just as lonely. So I think even in that case, even if you want to occupy all the apartments, you still want others to live there. You’ll say, “But I want to charge them rent!” Even then, what’s the point of money? The purpose of money is your health, longevity, happiness. If money brings you no happiness, if this money brings negative energy—if you’re cursed by thousands, wouldn’t you want to throw that money away? Right?
An Overview of the Advantages of the Sky City
Moreover, once this ideal experiment succeeds, it will be the most beautiful residential skyscraper for all humanity, worldwide. Of course, it will have many even more astonishing technological, wonderful cycles, including being entirely self-sufficient, self-supplied with water, electricity, and food. In it, there are more than 100 semi-open indoor squares, and many cultural cycles that are even more desirable. In this way, it will have a ripple effect, not only across the country but worldwide, and many places will build such skyscrapers. In that case, we will have a global cycle—not just rotating within one skyscraper but rotating across different places in the world. In that scenario, across your lifetime, across the world, if you have a hundred, a thousand, or ten thousand cycles, and you live in each place for a year—if you have 10,000 places, you would live for 10,000 years. If you live for tens of thousands of years, would you still care about owning one building’s apartments?
Alright, if you personally insist and say, “I don’t care, no matter where I live, I just want to be on top, I want to enjoy being number one, enjoying privilege—only then will I be comfortable,” well, then let me tell you. According to such a demand, the result—based on what we mentioned earlier about the mirror neurons and autonomic nerves—if you insist on disregarding that and resisting, then what kind of fatal consequences will this insistence on privilege bring to you?
Because as one person, don’t think, “Ah, this sinful law, this evil rule wasn’t created by me. I’m just following it, inheriting it. Those masses of common people, their poverty, their oppression, it’s not me who caused it. It’s just the result of others executing this law. I only want to be at the top in front of others, enjoying the highest position. I still want them to rise as well. Even if I have more money than I can spend, I’d give them a little, letting their living standards gradually rise. I just want a relatively stable, top-level treatment. That shouldn’t violate my mirror neurons and autonomic nerves, right? Even if it does, it’s not that serious. It can’t shorten my life that much, right? If it shortens my life, I won’t feel it. It’s not possible to shorten my life, right?”
So, in other words, while your demand might not seem as extreme as the earlier example, it still fundamentally cannot exist within any positive mental energy. What you’re left with is only negative mental energy. In other words, you simply can’t sustain that within a healthy state.
What are the two major spiritual positive energies in life – the main manifestation of excitement: laughter – the principle of the unlimited effect of laughter on youth and longevity?
Happiness lies in the mind, and for the mind to be full of positive energy, it mainly comes from two aspects. One is that your own spirit is in a state of excitement. The other is that you are moved—emotionally stirred. The highest form of excitement is laughter. We all know the saying: “Laughter adds ten years to your life.” If you laugh, you can be ten years younger! Of course, that’s an exaggeration, but there’s certainly a scientific basis behind “laugh and grow younger.” We won’t get into too many technical details—it might feel like a biology lesson. The other type of excitement is love. Love comes from a mutual connection of mind and body between two people. While it might not manifest as laughter, it’s still a shared resonance, a mutual emotional response. This excitement is abundant, too. Though the form differs from laughter, the positive energy it creates is also powerful. These two forms of positive energy complement each other.
I’ll briefly introduce the benefits of this positive mental energy—specifically laughter—for the body. Otherwise, you might feel it’s too abstract and not believe in its power. We know people need exercise, right? But our normal exercise only works the limbs, the outer body, the external muscles. The internal organs’ muscles can’t be exercised that way. But your organs are key to life and vitality—just like a car’s engine is more important than its shell. So how do we exercise our organs? You can’t maintain them with other methods, and no miracle drug will work. It’s laughter! Only laughter causes the 80 internal muscle groups to vibrate, keeping them fit, elastic, and full of vitality. That’s one aspect.
Another is breathing. Life depends on breathing. But nowadays, everywhere we breathe, there’s pollution. You might say, in the West, the best lands and climates help plants thrive, and without government-controlled economies, pollution from industry is low. But don’t forget: in our current lifestyle, living scattered on the ground, every household lights a fire, and that creates pollution. So even if the West has less industrial pollution, seasonal or domestic pollution is still there. Those pollutants enter our lungs. Though evolution gave us two lungs to protect against harm, if pollution continues, what happens when we get lung disease? What do we do then?
