【全人类的共同使命与理想】虽然为社会科学书籍，但首先探索出大自然乃至宇宙最基本的规律——自然平衡规律，并依自然平衡规律等否定了达尔文关于人类诞生是基于先有类人猿加自然进化的理论，推断出直接民主才是人类得以诞生的真理。但因没有实行土地共有与经济民主制，只是放任土地私有制，才导致民主部落被颠覆，霸权等级统治开始。其后，西方国家依间接民主制取代等级霸权专制，保障土地所有制重演，使民主制停滞与异化，以致弊端与危机重重；再被反帝反私有封建的社会主义部分取代，但因社会主义没有自身的科学标准，如同转基因体制，导致德国法西斯的国家社会主义畸形发展、膨胀后，带来第二次世界大战的空前浩劫！其后，尽管以前苏联为首的社会主义国家改来改去，始终无解而纷纷剧变或被同化，几乎只剩下中国社会主义一枝独秀，使当代世界大多陷入正不压邪，以丑为美，以人人短命来满足于目光短浅，急功近利的自相矛盾，每况愈下，恶性循环中。之所以如此，就在于本应相辅相成，缺一不可的直接民主制与经济民主都遭旁落，或被严重歪曲与误解。

本书一改传统社会科学理论的虚拟说教，首创以自然规律及数学、生物学、地理等自然科学推理全民主制真理，以自然平衡规律及其定律贯穿本书始终，具有标准的客观性、唯一性。

本书论证民主制理论丝毫不拔高、抽象，而是主要紧扣并破解当代世界的主要方面——所谓经济发展，石破天惊的论证了真正经济的本义、标准与目的：只有以全人类、大自然最小代价，为全人类大家庭获得最大收益，才是经济；只有使人人超越动物的轻松、幸福、长寿，才是经济发展的目的。从而根本纠正千百年来人类对经济的误解，才可以遏制、化解被当代经济误导而导致的越来越深的灾难。如果说，霸权社会几乎没有经济，传统建设并不经济，那么，西方社会因土地所有制的桎梏就根本上、主体上是反经济的“经济”，因为，要达到真正的或最经济的经济，就必须实行：全部土地及生产资料全民共有——即，全民主制的第一涵义，并以共同生产为主——即，全民主制的第二涵义。共有土地、共同生产的唯一方式就是实行全民公决与经济民主制，绝非国有制那事实上的官僚私有制。可见，全民主制具有内在的统一性。土地全民共有才能使人类能够团结为一家人，才使民主制必需且易行，才能群策群力，众志成城，并根本上消除绝对权力导致的绝对腐败，使两者结合基础上的一党执政、领导终身任职等只有优势而无劣势，才可以理直气壮地驳倒多党轮替、领导限任就等于民主的低贱与自虐。

本书再依据民主就是全民有权直接、全面作主的本义，设计出人类社会质的飞跃——全民主制：如同在一个大家庭中应处处对外开放，人人公开身份，有权互相给予道德评分，并凭道德分数卡享受主要生活，全面取代异化、恶化人类的金钱及特权等级待遇，使人人从生而一无所有甚至负债的现实，变成人人生而就能轻松、美好的生活：人人为了获得道德高分，必然争当道德好人，争做爱的奉献，人与人都胜过血缘之亲，分数相对低者也会自然获得所有富人的帮助，因为，富人就是好人！从而自然造就天使本性；再结合人人都有直接民主公决的创议权，只需以理服人，获得多数人支持认同，即可成为社会领袖，就必然使社会盛行追求真善美、德才兼备，但弱者更受关爱，当代社会最大量的财产犯罪甚至一切故意犯罪都不复存在，足以使当代丑陋的人类社会彻底改观，达到人类社会的终极状态：天使人间。

本书进而推理出：人，只有在为他人、众人着想时才更加聪明，真正聪明，甚至更美丽、长寿：人类社会建设也应该根本改观，主要是向空中要土地，还土地给自然，人类才能与最大的自然界及其生物和谐相处，使无数身怀绝技的动物成为人类的导师与经济的助手，共同使大自然最经济的升华，也才能使人类比动物真正高级：基本生活也能完全免费，不必一生得紧张就业或处于失业、经济危机中，更高尚的使工作与满世界旅游式的生活合二为一。如此，人人才能幸福无忧，自然而然超越最长寿的动物而可活到千年万岁，还可能“意外”自助飞翔起来（本作者正在申请的最大专利发明），实现人类几千年来的两大梦想！从而大幅度减少当代社会大多数弊大于利的生产建设、正在淹没地球的垃圾、破坏自然的过多建筑等。

本书充分展示了全民主制打遍天下无敌手的无比优势，构成全人类的共同使命就是实现全民主制度，使任何一国之梦若升华成为全人类这共同理想，才有现实性与崇高性，一切自相矛盾、危机四伏可迎刃而解，一切腐败、腐化、腐蚀、腐烂都能被化腐朽为神奇。
