For 1, We must fully utilize the local advantage of being located at the border between Canada and the United States, while also embracing a global vision. Based on the principle that “I serve others so that others serve me,” we strive for a world united as one family. the government will fully open to nationwide and the world, based on the natural balance principle, achieving one family under heaven, and lobby the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to grant this city special privileges as a true world city, allowing good and capable people from all over the world to enter freely and equally without visas, however, an advance application is required. We will review whether it is eligible and whether it involves illegal immigration. and then, decide togather whether to stay or leave according to needs.

Although diplomacy is a power of the federal government, the external development rights of each locality and individual must also be realized. In particular, our only neighboring foreign country is the United States, with which there is a free trade agreement. In principle, this should allow the free movement of people and goods as within one country. However, relying solely on the federal government, with frequently changing policies, leaves the people struggling to adapt.

For 2. Let border trade will take diverse forms, with all kinds of goods and services available. Water, land, and air transportation (by kites, drones, etc.) will be fully developed, both convenient and magnificent.

We will establish a major border trade market, making cross-border trade completely tax-free, while providing special subsidies and incentives to attract participation, creating another hotspot for economic and tourism development.  

We will seek the support of federal border management authorities, prioritize friendly cooperation with the Buffalo region, jointly build pedestrian art bridges over the lake, romantic floating bridges over rivers, ferry systems, and achieve free and smooth passage without routine inspections.

Therefore, we must directly engage with the government of Buffalo, the State of New York, and other relevant authorities in the United States. Based on the goal of mutual benefit, presenting scientifically feasible plans and mastering negotiation strategies, it is not difficult to reach consensus, achieve friendly cooperation, and create results where 1+1>2.

Whether it is the shared Great Lakes, major rivers, or airspace, we can transform the disadvantages of divided governance into more advantageous platforms, turning limitations into opportunities. For example: one boat traveling between two countries, tug-of-war competitions across riverbanks of two nations, meeting piers on the Great Lakes for cross-border cultural exchanges, interactive fishing and tourism activities between both sides, and full integration of goods exchange.

For 3. At the same time, we will strive to directly connect with countries around the world, making Fort Erie a global haven and a beacon of scientific civilization. What we gain is not only economic income, but also the honor of our people becoming like global ambassadors of humanity. In response to foreign policies that limit human freedom, we aim to ensure that everyone can truly be free, like international angels.

The construction of the passenger terminal is mainly for external use, integrating freight transportation, passenger transportation and tourism services. after attracted foreign investment in the future, we will build the ocean drifting island also to tour the globe throughout the four seasons.  

For 4. The scientific university we establish will become a world super university, retaining local students and attracting talents from around the world, comprehensively develop transnational scientific economy,

For 5,6, When Erie is at its most magnificent, especially when the world-class skyscraper is completed, it will naturally draw the entire Niagara region and the surrounding areas to come under our jurisdiction like satellites orbiting a central star, rather than Erie being absorbed by the Niagara region, even Buffalo in the United States wants to become our satellite city. then, on the contrary, we everyone looks down upon the United States, but they should let- the United Nations permanently relocate to our supreme human building by the Great Lakes – because Erie will have been the ideal model for all humanity!