And once the lungs are polluted, you basically are irreversible.
So, how do we make our lives here on Earth full of laughter?
After all, laughter is a basic human function, or you could say it’s a unique privilege we have. It’s something we all pursue, and in fact, most people have this ability to bring laughter to others. But in reality, what happens? In reality, laughter has become a rare commodity. It’s even rarer than a luxury item. I mean, in a whole year, 24 hours a day, can we really laugh that much? Perhaps in 365 days, we fail to have a genuine laugh even once.
Remember, we’re talking about real, heartfelt laughter—not just a sound, not a roar, not a small giggle, but genuine laughter. It’s that deep, emotional laughter that brings positive energy to your life, exercises your internal organs, and gives a jolt to your lungs. This should be something we naturally produce every day, but we don’t. In 365 days, we achieve it only 1% of the time. How can we, then, live a life full of positive mental energy, full of health and vitality?
Because laughter is something everyone loves, it’s something everyone pursues, and in fact, almost everyone has the ability to bring laughter to others, it requires everyone to participate. Everyone needs to find ways to bring laughter to others. But don’t forget, for a person to bring this laughter, they need to have their own spirit completely relaxed, completely free, so that their personality can fully express itself. Another form of this laughter is humor. Humor is a sublime, artistic wisdom. And this kind of wisdom, when expressed, is just as significant as a great scientific invention. It is like a cultural invention. Thus, it must be something that everyone participates in, something where everyone is relaxed, everyone is free, and everyone respects each other equally in this fair, just environment.
In other words, what laughter fears most is privilege, it fears hierarchy, it fears oppression. Under privilege, hierarchy, and oppression, you no longer have laughter. Forcing someone to laugh—this is what’s called a forced smile. There’s a Chinese tale about this: the emperor forced his concubine to laugh, and that led to the downfall of the entire nation. In other countries, across the West, when you try to force laughter under these systems of hierarchy, under the oppression of a huge government that doesn’t even have basic human empathy, a government that just acts like a machine against the people—do you think these vast numbers of oppressed people can bring out laughter? What it brings is a hollow laugh, right? And if you force this kind of laughter, it’s either a mocking laugh, a sneer, or a suppressed laugh. And that kind of laughter, its energy, is even more painful than a sorrowful cry; it just generates negative energy.
Although my abilities are mediocre, although I’m not talented, in this hierarchical society, my practical ability is even weaker. But I have one thing—I’m not exaggerating—I have a natural, extraordinary ability to bring humor and laughter to everyone. This is not something you can have; you help them. I previously published a book called “A Humorous Perspective on Chinese and Western Law.” As everyone knows, when we talk about law, people often find it boring, right? Humor and law seem completely opposite, entirely contradictory. But I dared to do it—I took this driest, most tedious law and conveyed it using humorous language.
I had everyone laughing all the time. Even those who usually didn’t pay attention to law could, through laughter, easily absorb and understand it. Look, this is something I transformed—it became humor in the system. In the entire social structure, as long as you stand up for it, it can become your source of happiness. But this ability must come from my own relaxed, free, and fair participation. But now, in the West, we feel that we are deceived. We are forcibly oppressed by your system. The officials suppress us again and again, and we have no way to resist. When we try to oppose it, we fall even further into this trap. Like everyone else, we become voiceless. Even I, someone like me, can’t bring laughter to everyone. How much can you expect from just each other? Without laughter, how can you live with positive mental energy? How can you have happiness, health, and a long life?
So, look at the current situation. In the East, in our country, China, the way people bring laughter is through a kind of institutional specialization. They rely on a few designated so-called “crosstalk” performers. These people, relying on their power, those who come from above, often can’t reach a high average level of laughter. Even if they have a talent for bringing laughter, it’s nowhere near enough. With 1.4 billion people, how can you give this important role, this beautiful market, just to a handful of them? This entire cultural field ends up being a class-based dictatorship, a top-down appointed relationship. If even laughter cannot be freely, fairly, and openly expressed, can you say the whole society is filled with laughter? Don’t just talk about the East—look at the West, other countries too.
