Secondly, teaching and learning should promote each other (a Chinese idiom). That is, when teaching truth, students should question, debate, correct, and jointly improve. However, once education charges fees, it is impossible to do this well, because newly debated truths cannot be re‑priced and sold. Are you already a wealthy magnate, yet still feel the tension, oppression, loneliness, boredom, and mutual antagonism and deceit among people, trapped in internal contradictions and unable to extricate yourself?
[Brief answers as follows: As long as a system is dominated by money and rampant hierarchies, people will inevitably oppose one another and engage in endless struggle. This is because money is an external possession, not something one is born with. For one person to have money, the money of many others must decrease—one rises as another falls. Moreover, once a person acquires money even a single time, they can possess it for life. This thus drives everyone to stop at nothing for money: scheming, seizing, even killing for wealth, needing only to cloak it with grand-sounding justifications such as “serving one’s term as an official to benefit the local people,” “doctors saving lives,” or “teachers fulfilling their sacred duty of educating,” and so on. In reality, none of these differ in essence!
However, everyone’s physiological structure is the same. All people directly respond to the external world through the autonomic nervous system, sensory consciousness, and central nervous system, which guide reasonable physiological behavior. Do you feel that the government only knows how to collect taxes, with property taxes so heavy that every household finds them unbearable, even though everyone is born with the right—like animals—to live freely, equally, and without charge on the land?

Do you feel that officials must be severely corrupt and derelict in their duties, causing social decay, yet you are powerless to do anything about it?
[Brief answers as follows: The contemporary system of separation of powers merely prevents administrative dictatorship, but in all other forms of hierarchical hegemonic despotism it is even worse. Opposition parties focus instinctively on opposition for opposition’s sake, going to excess and resulting in low governmental efficiency and frequent inaction. As a result, in social construction, management, and people’s livelihoods, such systems often perform far worse than one-party, one-family, or one-person hierarchical dictatorship, and are in no way less corrupt—often even more frenzied. This leads to the absurd conclusion that so-called democratic societies are inferior to autocratic ones, creating a devastating confusion in social science!
If imperial autocracy is like a single tiger and its accomplices ruling all herbivorous civilian animals, then Western multi-party systems are like a pack of wolves, tigers, and leopards taking turns competing to rule vast herds of herbivorous civilians. In both cases, the people are stripped of all substantive power and can only be slaughtered at will. How can either of these systems be said to be better than the other? There is no “worst,” only “worse”!
In terms of anti-corruption, emperors—viewing the entire state as private property—would still establish powerful supervisory organs to punish (lower-level) corruption, so as to prevent “servants” from excessively stealing their own assets. Western multi-party rulers, by contrast, only enjoy salary and real power while in office, and lose everything once they leave. Since they fundamentally treat holding office as a profession, they must make money from it—more is always better. Thus, the initial motive and ultimate goal of politicians is to loot as much as possible while in office, resembling a frenzy of demons, merely changing tactics to dazzle the people or obscure reality like flowers seen through mist. Consequently, Western separation-of-powers systems—especially legislative–executive fusion systems such as Canada’s—have no strong, independent supervisory anti-corruption bodies at all. None wish to touch the bottom line of abuse of power, legalized corruption, or bribery. Once private enterprises are listed, their owners seem able to rest easy, with guaranteed returns regardless of circumstances, allowing them to act arbitrarily in economic matters. Overall social development can only deteriorate, nearly degenerating into a disguised quasi-slave system. For example, today there is a frenzied rush to develop the robotics industry, while vast human labor and intelligence among ordinary people are left idle—this only makes the masses poorer and more miserable. Moreover, robots and artificial intelligence can never surpass humans in essence. It is only because the world has long refused to implement a democratic economy that people are forced into passive production, contributing only physical labor and not wisdom—indeed, wisdom often works in reverse. Yet today, when people live in urban apartments, governments—following their habitual abuse of power—allow developers to collude with apartment management offices and usurping, dictatorial homeowners’ association members, conspiring together to fabricate charges and forcibly extort exorbitant management fees from apartment owners (dozens to hundreds of times higher than those in China or Taiwan!), leaving people in unbearable suffering. Returning to rural life, meanwhile, subjects people to heavy property taxes and other arbitrary charges imposed dictatorially by local governments.
