Dear netizens around the world, dear people of Venezuela:

Venezuela today stands at a precarious crossroads, battered by storms from all sides. The fact that former President Maduro was taken away by the United States has already triggered sufficient public reaction within Venezuela itself: we must never again follow the old path of Maduro.

So where is the road ahead?

Please allow me, on behalf of the global scientific community of justice and goodwill, to present four important proposals to the current Venezuelan government.

First, politically, it is imperative to implement a system of direct democracy, in which all voters directly exercise the power to elect and recall governments at all levels and in all regions, as well as the power of initiative and referendum over social affairs.
  Externally, this demonstrates that from now on everyone directly exercises national sovereignty, as if everyone were a president. This is the strongest possible form of universal civic defense, sufficient to prevent the United States and the West from finding any moral justification to assist in overthrowing so-called “dictatorships.”
Internally, only in this way can the sense of ownership among all citizens be fully awakened, allowing collective wisdom, unity of purpose, and immense positive energy to erupt—quickly renewing the entire nation.

Second, economically, it is essential to implement a brand-new system of economic democracy. In particular, industries involving land and natural resources such as oil must be operated and managed by all the people through direct democratic means.
   Under no circumstances should the traditional path of state-owned economy be continued—because state-owned economy is in fact bureaucratic capitalism, a disguised form of slavery.
   Nor should private enterprises be allowed to monopolize resources, as that inevitably leads to absolute corruption, extreme wealth disparity, inefficiency and waste, lack of social responsibility, and various forms of pollution. The losses far outweigh any gains.

Third, immediately and unilaterally announce visa-free entry to the entire world, so as to attract just and kind people and capable talents from all over the globe to enter Venezuela—to cherish Venezuela, build Venezuela, and protect Venezuela.
Venezuela must never rely solely on foreign government bureaucrats or wealthy elites. Only by uniting tens of thousands and millions of people with one heart and one purpose can true strength be formed.

Fourth, in accordance with Venezuela’s geographical conditions, take the lead in constructing a mountain-city megastructure of approximately 3,800 meters above sea level. This is our system-level invention patent, which we are willing to offer to Venezuela for free. It is more than sufficient to remedy, by thousands or even millions of times, the comprehensive failure of Venezuela’s past socialist new-city experiments.

By constructing just one single building, it would be possible to accommodate and resolve the housing needs of over one million Venezuelan residents. Moreover, it would be a comprehensive technological megastructure that fully utilizes natural laws, capable of being largely energy-free and self-sufficient, forming an integrated mountain-city system.
   Within it, we can also implement the most beautiful living system we have designed (a total of 263 provisions). This would not only become the world’s highest benchmark in architecture, but also an angelic human realm of unparalleled happiness, beauty, and greatly extended natural longevity.

This mountain-city would echo from afar and rival Angel Falls, the world’s highest waterfall, achieving a perfect harmony between artificial creation and natural wonder.
   These two great landscapes—the hardware of natural and human engineering—together with the software of three brand-new political, economic, and spiritual systems, will surely make Venezuela a truly noble and beautiful model for all humanity, attracting governments and peoples of all nations to learn from Venezuela.

In this way, Venezuela can retreat in order to advance, transform crisis into opportunity, turn weapons into jade and silk, and turn decay into wonder.
By reflecting this ultimate goodness and beauty back toward the United States, Venezuela will not only prevent further military or corporate domination, but instead win sincere admiration for a Venezuela where mountains are beautiful, waters are beautiful, cities are beautiful, and people are even more beautiful.

Only then can the United States itself become truly great and beautiful, and only then can all nations follow this example—smoothly resolving their own problems one after another—so that the entire world and all humanity may finally bid farewell to the anti-scientific, anti-natural, anti-human pseudo-civilizations of history, and move toward a state of invincibility—no enemies, no adversaries—only boundless beauty!
