The explein on scientific communism

In the English word communism, common +ism(system, theory, doctrine), no meaning of production and means of production, resulting in ambiguities like the meaning of democracy, only the so-called “common doctrine, doctrine”, but the common content is not involved, of course, mainly the traditional communist theory has no scientific answer to how the common system. Nor does it answer the whole and main meaning of communism, which inevitably leads people to uncompromising and go their own way.Either it will be reduced to socialism, which will be marred by national socialism in Nazi Germany, militarism in East Asia and Japan, etc., or it will be reduced to bureaucratic capitalism or even state quasi-slavery, which had left the outside world  generate countless misunderstandings to communism itself.

Now, we use the laws of nature and natural science to justify the name.

In fact, as long as we learn Chinese, we can deduce its basic meaning from Chinese communism: “communist” can be used as a verb and a noun: the verb is co-production, the noun is the common means of production, nothing more than land and water, and even space, that is, all nature has production value, it is the means of production.

Chapter I Roots: The first meaning of Communism: Land owned by whole the people.

1. The land shall be owned by all

All land and natural resources can be means of production, according to the traditional interpretation of communism, that is, all means of production under the ownership of the whole people, and land is the basic and main means of production, so it should be all land must be owned by the whole people, to show the fundamental difference from the hegemonic, authoritarian system of land state-owned – in fact, the dictator private or government ownership, and the private ownership of land society.

Socialism originally had the greatest advantage over hegemony and private society, but the reason why it could not win is that the land implemented is only so-called public ownership – state ownership, and then bureaucratic private ownership. And true communism literally means common ownership.

Differences between common ownership and public ownership:

1, the main body of the communal system is the whole people, public ownership is actually the government.

2, Common ownership is shared ownership, that is, the joint exercise of all land possession, use, benefits, disposal of full power. Public ownership is exercised by the government, and people do not have any rights to the whole land, only certain people enjoy rights of using of the relative specific land.

      3. The public ownership system has the supreme right to land. Even if a specific person has acquired the land ownership according to law, the public ownership system is not complete and is still restricted by law and the government in terms of time and content. 

4,The exercise of the common right by the whole people can only be carried out through the democratic principle of majority rule, and the government must abide by the results of democratic referendums.

three. Comply with the law of natural balance

Fourth, it is the basis for equal status for all

Status, from the Chinese can also be as the name suggests, It is basically the position of people on the land, and the only way to ensure that everyone’s status is equal is the common ownership of the land, otherwise, any form of private land will no longer have the equal status of the whole people, because the division of private land ownership is impossible to be equal. Once the land is divided into private ownership, it will inevitably result in accelerated and infinite inequality, and it will be deformed and worsened: one person will gradually own a hundred times and a thousand times and a million times more land than others, leading to the disparity between the rich and the poor, and people will be even more unequal, and it will never be equal, even if only to narrow the gap. At the same time, landlords can not extend their lives tens of millions of times, and they can always only have no difference with the lifetime of civilians, and even shorter lives in the curse of tens of millions of people.

Five  It is necessary for the greatest freedom of all

There is no freedom without equality, but it seems that the higher classes still have freedom, or even more freedom, because the lower classes have lost their freedom. When all the people have lost their spiritual freedom, the material world occupied by you alone is as dead as ever, or it has been almost completely alienated and deformed in the so-called construction of the main body’s anti-economy for thousands of years. Even if a person has thousands of worlds, he will still live as long as one in ten million civilians, and he will always be worse than an animal.

Moreover, when the people are unable to speak and act freely on the land, your freedom alone either falls far short of the meaning it should have, or it is no longer spiritually free, but is the edge on the back.

Freedom is the ability to engage in all acts that are not harmful to others, and there is nothing wrong with it, but:

1, The exclusive occupation of land by one person is, of course, detrimental to the spatial freedom of others.

2, not only must be harmless to others, but also must be harmless to animals and creatures, which is the wealth of the common family of all mankind. Wanton abuse of power destroy nature in their own private land etc., is also harmful to others and the whole people, no matter what kind of so-called civilization, economic behavior.

 Sixth, only the communist system can achieve a real economy

Although anyone can operate freely in nature, this is also the right of being a master of nature. However, from the perspective of large families, they should help others – relatives; From the moral point of view of human origin and higher than animal characteristics, it should also directly benefit others; From the original meaning of freedom, at least, can not only benefit oneself and harm others; From the perspective of equality, it is not possible to occupy a place with a fixed and long-term exclusivity, so that everyone’s status is actually unequal.It can be seen that the rational construction of economic production is either the economy of the whole people, or the private economy subject to democracy in all aspects.