In truth, free housing is a most basic human right, an innate natural right that any animal should enjoy. If even one’s sole dwelling must be paid for, and failure to pay leaves one homeless and without a place to stand, how can this still be a human world? It is clearly a disguised slave society, even worse than those countries criticized by the West as authoritarian and dictatorial. Therefore, private ownership of land and its political rule must be completely abolished. It only requires implementing collective ownership of land by all the people in accordance with the law of natural balance. Those who have no opportunity to earn, or who resent earning too little through hard work, will take desperate risks under the pressure of survival and dignity. Especially when police are not elected or recallable by the people, and may arbitrarily fail to fulfill their duty to protect citizens—or even become corrupt—criminals act with impunity, brazenly committing crimes, leaving people defenseless. When citizens complain about the police, there may be no channel for redress. When governments need to divert public anger over severe dissatisfaction with policies, they may allow police to tolerate crime, leaving people with no escape. When courts openly rule that police are not responsible to the people but only serve the government, this is an open declaration that the political system is fundamentally anti-people and criminal. As a result, public security in Canada and even across Europe and North America has become far worse than in China or Middle Eastern countries, even though, in theory, maintaining security in the latter is also quite difficult.]
In response to this, a complete redefinition is required: the police must be guards of the people and must comply with every reasonable request from individuals. Otherwise, if people are harmed by criminals, the police must be punished. Police must be selected on the basis of merit, must be approved through local public referenda, and must be subject to direct recall by the people.
Secondly, by implementing the replacement of money with moral scoring—and since moral scores are intangible, usable only by the individual, non-transferable, and non-inheritable—this will, from both positive and negative directions, cause the vast majority of contemporary property crimes to disappear entirely. Most people feel pressure at all times, while a very small number of wealthy elites always want to show off; otherwise, their status would lose significance. Once our party’s three major democratic systems are implemented, all of this will become irreversible history. Politically, with full governmental agency based on everyone directly being masters, people will truly unite as members of one extended family—everyone both owner and leader, capable person and at the same time public servant, relative, and good person. Economically, by implementing democratic systems, everyone will be prosperous, the land of society will be beautiful everywhere, tomorrow even more beautiful, and no one will think about how much private property they own. A comparison with the situations in Taiwan and mainland China
Do you know why the majority of the Chinese people, with a population of 1.4 billion, are able to live relatively comfortably, and why Chinese tourists traveling, shopping, and sightseeing around the world outnumber those of all other countries combined (even though China’s land area and natural resources are inferior to Canada’s)?
Do you know that people in China who live in villas pay not a single cent in property tax, that apartment management fees are only about 20 USD per month, that car insurance costs only about 200 USD per year, that medical visits cost only 1 to 5 USD with immediate access, and that hospitalization costs are like staying in a hotel, only about 20 USD per day?
Do you know that universities in China charge tuition of less than 1,000 USD per year?
Do you know that vegetable and fruit prices in China are generally about 0.2 to 0.6 USD per pound, that food largely rejects genetically modified products, and that the average monthly wage is around 1,000 USD?

They are merely immersed in self-righteous so-called social science (and any social science that lacks natural laws—especially the fundamental laws of nature—and natural scientific proof as its foundation is not scientific, cannot convince the entire population, and cannot fully resolve social problems). Their main activity is to invest in periodic elections, opportunistically speculating on trivial social hot-button issues, and they are fundamentally incapable of proposing complete, thorough, and beautiful solutions. As a result, although human society has continued for thousands of years and so-called economic output has grown billions of times, people’s physical condition has steadily worsened, happiness has declined, and lifespan has stagnated—falling far short even of low-level animals and plants that never consciously seek longevity.
Democracy means rule by all. Everyone is the master of the entire natural world, possessing the right of mastery. At all times, in all places, and in all matters, everyone fully exercises intelligence and ability—those with strength contribute strength, those with money contribute money, those with wisdom contribute wisdom. Under a moral scoring mechanism, everyone is even more conscientious and responsible than toward their own small family. Government officials must, according to each person’s requests, be responsible for organizing human and material resources to accomplish all good works, establish democratic enterprises, and must be subject to comprehensive supervision, correction, and even recall by everyone.