In the West, it’s even more absurd—on the surface, it’s about private arts, private films, but no private institution allows for a fair, open submission process. We even looked at Hollywood film companies—none of them have a submission channel. Even spiritual products, even laughter, they monopolize them all—thinking, “Only we can do this; we do it ourselves.” And you, even if you have talent, you’re just a tiny fraction—like I said, I do have this small ability, but my talent is just a little better than ordinary people. Everyone’s capacity is very limited. Only when everyone can participate, living a happy life, freely and equally, can we fully express this laughter. This is when human connections are filled with laughter. But now, when people interact, they don’t want to. Why? Because when they interact, there’s no laughter; it’s either anxiety, or conflict, or mutual use, or they simply encourage each other negatively. And this is why people don’t want to connect, right?
What is the fundamental principle that the act of giving love contributes to good health and longevity?
If a person wants to live a long life, to live a thousand years, to surpass all lower animals, even to rival the lifespan of plants—that fundamentally cannot be done. You don’t need to rely on medicine, drugs, or technology. In fact, relying on those things not only can’t extend your life, but often actually shortens it. For example, stem cell therapy—the result of stem cell therapy is that it can actually make you more prone to death. This is the scientific logic: it often leads to further harm, rather than extending life.
Because, in fact, it all depends on the physical aspects—on diet, and on exercise. Even exercise requires you to be mentally joyful so that the quantity and quality of your exercise increase. The same goes for diet. Only when you are mentally happy, when you are filled with joy, do you eat in a way that is best—even if you eat less. And in this mental realm, it’s mainly about this excitation. And in this excitation, the most important thing is to be filled with daily laughter.
Another thing is love—not just love you encounter casually, but love that accompanies you throughout life. In this regard, the excitement—the key element—is emotion. Why are emotion and excitement the most essential spiritual energies? It’s because, as everyone knows, life is driven by cells. And in the cells, the core is the gene, right? And genes, as everyone knows, are chains made of proteins. These protein chains don’t need a lot of external nutrients. What they need is that they are alive; they can understand that what they need, the nutrients, come from the spirit—come from this excitement and emotion.
When a person is in a state of excitement, their genes resonate with that excited message, like a resonance that creates a vibration. When the genes become active in this way, they make the cells very vigorous, very active, very full of vitality. The lifespan of these cells can be infinitely extended. It’s not like the current scientific conclusion—like stem cells, which say the lifespan is only a few weeks, or red blood cells, which average 120 days—no. All cells do not have a fixed lifespan. Theoretically, they can be extended infinitely. It all depends on whether the genes in each cell can bring about this positive energy. The power of emotion is even more extraordinary. It mainly acts on our liver cells. As we all know, only liver cells have this potential for regeneration and partial self-repair. After injury, they can partially recover.
However, once liver cells gradually age, in theory, these liver cells enter a dormant state—like a person retiring as they grow old. At that time, if you want to revive liver cells, you must rely on emotion. The genes inside liver cells are not sensitive to other factors; they are sensitive to being moved—to being inspired. The power that can make them regenerate, that can make them revive—this power is emotion. It is the devotion of love.
So, according to what we have just described, under this existing hierarchical domination—whether it is public or hidden—this kind of hierarchical domination, you cannot generate excitement. You have no way to make people produce humor and laughter. And, in fact, even these elite figures, they cannot live in love. Because what I am talking about is love, not just a simple sexual impulse. Without the spiritual connection of love, it is abuse; it is violation. That not only harms women, but also harms men themselves, their own bodies. In particular, in this realm of emotion, emotion is even more at odds with hierarchical domination; it is even in direct opposition. As long as there is hierarchical domination, almost no one can produce this emotion. Do you understand what this means? Let me give you a conclusion.
So, what is the manifestation and its severe harm to human physiology of this hierarchical domination in society?
Generally, society is at least divided into three tiers: upper, middle, and lower. The lowest tier is the most oppressed, essentially stripped of human rights. This tier is the largest group. Then, you have the so-called middle class—they are the ones who are better off than the lowest, but still not at the top. And then you have the highest tier, the ruling elite—the smallest group. Because if their numbers grow, their dominance is weakened.