Moreover, each person’s understanding of the world is limited, and only the understanding of the whole people is the most comprehensive. Therefore, only natural common ownership of the land by all people can best understand the natural wealth and needs of the world. When the whole of nature already has some material, natural wealth, man in principle does not need to reproduce, because what nature has, of course, is the most economical without cost; As to whether the world needs it or not, that is by no means an individual can decide. It can only rely on the common vote of the whole people – the first vote, or the subsequent ratification and investigation. In this way, we can prevent and eliminate the harm of individuals and a few people to nature and mankind, so that any production construction becomes a real economy: the cost is indeed less than the benefit – but it can be accounted for by the whole people and nature.

Thus, the real economy, the most economical economy, requires that the land be naturally owned by the whole people and that it be carried out by the whole people or subject to a referendum – the principles of communism and democracy.

In line with the origin and nature of the human family, excluding the opposition between public and private

The second meaning of communism: the common production of the whole people

First, the law of natural balance requires the implementation of common production by the whole people

Natural balance not only requires static balance, but also requires dynamic balance, if the common ownership is only to ensure static balance, then only joint production can always maintain dynamic balance. Second, the legal logic of common owned by all is joint production

From the perspective of civil law, the right of common ownership includes the right of joint possession, use, income and disposition. Third, co-production can only be democratic

Joint production requires all the members of the production unit to exercise four major powers, mainly the initiative and referendum rights of direct democracy, followed by the election and recall rights of indirect democracy. With the former, the whole people can shine with the highest wisdom and carry out their common decisions to the fullest; With the latter, the whole people will resolutely and happily obey the decisions and commands of their leaders.

The reason why joint production is necessary is that it is the premise of collective efforts, so that the mental and physical strength of the whole people can be fully developed. Hegemonic and authoritarian production and construction are also co-production on the surface, but they not only do not have the brainpower of the producers, but also do not have the best physical strength, and even need to brainwash and fool. in the same time of the fools to the people, they will inevitably make themselves fooled or fool themselves, which is also the relationship between action and reaction.In the private wage economy there is still joint production, but it can only obtain the physical strength of the producer, but not the best brain power, and its physical power is also limited to the specified time and work, and the best development of its brain power can only lead to the opposite of the private owner: dismantling the wall,spoil, starting a new independent business, trying to coerce more benefits, etc. Therefore, the collective effort of production is only so that all producers are masters of the house, if mankind has a small home, the production unit is the common small home of the producer, and people only treat their own production affairs will be best responsible.

The common enterprise of joint production, like the democratic society, always has the equal status of everyone, and does not implement the shareholding system, so as to avoid the internal system of capital hierarchy; Of course, there should be competition and differences in the distribution of income according to work and the protection of patents, but it cannot change the equal status and sovereignty.

Four  Joint production also requires enterprises to always be open to society, subject to social referendums

Since it is shared by the whole people, joint production must always be open to the whole society to ensure that the whole people can exercise the final referendum on the main aspects of the enterprise, and even the right to create.

Otherwise, the enterprise is just like a minority enterprise, and the land and natural resources occupied by the enterprise will become the de facto ownership of the minority, rather than the common ownership of the whole people. Therefore, the enterprise does not allow the social people to buy and hold the stock of the enterprise, but any personnel in the society can freely enter and exit the enterprise, supervise the enterprise, and join or exit the enterprise equally.Of course, you need to hire on merit; The whole society has the right to hold a referendum on the decision of go beyond the enterprise or stop the operation of the enterprise. It not only gathers the wisdom and strength of all the people, but also maintains the equality of the whole people inside and outside the enterprise.

At the same time, there is inevitably competition in the production of enterprises, but as long as it is based on the production of nature, any competition must be subordinate to the common needs of the people, competition is only one of the ways, the purpose is to meet the real economic requirements. It must be subject to the supervision of the whole people to exclude any possible intentional or negligent behavior that endangers nature or misleads mankind based on the selfish interests of an enterprise.

Moreover, although the democratic enterprise relative to private or state ownership is already a collective effort, but it is far from enough, it needs to get the wisdom and strength of the whole society to contribute at any time, to ensure the essence of common production – the greatest energy of pool the wisdom and efforts of everyone, united as one.

