From elementary school through high school and university of Foreign Studies Foreign Trade majoring in Business English, she served as the labor committee member and life committee member. after graduation, She worked in a law firm in motherland’s largest southern city and forefront of reform and opening-up, handling foreign trade legal affairs. Later, she immigrated to the United States and worked successively in community assistance centers in Cleveland, Chicago, and Myrtle Beach that serve vulnerable groups and elderly apartments.
After immigrating to Toronto, Canada, she combined self-studied nutrition expertise with catering work, integrating theory with practice. She also studied healthcare management in order to provide more professional medical assistance services to the general public.
Juan Liu has always practiced what she preaches, loves learning, is willing to explore deeply, is strict with herself and lenient with others, does not care about personal gains or losses, and is good at singing and dancing. Although angels are impossible to descend to the human world, but in this regard, women, especially mothers, are more like angels – possessing selfless maternal love and a fair, kind nature – this is the first and fundamental requirement for being a leader of the entire society, isn’t it?

What are my main strengths and weaknesses?
In addition to the aforementioned resume, I am also a mother of hardworking and responsible and full of the spirit of sacrifice, who has weathered many storms; a kind and simple woman who is gentle on the outside but strong inside, a capable person who excels in both character and learning, willing to endure hardship without complaint.
After solid studies in China, comprehensive tempering in the United States, and in-depth practice in Toronto, she brings scientific investigations of nearly 40 countries across five continents, comparisons of the strengths and weaknesses of the world’s three major powers, with humility and prudence of a minority ethnic group, bring fundamentally comprehensive scientific and feasible wonderful solutions in the major areas of economy, housing, taxes and fees, medical care, prices, education, fundamental politics. Why do we have to step forward this time?
When we specifically chose to settle in Fort Erie because we recognized its unparalleled geographical advantages. We are determined to use the most scientific and feasible plans to build this place into the world’s top paradise on earth — one that can rapidly and significantly surpass the so-called superpowers the United States and China! Because nearly all of countries inherently possess fundamental flaws, which prevent them from being truly good or great!
However, after our family settled here and conducted thorough on-site investigations and demonstrations, we first presented a long, scientific and feasible proposal to the municipal government. We only wanted, as an ordinary citizen, to fulfill our responsibility and rights by selflessly helping the municipal government govern scientifically. Yet there was no response at all. The proposal we sent to the City of Niagara Falls, on the other hand, received a thank-you reply and an invitation from the mayor’s assistant.
because we are already residents of Fort Erie, we still only care deeply about this place, just as a mother deeply loves her home and family. We are determined to fully tap the potential of this place, help it catch up from behind, and rise above.
In particular, the slow development of this place over decades and dilapidated main street here makes local people pain and any occasionally visiting tourists feel great disappointment, and there are large areas of abandoned fertile land. The lawn in front of the house is still beautiful, but the larger area behind the house monotonous green grass produces no economic effect and instead forces every household to waste time mowing the lawn every week, the slighter carelessness leads to government fines as a source of revenue.
Although it is relatively desolate here now, we will not criticize anyone. Instead, we only want to thank the current and previous governments — because a blank sheet of paper is easy for drawing magnificent pictures! right?

Shall we?The reason our family later moved to live in Fort Erie is that, based on geographical science, we deeply understand that Fort Erie is not only the best place in Canada in terms of geographical environment, but also a uniquely blessed treasure land in the world, possessing: Heavenly Timing, Geographical Advantages, Human Harmony.
Nearly half of the land on Earth is semi-desert or semi-arid. Even where grass barely grows, billions of people still live there. Under scientific leadership, through their diligent labor, deserts have been turned into oases, scientific grazing has solved people’s meat needs, and every blade of grass has been given economic value!
But, Here, nearly two-fifths of the Earth’s freshwater flows away in vain. Really can’t believe: Living beside the Great Lakes yet hardly having local live fish to eat! is this simply for the monopolistic interests of a very few owners of caged chickens, pigs, and other livestock? rather sacrifice people’s income, ruin people’s physical health (the protein quality of caged livestock is far lower than that of fish in living water), and also bring the lake water to become eutrophic and self-pollute due to the death of fish.
In Africa, India, China and other places, as long as there is water, residents have fish to eat. Even without water, people dig ponds to channel or store water for fish farming, and then use the dirty water from fish ponds to irrigate farmland and vegetables, and use excess vegetables and field weeds to feed fish, forming a virtuous cycle!
Here, many people are economically strained. The elderly are lonely and bored, middle-aged people struggle through ups and downs, young people feel hopeless and lost, single people endure loneliness, those without housing seek help everywhere, and those with housing are difficult paying heavy taxes and fees. It is very sad that in a so-called developed country, many residents cannot even afford to drive a car.
In contrast, the populous Eastern country has, in just a few decades, ensured that almost every household has at least one house or high-rise apartment, and the government is not allowed to impose property taxes at all on the people, so that government can only lead the people to strive for economic development, so as to achieve national prosperity and people’s well-being! Apartment management fees are only thirty to forty Canadian dollars per month, and there are large numbers of extra high-rise apartments waiting to be occupied. Car insurance costs only 200 Canadian dollars per year, and vegetable prices are only a fraction of those in Canadian and all world supermarkets, and so on.

However, under the Western system, precisely because the government only unilaterally and forcibly collects high property taxes, and because it must carry out basic infrastructure projects — such as roads, water, electricity, and gas supplies — solely to support housing appreciation and sustain those high taxes, it has neither the need, the willingness, nor even the ability to lead the people in developing any other economy, even restricts the people from developing the economy, fearing that once people gain enough economic freedom, they will simply move away from the area, and result in no one left to continue paying the high property taxes.