Now, let’s look at the relationships between them. First, you see the vast oppressed people—these oppressed and exploited people. Originally, these people are naturally kind, very hardworking, and diligent, right? And precisely because they are kind, they are so often exploited, oppressed, and deprived—ending up in poverty, even with nothing at all. So, if their kindness could be expressed, it would definitely bring a lot of emotional resonance between people.
But, in the end, because they are so deprived, so poor, they have no way to contribute much. Once they give something, they themselves can no longer survive. And that’s not just a small matter—what’s crucial is that they must still support their own families. They need to ensure their children’s survival, and their elderly parents. So, in this situation, they are willing in their hearts, desperately wanting to contribute, to bring emotion to others, but in reality, they simply cannot do it.
Now, let’s look at the middle class. Because they are climbing upward, they do have a certain mechanism. So, they mainly focus on improving themselves, on how to climb up and become the ruling elite. As they climb, it is also known as a kind of “iron rice bowl,” a stable position in society. So, among themselves, they also rarely engage in mutual emotion or mutual contribution. In fact, in order to climb higher, because the path upward is narrower—like a golden ladder, right? The higher you climb, the narrower it gets, and they compete even more intensely. So, this competition, combined with its lack of openness—without a real election system—relies on personal connections, on these social networks. So, they exclude each other, they suppress each other—“you step on me, I step on you”—so, among them, there is far more of a silent competition and far less of a mutual emotional contribution.
So, these top-tier elites—there are very few of them. Precisely because they are so few, each one believes they have extraordinary abilities—at least in terms of their mental power. But, in order to maintain their supreme dominance, they must outwardly display modesty, they must suppress themselves. Yet, deep down, none of them truly fully submit to this supreme authority. Each one believes they are stronger, that they can do better, or that they just want to surpass others and become the supreme ruler themselves. As everyone knows, in this absolute hierarchy, the higher you rise to the top, the so-called “half-king” and “half-slave” dynamic kicks in: they don’t trust you; they only use you; they treat you as the most dangerous potential threat. At any moment, if you are suspected, it will cost you your life—even your family, your relatives, will be investigated. This is how it has always been in imperial systems, in palace intrigue.
That means, within this top tier, their internal hierarchy is even more strict and more sensitive—so much so that it is fundamentally impossible to produce a mutual emotional resonance between them. Now, let’s look at the overall pattern: the interaction between the lower and higher tiers. What often happens in this interaction is that the lower tier people offer respect and devotion to the upper tier, right?
So, imagine now these common people, trying to flatter those small officials in the West, or the so-called leaders of the business circles. And in turn, you see these small officials trying to flatter their superiors, the highest-ranking leaders. Even if you offer them money or gifts, the problem is that these superiors—they are at the top. They don’t just accept from you alone; many others must also give them things. So, how do they really feel gratitude? Of course, on the surface, they might say some polite thank-yous, but in reality, they are just judging—whether you gave more or whether someone else gave more, whether what you gave was better or worse. If you give too little, it may backfire—they might think you are poor, or that you are insincere, or that you are just being crafty, hoping to gain a bigger advantage from a small gift. And they know—no matter how much or how little you give—your purpose is always to gain a bigger benefit, at least to avoid being suppressed
So, in the end, no matter what you do, you can’t truly touch them emotionally. You can’t evoke real, heartfelt connection with these top-tier figures.
In other words, during this interaction between the tiers, even if one side gives and the other side reciprocates a bit—even if the upper tier only returns a tiny fraction, like one percent or one ten-thousandth—this interaction still cannot move you emotionally, and certainly does not touch you personally. The lower person, they are squeezing out their limited resources like toothpaste—they sacrifice themselves and their family’s needs to give the best they have. Yet, do you think they feel moved? Even if they get a little help in return, they still feel it is expected; it is far from a fair trade. They only feel pain, and even more resentment—they feel that the upper tier is corrupt, right?
So, both sides, in this way, carry this negative energy. And I also want to mention this: among the statistics, especially in the lowest tier, we often say that although we help each other with good intentions, it is still scarce. Only a small amount of mutual help, it still does not reach the degree of emotional impact we expect. Why is that? Because, in the end, the side receiving help, although they are truly thankful, they still feel that the help is never enough—it never fundamentally changes their fate. As if, even though you gave them some material help, you still can’t overturn their oppression—you can’t fundamentally change their destiny. So, the gratitude is always limited, and the emotional impact is always very small. Thus, the person giving—when they give—always feels regret, always feels that they were powerless to really change the situation.