关于科学共产主义的说明

英语单词communism中,common共同的+ism主义、制度、论、学说,没有生产及生产资料的涵义,导致如同民主词义的歧义,只有所谓“共同的学说、主义”,但共同的内容则毫无涉及,当然,主要是传统共产主义理论都没有科学的解答如何共同的制度,也没有解答共产的完整与主要意义,难免使人各执一词,各行其是,要么降格成社会主义,被纳粹德国的国家社会主义、东亚日本等的军国主义搞得谈虎色变,要么沦落到官僚资本主义甚至国家准奴隶制,使外界对共产主义本身产生无数误解。

现在,我们以自然规律、自然科学来正名、证明。

其实,只要我们学习中文,就能从中文的共产主义推理出其基本涵义:“共产”词性可以作动词与名词:动词即共同生产,名词即共同的生产资料,无非就是土地与水域,甚至空间,即一切大自然都具有生产价值,就都是生产资料。

那么,这两大方面应该如何共同,才是全人类的共同理想,且符合自然平衡规律呢?请见人类史上空前绝后的宏伟巨著【全人类的共同使命与理想】第5篇

  • 树根:共产主义的第一涵义:土地全民共有

一、土地都得人人共有

全部土地自然资源都可为生产资料,按照共产主义传统解释,就是对全部生产资料实行全民所有制,而土地是基本的主要的生产资料,故,就应该是全部土地必须全民共有,以示与霸权、专权体制的土地国有——实际上是独裁者私有或政府所有,及土地私有制社会的根本区别。

二、是人人共同所有,而非公有——由公家政府独占

社会主义本来具有相对于霸权与私营社会的最大优势,但之所以无法取胜,就在于实行的土地只是所谓公有制——国有制,进而是官僚私有制。而真正共产主义的涵义从字面上看也就是共同所有。

共同所有与公有制的区别:

1、主体上共有制是全民,公有制实则是政府。

2、共有就是共同享有所有权,即,共同行使对所有土地的占有、使用、收益、处分的全权。公有则是由政府行使所有权,人民没有任何对整体土地的权利,只是特定人对相对的具体土地才享有使用权。

3、共有制对土地的权利是至高无上的,公有制即使特定人依法取得了土地所有权,也不完整,在时间、内容等方面仍然受到法律及政府的限制。

4、全民行使共有权只能通过少数服从多数的民主原则来进行,政府必须遵照民主公决的结果。

三、符合自然平衡规律

(一)、自然平衡规律要求大自然是统一不可分的,分裂或人为分裂的物质是无法保持平衡的,这就要求实行土地等自然资源属于全民共同所有,即,共产主义的第一涵义。

(二)、自然平衡规律要求当升华自然时,应该全面考量,始终相辅相成,以免失去平衡,这就要求实行全民共同生产,即,共产主义第二涵义。也只有全民平等的群策群力:

1、才能具有最大力量来保持大自然的平衡。

2、才能在最大范围上维护大自然的丰富多彩。

3、才富有最高智慧来使自然不断升华平衡,达到新的平衡。

4、才能使群众只会具有公义性,使私心难以发迹而破坏自然平衡。

四、共产主义是人人地位平等的基础

地位,从中文又可以顾名思义,就是人们在土地上的位置,要确保人人地位平等的唯一方式,就是土地共有,否则,任何形式的土地私有都不再有全民的平等地位,因为土地的私有制划分是不可能平等的。而一旦土地划分私有后,必然衍化出加速度的无限的不平等,而且是畸形恶化发展:一人就会逐渐拥有百倍千倍万倍于他人的土地,就导致贫富悬殊,人民更加不平等,甚至永远不可能平等,哪怕只是缩小差距。同时,地主并不能千万倍的延长寿命,始终只能与平民的寿命相差无几,甚至在畸形生活于千万人民的咒骂中更快短命。

五、是人人最大自由的必需

无平等就无自由,但似乎高等级者还是有自由,甚或有更多的自由,因为低级平民失去了自由。然而,自由的客观条件是拥有最大的空间,人类作为动物,首先就是要有运动的空间自由,其次才是有精神的自由。精神自由即使在封闭空间也可以实现,只是表现形式有差别而已,但空间自由唯一就得大自然共同所有,不能到处都是别人严禁入内的私家或号称公家但主要是官僚霸占的私家领地,即使任何人幻想只要自己一人霸占了全世界,那么自己就是最自由的,但是,这是不可能的,因为人人都会如此;这也是没必要的,你就会失去精神自由:你就必须愚弄或强迫他人众人都支持你一人霸占,人民就不敢、不愿、甚至不会再说真话,再有真情;而你要愚弄他人,也得靠说假话。当全体人民都失去了精神自由时,你一人霸占的物质世界也如同死寂,或者就是几千年至今在主体反经济的所谓建设中几乎彻底异化、畸形。一人纵然拥有了万千世界,仍然与千万分之一的平民寿命差不多,就始终连动物都不如。而且,当人民都不能在土地上自由言行时,你一人自由,要么远远达不到应有的意义,要么精神上不再自由,而是锋芒在背。

所谓自由就是可以从事一切无害于他人的行为,并没有错,但是:

1、一人排他性占据土地当然就是有害于他人的空间自由。

2、不仅得无害于他人,还必须无害于动物生物,这是全人类共同家庭的财富。肆意在自己私有土地上住宅内滥用权利草菅“物”命等,同样有害于他人全民,无论这类行为冠以何种所谓文明、经济,因为,只有共产制——

六、才能实现真正的经济

任何人固然可以自由在大自然中运作,这也是作为大自然主人的权利。但是,从大家庭角度讲,自己应该帮助他人——亲人;从人类本源与高于动物的特性——道德角度讲,还应该直接有益于他人;从自由本义讲,至少不能只有利于自己而有害于他人;从平等角度讲,也不能因而固定的长久的排他性占据一地,而使人人地位事实上不平等。可见,理性的经济生产建设要么就是全民共同的经济,要么就是全方位受制于民主的私营经济。而且,每个人对世界的了解是有限的,只有全民的了解才最全面。因而,只有全民对土地自然共同所有,才能最了解世界的本有财富与需要。当整个大自然已有某些物质、天然财富,人类原则上就不必再生产,因为自然就有的,当然是无需成本而最经济;至于世界上是否需要,那决非个人可以武断的,只能依靠全民共同表决——先行表决,也可以事后追认与追究。如此,才能防范并排除个人、少数人对自然与人类的危害,使任何生产建设成为真正的经济:成本确实小于收益——但,都得以全民及大自然为单位来核算。

可见,真正的经济、最经济的经济都需要土地自然属于全民所有,并由全民共同进行或受制于全民公决——共产制的原则加民主制运作。

七、符合人类一家的本源与天性,排除了公与私的对立

1、人类是通过平等团结的集体直接民主制才得以诞生(详见本网站百花齐放栏目的【论是直接民主制才使能够人类诞生】及【全人类的共同使命与理想】第一篇),即,是以全体如同一家人的集体方式共同才成为人类。因而,全民共同相处与共同发展是人类的本源,尽管这丝毫不排斥个体的自由。相反——

2、只有整个大自然都是属于全民共有,才符合人类作为动物的天性,凡属人类能够运动所及的地方应该就是自己也有权生存、发展的地方,即,在任何地方都有平等占有、使用、收益、处分权。如此,也就是——

3、任何地方都是自己的私家,也是自己与他人的公家,公家与私家几乎是合二为一的,除非是作为个体生活必需的相对封闭、静谧住宅空间,但政府基于紧急情况或合理担心的公共安全、环境影响等重大公共利益的需要时,也可以相应的涉入关照。即,不存在所谓的公与私的绝对划分。

在公与私的划分里,必然形成等级,公家高于私家,进而在众多私家里,基于人类竞争的天性,又逐渐形成事实上的等级,就不只是公与私的对立,还会产生私人与私人的对立。人类只需对任何所到之处遵守先来后到的原则、弱者优先的例外、轮流运动的动物本性、少数服从多数的终决,就足以使公与私合二为一的和谐,人类社会才不会互相冲突。

那么,在这共同大家庭里,应该如何才平等并平衡呢?