This is how it is in a system of hierarchical rule: the higher the position, especially the top ruling tier, like the emperor, the more they spend their life almost never feeling moved. Why? Because all their efforts are tied to their wealth. Tell me, who among them is truly moved by wealth? This only satisfies their personal desires. No matter how much spiritual excitement they create, the vast majority, the lowest tier of people, they are the ones sacrificing. And even if they give all they have—if they sacrifice their lives—the upper tier still feels it is just what is expected. Even if you sacrifice for the country, they see it as natural. If you need them, they just act it out—they may pretend to cry, but they are not genuine actors, so even when they try, the tears don’t come.
Unless, when everyone was receiving the posthumous honor for the soldier, they saw this solemn ritual, and at that moment, they prepared a cup of water, brought it to their eyes, and let the tears flow, as the cameras captured it. But, you know what happened then? When he poured that water into his eyes, the camera focused on him, and what was the outcome? His eyes burned so much that he couldn’t take in the water; he only drank that high-proof liquor instead.
So, does that mean that in today’s society we have no way for people to generate mutual emotional impact, especially those elites, those top-tier figures, to generate it ahead of others? Of course not. In fact, it is very possible, and it can even be quite easy. The higher the person’s status, the more they can do it. Once they do it once, that emotional impact they generate can surpass that of the ordinary masses, influencing many more people.
For the ordinary people, as those in the lower tier who are oppressed, it is extremely difficult for them to generate that kind of emotional impact on the masses, to move the world. They have to endure those difficult years, working hard, sometimes even risking their own lives and health. Only then can they achieve it. Because they are always facing suppression from above, they often live as just another oppressed person, their ability to act greatly limited. The key is that the upper powers in reality keep suppressing them, so in the end, even when they try, even if they sacrifice their own voice, their own life, they are still later pursued by the government, and ultimately, it all comes to naught.
So, how can everyone leverage their strengths and avoid their weaknesses in order to live a longer and healthier life?
Hopefully, even if you are in the lowest tier, as long as you step forward, speak up for the people, and are willing to do so, you will definitely be able to move many people. In other words, you will move not only those who share the same oppressed condition, but also perhaps the middle class, those in the intermediate tier. Thus, its social effect and significance are still very great.
Because justice is in the heart of the people, those in the middle class—the intermediate tier, the leaders of organizations in the West, the activists—they, too, come from ordinary people. They, too, have been constrained by this system, oppressed. Thus, they naturally have this empathy. And when they act, it becomes even easier. As long as they base themselves on science, with the courage and wisdom to speak out for justice, then they can move many people. They can become the strongest voice against the greatest harm, and they can resonate with their own class, because others see in them the opportunity to restore themselves, to grow in a healthy way. They even inspire some of those top figures, because, in reality, the middle class often believes that what they represent should be based on science, on a balance in society—so it is easier for them to reach a conclusion.
So, when it comes to the highest tier, the top ruler—the emperor, if they take action, it is actually the easiest, right? Because when the middle class steps up, that is already a kind of movement, but if the top ruler truly does it—if they make up their mind—they can achieve it immediately. Once they understand, if they truly grasp the scientific principle—that it is only by generating spiritual excitement and emotional impact that you achieve 99% of life extension—then they can do it.
Because physical needs only account for less than 1%. For example, eating—if you eat too much, it just burdens you. It is always limited. Exercise is also limited. Even a sexual life has its limits. But spiritual energy is unlimited. The more you have, the better it is. So, once they understand this principle, when they commit themselves, they can immediately change the system they inherited. They only need to sign their name—no need to draft a whole legal document themselves. The elite, the middle class, or the public intellectuals can prepare it. As long as they sign it, everyone’s collective effort will bring this most beautiful system into reality.
Then, it will move the entire nation, even the entire world. At that moment, people will feel that inner stirring, that love, that care—and when everyone feels it deeply, when it spreads across the whole world, that is when the real emotional impact happens. And that impact, it won’t be just one person—it will be tens of thousands, millions—the entire human race. And that kind of ritual impact, it will last, enduring for generations and centuries.
Because this crucial decision, this key signature by the top ruler, can end the thousands of years of slaughter and war on this earth, and instead let people achieve an incredibly beautiful transformation in peace, harmony, and reason. In one step, it turns the earthly hell into a heavenly paradise. Thus, the emotional impact they feel is not just a one-time thing; it is eternal. It is the greatest in both scale and quality. The entire nation, even all of humanity, will see them as the shared savior, like a god. They become the common parent of all of us. And so, we now have, in this universal law, a complete and all-encompassing regulation that guarantees happiness and longevity for all humanity. As long as this regulation is passed by the top ruler and implemented globally, that top ruler will be the undisputed common parent, and they will become the first to truly achieve this longevity for humanity.
At that time, this common parent of all people, wherever they go, the people will be filled with laughter—not just any laughter, but a culture of humorous spirit, a laughter that is a noble wisdom, an artistic performance tied to it. And it brings true love from tens of thousands of people. This is not just a simple collective offering; it is a lifelong dedication. It is not like the songs forced by the Russian autocracy, written by courtiers to praise the ruler. Instead, it is the people themselves offering their contribution. And in this way, the system creates this magical effect. So, at that time, laughter will flow, love will be boundless, and emotion will be infinite. It will be a mutual stirring, a positive reciprocal impact that will elevate and complement each other—so that this longevity is not just for a thousand years, but theoretically, it could exceed even ten thousand years.
So, everyone, don’t worry. You might think that this good fortune, this positive energy, only applies to the top ruler, that ordinary people can’t enjoy it. But don’t worry! We also have an even better trick, and that is a system of moral scoring shared by everyone. It acts like money and benefits, but it is based on moral ratings. Everyone rates each other—if I think you’re good, I give you a score. And everyone lives by these scores, which act like currency, giving you purchasing power even stronger than money, letting you enjoy benefits for free. And just imagine the outcome: everyone will strive to be good, to contribute with love. In this way, people of same sex will be closer than family, and even people of opposite sex will be closer than siblings. This relationship, you don’t need me to explain further—you all understand.

Happiness, health, and longevity are mutually reinforcing. Good health is the foundation. Only with a healthy body do we have the energy to experience life and pursue happiness. In turn, happiness reduces stress, improves immune function, makes it easier to maintain good health, and helps people live longer. Longevity is not simply about living for many years; it is about living a long life that is healthy, meaningful, and filled with happiness.
Happiness influences health mainly through three physiological pathways:
First, it reduces cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone, thereby decreasing chronic inflammation and reducing damage to the immune system.
Second, it increases the levels of serotonin and dopamine, improving sleep quality, regulating appetite, and enhancing the body’s ability to repair itself.
Third, happy people are generally more willing to exercise, eat healthy foods, and maintain social connections. These behaviors directly protect cardiovascular health and brain function.
Therefore, when a person’s emotional state improves, the body genuinely benefits as well.
Happiness first generates signals within the brain’s emotional centers, particularly the prefrontal cortex and the limbic system. These signals are then transmitted throughout the body through the autonomic nervous system.
Specifically:
The balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems is regulated.
The hypothalamus sends signals that regulate the endocrine system. The vagus nerve directly connects the brain with internal organs.
The hypothalamus belongs to the central nervous system and functions as a command center.
The vagus nerve belongs to the autonomic nervous system and serves as a communication pathway between the brain and internal organs.
As human beings, two fundamental pillars of physical health are nutrition and physical activity.
Nutrition depends primarily upon:
1. The digestive system.
2. The circulatory system.
The nervous system directly regulates both digestion and circulation.
Digestive System
The vagus nerve stimulates gastrointestinal movement and digestive secretions, helping food to be digested and absorbed more effectively.
Circulatory System
The autonomic nervous system directly regulates heart rate and the contraction and relaxation of blood vessels.
When people feel relaxed and happy:
Heart rate slows.
Blood vessels dilate appropriately.
Blood pressure remains stable.
Blood circulation becomes more efficient.
When people are anxious or stressed:
Heart rate increases.
Blood vessels constrict.
Long-term strain can damage the heart and blood vessels.
Therefore, happiness improves both the digestive and circulatory systems through balanced regulation of the autonomic nervous system.
In essence, happiness helps place the body in a rest-and-repair state rather than a fight-or-flight state, allowing the body’s natural healing, maintenance, and recovery mechanisms to function more effectively】