总体就应该是使个人之家只需保持合适面积、使大自然的大家庭则可无限广大且丰富多彩、有全面负责的政府。那就要处理好个人、自然、政府之间的关系。

再根据人类社会的一切可归纳为三大方面,最起码的是人——由人身的肉体与精神两方面构成,而这两方面只有靠人与人的互相交流才具有意义,同性之间主要是精神交流,异性之间则可以有身体与精神结合的爱情,故,实质上就是人与人的关系;最重要的是政治——决定着人与人之间、人与经济之间的关系;最基本的是经济——是人赖以生存与发展的依靠,决定人与自然的关系。先处理最基本的主干——

第二章 主干之一:人类与自然的关系

人类与自然的关系有两大方面:大自然决定人类的诞生与发展,人类决定大自然的存续与变化。这也是作用力与反作用力的关系。人类是生物,当然也由大自然决定,但人类又是唯一有能力改变大自然的动物,就必须运用好这反作用力。共产主义的第一要素土地资源共同所有制是遵循大自然对全人类的作用力,即,每个人都是绝对受制于大自然的规律,而非大部分人只是绝对受制于少数统治者,否则,人类社会无法健康发展,大自然要么大多荒废要么被任性毁坏,而保证人类对大自然的反作用力只会使大自然的和谐存续与美好变化,就在于共产主义的第二要素——

第一枝节 共产主义的第二涵义:全民共同生产

一、自然平衡规律要求实行全民共同生产

自然平衡不仅要求静态的平衡,更要求动态平衡,如果说,共同共有只是确保静态平衡,那么,只有共同生产才能始终保持动态平衡。以共同对共同,动静相宜,前后相继,相辅相成。

二、共同共有的法律逻辑就是共同生产 

从民法看,共有权就包括共同占有、使用、收益、处分权。共有就是共同行使所有权,所有权除了占有权是静态的,其它三权使用、收益、处分都是动态的,往往需要人类以生产等方式来体现。这种生产就必须是共同生产。共同生产就是其共同占有、使用加收益权的方式。共同共有必然具有共同生产权,共同生产权是共同共有的动态化,二者是包容关系。当然,共同共有也可以委托给个体或小集体生产,但是必须征得全体共有人多数同意。

三、共同生产只能采取民主制

共同生产就得由生产单位的全体成员行使四大权力,主要是直接民主的创制权与复决权,其次是间接民主的选举与罢免权。有了前者,全民才能焕发出最高智慧,并尽情执行自己共同的决策;有了后者,全民就会坚决又愉快的服从领导决定与指挥。

共同生产之所以必须,就在于这是群策群力的前提,才可能使全体人民的脑力与体力充分发挥。霸权专制生产建设表面上也是共同生产,但不仅得不到生产者的脑力,也得不到其最佳体力,甚至还需要洗脑愚化,在愚化人民的同时,必然也会使自己被愚弄或使自己愚化,这也是作用力与反作用力的关系;在私营雇佣经济里仍然是共同生产,但只能得到生产者的体力,而得不到其最佳脑力,而且其体力也是限于规定的时间与工作上,其脑力的最佳发达只会走向私有者的对立面:拆墙脚、另起炉灶、设法要挟增多待遇等。因而,群策群力的生产就唯有让全体生产者共同当家作主,如果说,人类还有小家,生产单位就是生产者共同的小家,人们只有对待自家的生产事务才会尽心尽责。

共同生产的共有企业如同民主社会始终得人人地位平等,不实行股份制,以免企业内部变成资本等级制;大家收入在按劳分配、保护专利的基础上当然应有竞争与差别,只是不能因此改变平等的地位与作主权等。

四、共同生产还要求企业始终向社会开放,受制于社会全民公决

既然是全民共同共有,那么,共同生产时就必须始终向社会全民开放,确保全民对企业主要方面能行使最后的复决权,甚至创制权。否则,企业就如同少数人的企业,企业所占有的土地及其自然资源就成为事实上的少数人所有,而非全民共有,因而,企业不实行社会人民购买持有企业股票,而是社会任何人员可以自由出入、监督企业,并平等加入或退出企业,当然,需要择优录用;社会全民有权对企业超出企业之外或导致企业停止运行等决策进行公决。既集合了全民的智慧与力量,又保持企业内外全民的平等。

同时,企业生产难免有竞争,但是只要是基于自然界的生产,任何竞争都得从属于全民共同需要,竞争只是方式之一,目的都是、都只能是符合真正的经济要求。就必须接受全民的监督,排除任何可能的基于一企私利而故意或过失危害自然或误导人类的行为。而且,尽管民主企业相对于私营或国有制已是群策群力,但还远远不够,就需要得到社会全民的智慧与力量的随时奉献,确保共同生产的精髓——最大能量的群策群力,众志成城。
